The diagram of state of Ga2S3? Eu2 O3 system has been investigated by the methods of differential thermal, high-temperature differential thermal, X-ray phase shift, microstructural and thermodynamic analyses, measurement of microhardness and density of the samples. It has been established that the system is eutectic, the solubility at 295 K on the part of Gas2S3 reaches 7 mole-% of Eu2O3 and Ga2S3 · Eu2 O3 was found. 相似文献

Temperature-dependent remanent polarization of negative muons in a silicon crystal doped with phosphorus (3.2 × 1012, 2.3 × 1015, and 4.5 × 1018 cm?3) and aluminum (2 × 1014 and 2.4 × 1018 cm?3) was examined. Measurements were made over the temperature range 4–300 K in a magnetic field of 2000 G perpendicular to the muon spin. Temperature dependence of the relaxation rate was determined for the magnetic moment of a shallow Al acceptor center in a nondeformed silicon sample, and the hyperfine interaction constant was estimated for the interaction between the magnetic moments of muon and electron shell of the muonic mAl atom in silicon. 相似文献

Due to the fact that it is possible to manipulate light with photonic crystals (PCs), PCs hold a great potential for designing new optical devices. There has been an increase in research on tuning the optical properties of PCs to design devices. We presented a numerical study of optical properties of metamaterial-based devices by liquid crystal infiltration. The plane wave expansion method and finite-difference time-domain method for both TE and TM modes revealed optical properties in photonic crystal structures in an air background for a square lattice. E7 type has been used as a nematic liquid crystal and SrTiO3 as a ferroelectric material. We showed the possibility of the metamaterials for a two-dimensional photonic crystal cavity on a ferroelectric base infiltrated with a nematic liquid crystal. 相似文献

A new series of Gd(3+) complexes based on DO3A (GdL(1)-GdL(4)) was synthesized and investigated. They possess side chains with different structures which determine their varying binding properties and response towards endogenous metal ions, measured by changes in the longitudinal relaxivity (r(1)). GdL(4) exhibits the highest selectivity toward Ca(2+) in comparison to the other complexes, with up to a 63% increase of the r(1). GdL(2) and GdL(3) also respond to different Ca(2+) concentration ranges, however with a lower selectivity since the r(1) changes are also observed in the presence of other cations such as Mg(2+), Zn(2+) or Cu(2+). Assessment of the hydration number (q) via luminescence lifetime measurements confirmed that the change in q is responsible for the r(1) response for all the complexes. 相似文献
