Reaction of an isocyanide with an iminium ion intermediate, formed by reaction between 6‐formyl‐2,3‐dimethoxybenzoic acid and secondary amines (dibenzyl‐ or benzyl(isopropyl)amine) in the presence of silica nanoparticles (silica NPs, ca. 70 nm) proceeds smoothly at room temperature to afford 2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐isoindolone derivatives in high yields. 相似文献

Platinum nanoparticles–reduced graphene oxide composite-modified glassy carbon electrode (PtNPs–rGO/GCE) was developed as a simple, selective and sensitive electrochemical sensor for determination of picric acid (PA). Cyclic voltammogram (CV) of PA showed three well-defined irreversible reduction peaks at the potentials of ?0.43, ?0.57 and ?0.66 V versus Ag/AgCl. In this work, the interference effect of other nitrophenol compounds (NPhCs) was significantly reduced by appropriate adjusting of pH. Square wave voltammetry was used for quantification of PA in the range of 5–500 µM (1.15–115 mg L?1) with practical detection limit of 1 µM (0.23 mg L?1). The proposed sensor was successfully applied for the determination of PA in two natural water samples. 相似文献

The development of efficient and selective aerobic oxidation of alkylarenes to form more functional compounds by heterogeneously catalysed routes still presents a great challenge in the fine chemical industry and is a major research topic. In this work, gold nanoparticles supported on three‐dimensional nitrogen‐doped graphene‐based frameworks (Au NPs@3D‐(N)GFs) were successfully synthesized and found to have an impressive performance as bifunctional catalysts (nitrogen dopant as base and gold nanoparticles as active site) in the controlled oxidation of alkylarenes. The catalyst was found to be a simple bench top, stable, recyclable and selective catalytic system for the aerobic oxidation of various types of alkylarenes into their corresponding ketones at room temperature under environmentally friendly conditions with good yields and high selectivity. Protonation of the highly reactive 1:1 intermediates, produced in the reaction between triphenylphosphine and alkyl acetylenecarboxylates (or ethyl 3-phenyl-2-propynoate), by azathioprine or imidazole leads to vinyltriphenylphosphonium salts, which undergo a Michael addition reaction with a conjugate base to produce phosphorus ylides. Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and potassium iodide were found to catalyze the conversion of the phosphorus ylides to electron-poor N-vinyl imidazoles in solvent-free conditions under thermal (90°C, 1 h) conditions. The structural analysis of the products indicated that the reaction is regio- and stereoselective. 相似文献

A novel and efficient isocyanide‐based multicomponent reaction between alkyl or aryl isocyanides 1 , 2,3‐diaminomaleonitrile ( 2 ), naphthalene‐2,3‐diamines ( 6 ) or benzene‐1,2‐diamine ( 9 ), and 3‐oxopentanedioic acid ( 3 ) or Meldrum's acid ( 4 ) or ketones 7 was developed for the ecologic synthesis, at room temperature under mild conditions, of 1,6‐dihydropyrazine‐2,3‐dicarbonitriles 5a – 5f in H2O without using any catalyst, and of 3,4‐dihydrobenzo[g]quinoxalin‐2‐amine and 3,4‐dihydro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐quinoxalin‐2‐amine derivatives 8a – 8g and 10a – 10e , respectively, in the presence of a catalytic amount of p‐toluenesulfonic acid (TsOH) in EtOH, in good to excellent yields (Scheme 1). 相似文献

The ability of zinc chloride as a catalyst to promote the three-component Ugi reaction of 2-aminophenols, aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes, and cyclohexyl isocyanide in methanol at room temperature is described. The N-cyclohexyl-2-(2-hydroxyphenylamino) amide products are obtained in high yields. When N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal and triethyl orthoformate, as two new components of the three-component Ugi reaction are used instead of the aldehyde the reaction gives N-cyclohexyl-2-(dimethylamino)-2-(2-hydroxyphenylamino)acetamide and N-cyclohexyl-2-(2-hydroxyphenylamino)-2-ethoxyacetamide derivatives, respectively. 相似文献
