用毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光-增强型电荷耦合检测器测定痕量氨基酸

本文对用毛细管电泳－激光诱导荧光－增强型电荷耦合检测器测定氨基酸衍生物进行了研究。考察了荧光黄异疏氰酸酯衍生氨基酸的各种条件。在优化条件下，10－8～10－6mol／L浓度范围内精氨酸与其衍生物的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系，最小可衍生化的精氨酸浓度为5×10－10mol／L。     

Synthesis, crystal structure and configuration of acetylated aryl Pyrogallol[4]arenes

A series of aryl and ferrocenyl pyrogallol[4]arenes have been synthesized by the HCl-catalyzed condensation reactions of pyrogallol with aromatic aldehydes and ferrocenecarbaldehyde. The fully acetyl and ethoxycarbonylmethoxy derivatives were also prepared and fully characterized. The crystal structures show that acylated phenyl pyrogallol[4]arene exists in rctt (cis-trans-trans) configuration, while the corresponding ferrocenyl pyrogallol[4]arene in rccc (all cis) configuration.     

Analysis of chloroacetanilide herbicides in water samples by solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

A solid-phase microextraction (SPME) method has been developed for the determination of 3 chloroacetanilide herbicides in both fresh and seawater samples. The extracted sample was analyzed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry detection (GC-MS), and parameters affecting SPME operation including fibre type, sample pH, sample temperature, mixing speed and extraction time have been evaluated and optimized. The amount of dissolved organic matter (DOM) and the salt content both affected SPME extraction efficiency, but the presence of other competitive extractants such as organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in the matrix showed no insignificance interference. The limit of detection (LOD) for acetochlor, metolachlor and butachlor were 1.2, 1.6 and 2.7 ng L⁻¹, respectively. The recoveries for the herbicides ranged from 79 to 102%, and the linear dynamic range was from 10 to 1000 ng L⁻¹. The developed method has been used to monitor herbicides contaminations in coastal water samples collected around Laizhou bay and Jiaozhou bay in Shandong peninsula, China. The concentrations of acetochlor and metolachlor ranged from undetectable to 78.5 ng L⁻¹ and undetectable to 35.6 ng L⁻¹, respectively. Butachlor was not observed but in only one sample and the concentration is lower than the limit of quantification (LOQ). The concentrations of the three herbicides in this study are low compared to most of the other places reported.     

化学溶液分解法制备(Bi0.9Nd0.1)2Ti2O7薄膜

采用化学溶液分解法（CSD）在p—Si（111）衬底上制备了（Bi0.9Nd0.1）2Ti2o7薄膜。用X射线衍射技术分析了薄膜的结构和结晶性，结果显示，在600℃退火10min得到了结晶性较好、表面致密的多晶薄膜；用原子力显微镜描述了薄膜的表面形貌，与在XRD中观察到的择优取向是一致的；同时还研究了薄膜的电学性能。结果表明，在0～6V范围内，薄膜的漏电流小于1．53×10^10A；在室温100kHz下，其介电常数为166，介电损耗因子为0．227，显示出薄膜具有较好的绝缘性和介电性能。     

Syntheses of (-)-oleocanthal, a natural NSAID found in extra virgin olive oil, the (-)-deacetoxy-oleuropein aglycone, and related analogues

Phenolic compounds extracted from extra virgin olive oil have attracted considerable recent attention. One of the components, (-)-oleocanthal (1), an inhibitor of the COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, possesses similar potency as the NSAID ibuprofen. In this, a full account, we disclose the first- and now second-generation syntheses of both enantiomers of the oleocanthals, as well as the first synthesis of the closely related (-)-deacetoxy-oleuropein aglycone and a series of related analogues for structure activity studies. To demonstrate the utility of the second-generation synthesis, multigram quantities of (-)-oleocanthal were prepared in 10 steps (14% overall yield) from commercially available D-lyxose.     

Crystal Structures of Cs+-Crown Ether Complexes Containing Polynuclear Mercury Iodide Anions

Reactions of CsI and HgI₂ with benzo-15-crown-5 (B15C5) and 15-crown-5 (15C5) in an ethanol-acetone mixture produced [Cs(B15C5)₂]₂[Hg₂I₆] (1) and {[Cs(15C5)]₂[Hg₂I₆]}_n (2), respectively. The structures of the two complexes are quite different. Molar ratios of Cs⁺ : crown ether are 1 : 2 in 1 and 1 : 1 in 2. Complex 1 consists of two Cs(B15C5) ₂ ⁺ cations and a Hg₂I ₆ ^2- anion. Cs⁺ lies between the two crown-5 ligands, resulting in a sandwich-type cation. Cationic Cs(B15C5) ₂ ⁺ and anionic Hg₂I ₆ ^2- are linked together by electrostatic interactions and the complex 1 is an ion pair compound. Complex 2 consists of infinite [Cs(15C5)]₂[Hg₂I₆] units. Each structural unit contains two Cs(15C5)⁺ cations and a Hg₂I ₆ ^2- anion. Cs⁺ is coordinated by five oxygen atoms of 15C5, three iodine atoms of Hg₂I ₆ ^2- , and an iodine atom of Hg₂I ₆ ^2- in an adjacent structural unit. The interactions between the Cs⁺ of Cs(15C5)⁺ and an I^– in Hg₂I ₆ ^2- from adjacent structural units polymerize the complex 2, resulting in a one-dimensional network structure. The anions of Hg₂I ₆ ^2- in both complexes are similar. The two mercury atoms are linked through two bridging iodine atoms and each mercury is also coordinated by two terminal iodines. Crystal data for 1: space group P2₁/c (No. 14), a = 12.253(4), b = 20.945(7), c = 16.110(6) Å, = 111.0(1)°, V = 3860 ų, Z = 4, R = 0.082 (R _w = 0.089). Crystal data for 2: space group P2₁/c (No. 14), a = 12.157(4), b = 8.546(4), c = 20.666(6) Å, = 91.54(3)°, V = 2146 ų, Z = 4, R = 0.034 (R _w = 0.048).

Synthesis of the titanium silicalite TS-1 was first reported by Taramasso et al[1]in 1983. TS-1 has received considerable interest during the last decade because of its unique catalytic properties in oxidation reactions involving H2O2 as the oxidant. It is accepted that the extraframework Ti species in TS-1 favor the decomposition of H2O2and should be avoided. But in the present study, it was observed that there was a kind of Ti species inactive in both the oxidation reaction and the decomposition of H2O2.     

聚全氟乙丙烯树脂中六氟丙烯分布问题的探讨
