A novel series of 4‐(4‐(1‐benzyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)phenyl)‐2‐substitutedthiazole derivatives ( 8a‐l) have been synthesized by [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of 4‐(4‐ethynylphenyl)‐2‐substitutedthiazole with substituted benzyl azide in aqueous DMF. Starting compounds 4‐(4‐ethynylphenyl)‐2‐substitutedthiazole ( 6a‐d ) were synthesized by reaction of 4‐(2‐substitutedthiazol‐4‐yl)benzaldehyde with Ohira‐Bestmann reagent in methanol. The structures of these novel triazole‐thiazole clubbed derivatives were confirmed by the spectral analysis. The title compounds ( 8a‐l ) were tested for antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra active and dormant (MTB, ATCC 25177) and antimicrobial activity against standard Gram‐positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus (NCIM 2602) and Bacillus subtilis (NCIM 2162), and Gram‐negative bacteria, Escherichia coli (NCIM 2576) and Pseudomonas flurescence (NCIM 2059). Compounds 8a , 8b , 8c , and 8h reported good activity against B subtilis, compounds 8a , 8b , and 8c showed good activity against S aureus, and compound 8b showed good activity against dormant M tuberculosis H37Rv strain. Compounds 8b and 8c found more potent against Gram positive and dormant M tuberculosis H37Rv strains. These novel triazole‐thiazole clubbed analogues found to be a capable leads for further optimization and development.  相似文献

This paper investigates the qualitative behaviour of single‐phase laminar convection for microchannels and conventionallysized channels formed between two parallel plates, captured by a numerical simulation on water flow. The convection parameters are obtained by separate numerical calculations on a series of parallel plates at constant temperatures. The pairs of parallel plates are maintained at progressively greater temperatures, to simulate the condition of increasing fluid temperature in a channel. The governing one‐dimensional (1‐D) momentum and energy equations are formulated to incorporate the dependence on temperature of both fluid viscosity (μ) and thermal conductivity (k). The qualitative behaviour of Nusselt number (Nu) decreasing with increasing Reynolds number (Re), exhibited by reported experimental data in literature, is simulated. Results show that it is practically dif_cult to observe this behaviour in the conventionally‐sized channels, but the effect easily surfaces in microchannels for practical lengths of flow and allowable high heat flux (qW). Herein, we present an innovative, novel, and highly convenient protocol for the synthesis of 3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐sec‐aminobiphenyl‐4‐carbonitriles ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g ) and 9,10‐dihydro‐3‐(pyridine‐2‐yl)‐1‐sec‐aminophenanthrene‐2‐carbonitriles ( 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e ), which have been delineated from the reaction of 4‐sec‐amino‐2‐oxo‐6‐aryl‐2H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g ) and 4‐sec‐amino‐2‐oxo‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐benzo[h]chromene‐3‐carbonitriles ( 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d , 9e ) with 2‐acetylpyridine ( 5 ) through the ring transformation reaction by using KOH/DMF system at RT. The salient feature of this procedure is to provide a transition metal‐free route for the synthesis of asymmetrical 1,3‐teraryls like 3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐sec‐aminobiphenyl‐4‐carbonitriles ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g ) and 9,10‐dihydro‐3‐(pyridine‐2‐yl)‐1‐sec‐aminophenanthrene‐2‐carbonitriles ( 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e ). The novelty of the reaction lies in the creation of an aromatic ring from 2H‐pyran‐2‐ones and 2H‐benzo[h]chromene‐3‐carbonitriles via two‐carbon insertion from 2‐acetylpyridine ( 5 ) used as a source of carbanion.  相似文献

A simple technique is described for constructing a glucose sensor by the entrapment of glucose oxidase (GOD) in a polyaniline (PA), poly(o‐toluidine) (POT) and their copolymer poly(aniline‐co‐o‐toluidine) (PA‐co‐POT) thin films, which were electrochemically deposited on a platinum plate in phosphate and acetate buffer. The maximum current response was observed for PA, POT, and PA‐co‐POT GOD electrodes at pH 5.5 and potential 0.60 V (v. Ag/AgCl). The phosphate buffer gives fast response as compared to acetate buffer in amperometric measurements. PA GOD electrode shows the fastest response followed by PA‐co‐POT and POT GOD electrodes.
