Abstract— In aqueous solutions α-hydroxyalkylperoxyl radicals undergo a spontaneous and a base catalysed HO2 elimination. From kinetic deuterium isotope effects, temperature dependence, and the influence of solvent polarity it was concluded that the spontaneous reaction occurs via an HO2 elimination followed by the dissociation of the latter into H+ and O2-. The rate constant of the spontaneous HO2 elimination increases with increasing methyl substitution in α-position ( k (CH2(OH)O2) < 10s-1 k (CH3CH(OH)O2) = 52s-1 k ((CH3)2C(OH)O2) = 665 s-1). The OH- catalysed reaction is somewhat below diffusion controlled. The mixture of peroxyl radicals derived from polyhydric alcohols eliminate HO2 at two different rates. Possible reasons for this behaviour are discussed. The mixture of the six peroxyl radicals derived from d -glucose are observed to eliminate HO2 with at least three different rates. The fastest rate is attributed to the HO2 elimination from the peroxyl radical at C-l ( k > 7000s-1). Because of the HO2 eliminations the peroxyl radicals derived from d -glucose do not undergo a chain reaction in contrast to peroxyl radicals not containing an α-OH group. In competition with the first order elimination reactions the α-hydroxylalkylperoxyl radicals undergo a bimolecular decay. These reactions are briefly discussed.  相似文献

[RuVI(N)(salchda)(CH3OH)]PF6 (1) (salchda = N,N'-bis(salicylidene)o-cyclohexyldiamine dianion) reacts readily with 2,3-dimethyl-2-butene at room temperature in the presence of pyridine or 1-methylimidazole to give initially [RuIV(Az1(-H))(salchda)(py)]PF6 (2, Az1 = 2,2,3,3-tetramethylaziridine), which is then slowly reduced to [RuIII(Az1)(salchda)(py)]PF6 (3). 1 also reacts with a variety of aryl-substituted alkenes such as styrene and trans-beta-methylstyrene in the presence of py or 1-MeIm to give the corresponding ruthenium(III) aziridine complexes. The structures of 3 and [RuIII(Az2)(salchda)(1-MeIm)]PF6 (4, Az2 = trans-2-methyl-3-phenylaziridine) have been determined by X-ray crystallography. The Ru-N(aziridine) distances (2.1049, 2.097 A) are consistent with a neutral aziridine ligand. The C-C and C-N distances in the aziridine ligands are all indicative of single bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of the quinoxaline N‐oxides 7a,b with diethyl ethoxymethylenemalonate gave the 1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4,4‐dicarboxylates 8a,b , whose reaction with N‐bromosuccinimide or N‐chlorosuccinimide afforded the 3‐halogeno‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4,4‐dicarboxylates 9a‐d. The reaction of compounds 9a‐d with hydrazine hydrate resulted in hydrolysis and decarboxylation to provide the 3‐halogeno‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4‐carboxylates 10a‐d , whose reaction with nitrous acid effected oxidation to furnish the 3‐halogeno‐4‐hydroxy‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4‐carboxylates 11a‐d , respectively. The reaction of compounds 11a‐d with hydrazine hydrate afforded the 3‐halogeno‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐4‐ols 12a‐d , whose oxidation provided the 3‐halogeno‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐4(1H)‐ones 6a‐d , respectively. Compounds 6a‐d had antifungal activities in vitro.  相似文献

The nanosized titania and TiO2/SiO2 particles were prepared by the microwave-hydrothermal method. The effect of physical properties TTIP/TEOS ratio and calcination temperature has been investigated. The major phase of the pure TiO2 particle is of the anatase structure, and a rutile peak was observed above 800°C. In TiO2/SiO2 particles, however, no significant rutile phase was observed, although the calcination temperature was 900°C. No peaks for the silica crystal phase were observed at either silica/titania ratio. The crystallite size of TiO2/SiO2 particles decreases as compared to pure TiO2 at high calcination temperatures. The TiO2/SiO2 particles show higher activity on the photocatalytic decomposition of orange II as compared to pure TiO2 particles.  相似文献

Part I of the present work outlined the rigorous application of information theory to a quantum mechanical system in a thermodynamic equilibrium state. The general formula developed there for the best-guess density operator \(\hat \rho\) was indeterminate because it involved in an essential way an unspecified prior probability distribution over the continuumD H of strong equilibrium density operators. In Part II mathematical evaluation of \(\hat \rho\) is completed after an epistemological analysis which leads first to the discretization ofD H and then to the adoption of a suitable indifference axiom to delimit the set of admissible prior distributions. Finally, quantal formulas for information-theoretic and thermodynamic entropies are contrasted, and the entire work is summarized.  相似文献

The isoxazolo[2,3-a]quinoxalines 11a,b and pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines 12a,b were selectively synthesized from the 2-substituted 6-chloroquinoxaline 4-oxides 10a,b . The pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines 12a,b were clarified to be produced by the ring transformation of the isoxazolo[2,3-a]quinoxalines 11a,b . The pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines 14a,b were obtained from both 2,6-dichloroquinoxaline 4-oxide 9 and compounds 12a,b .  相似文献

For an assessment of the outcomes from use of an appropriately "preorganized" calixarene-based ionophore versus its conformationally mobile prototype, solvent extraction propensities of flexible calix[4]arene di-[N-(X-sulfonyl)carboxamides] for alkali, alkaline earth metal cations, Pb2+, Ag+ and Hg2+ are compared with those for seven new rigid analogs fixed in the cone, partial cone and 1,3-alternate conformations. For each of the metal ions, the preferred calix[4]arene conformation was determined from the NMR spectra for the metal salt of the flexible ligand. Except for Ag+, flexible calix[4]arene di-[N-(X-sulfonyl)carboxamides] were found to provide greater metal ion extraction efficiency and better selectivity than the corresponding "preorganized" ionophores.  相似文献

Homocysteine was derivatized with 4-aminosulfonyl-7-fluoro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (ABD-F) to form an inclusion complex with cyclodextrin and to facilitate UV detection. ABD-homocysteine showed interaction with beta- and gamma-cyclodextrin in capillary electrophoresis at pH 2.25 as indicated by the decreased migration time. However, chiral separation of D,L-ABD-homocysteine was observed using gamma-CD only. Optimal separation was obtained at pH 2.25, 50 mM gamma-CD concentration, and 20 kV applied voltage. L-ABD-Homocysteine migrated faster than the D-isomer as demonstrated by a spiking experiment using dithiothreitol-reduced L-homocystine.  相似文献

A quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) immunosensor was developed for the detection of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxins (TCDD) in environmental pollutants. An anti-TCDD antibody was immobilized on the gold surface of the QCM via chemical coupling, and its immunologic activity was then maintained by treatment with an artificial stabilizing reagent such as poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine-co-n-butyl methacrylate). A competitive immunoreaction with TCDD conjugated ovalbumin (TCDD-ovalbumin) was used to detect TCDD. A calibration curve was obtained through the competitive immunoreaction, and linearity was shown from 100 ng mL(-1) to 0.1 ng mL(-1). Also, the cross-reactivities of the anti-TCDD monoclonal antibody were thoroughly evaluated with several TCDD derivatives. The relationships between GC-MS, ELISA, and QCM were compared using fly ash samples from a municipal solid waste, which were prepared using an accelerated solvent extractor. For 23 samples, the experimental relationship between the TCDD concentration by QCM vs. the TCDD concentration by ELISA was y= 1.07x + 2.70, r= 0.99, and the TCDD concentration by QCM vs. the toxic equivalent quantity (TEQ) value by GC-MS was y= 2.46x - 14.98, r= 0.89.  相似文献
