为了研究导波在被孔隙介质约束的弹性杆结构中的传播规律,分析孔隙参数对导波传播特性的影响,本文建立了无限大孔隙介质包裹圆柱体的理论模型,利用孔隙介质弹性波动理论,分析了导波的频散曲线,以及圆柱半径和孔隙参数对于导波传播特性的影响。结果表明,在该结构中传播的纵向导波存在频散特性。内部圆柱半径的改变影响波导结构,从而影响导波传播。外部孔隙介质的渗透率对于导波频散的影响较小,孔隙度的改变影响孔隙介质体波波速,从而影响导波频散曲线的截止频率。同时,导波存在较小的衰减,且衰减随孔隙度增大而增大。这些结果对于后续开展无限大介质包裹弹性杆结构的超声无损评价提供了一定的理论参考。 相似文献

Bessel beam propagation in scattering media is simulated using the angular spectrum method combined with slice-by-slice propagation model. Generating Bessel beams with a spatial light modulator, which provides a means to adjust flexibly the parameters of the Bessel beam, allows us to validate the simulation results experimentally. The study reveals that the self-reconstructing length changes oppositely with the axicon angle (i.e., the larger the axieon angle, the shorter the self-reconstructing length). An edge emitting laser with two symmetrical near-circular spots located far field (FF) is demonstrated using tapered double-sided Bragg reflection waveguides (BRWs). The BRWs consist of six pairs of top p-type and bottom n-type A10.Ga0.9 As/A10.3 Ga0.7As Bragg reflectors with a period thickness of 850 nm. The device has a 4° tapered angle configuration and exhibits two stable circular beams with a separation angle of 52°. Typical FF angles of 5.87° and 7.8° in the lateral and vertical directions, respectively, are achieved. The lateral FF angle in the ridged section is independent of the injection current (〉0.8 A) beeause of narrow ridge (-10 μm) confinement. By contrast, the FF angle in the tapered section shows an increase rate of 1.2 1.66°/A. The periodic modulation of the lasing wavelength is observed to be sensitive to self-heating effects. 相似文献

In the field of evolutionary genome analysis, biologists seek to identify important genes or chromosome regions by comparing phylogenetic trees and analyzing the mutation at which locus might affect phenotypic traits. Unfortunately, the tree comparison and accompanying analysis are often performed manually. In this paper, we characterize the workflow of evolutionary genome analysis and present a task analysis for the fundamental questions asked by biologists during the analysis procedure. We propose two algorithms to enable quantitative tree comparison. One is to measure the differences between corresponding leaf nodes on two trees, and the other is to compute the classification inconsistency of each leaf node by comparing tree structure with a given biological classification. Configuring with the obtained difference and inconsistency, we present a visual analysis system, visual comparison of phylogenetic trees for evolutionary genome analysis, which not only enables biologists to intuitively explore trees but also identify locus which affects their traits by comparing SNP variants of selected leaf nodes. We conclude with case studies from two biologists who used our system to augment their previous manual analysis workflow and demonstrate that our system can reveal more insight. 相似文献
