The synthesis, characterization, spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of trans-[CoIII(L1)(Py)2]ClO4 (I) and trans-[CoIII(L2)(Py)2]ClO4 (II) complexes, where H2L1 = N,N′-bis(5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-1,3-propylenediamine and H2L2 = N,N′-bis(5-bromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-1,3-propylenediamine, have been investigated. Both complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of I has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The coordination geometry around cobalt(III) ion is best described as a distorted octahedron. The electrochemical studies of these complexes revealed that the first reduction process corresponding to Co(III/II) is electrochemically irreversible accompanied by dissociation of the axial Co-N(Py) bonds. The in vitro antimicrobial activity of the Schiff bse ligands and their corrsponding complexes have been tested against human pathogenic bacterias such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli. The cobalt(III) complexes showed lower antimicrobial activity than the free Schiff base ligands.  相似文献

In order to study the mass generation of the vector fields in the framework of a conformal invariant gravitational model, the Weyl–Dirac theory is considered. The mass of the Weyl’s meson fields plays a principal role in this theory, it connects basically the conformal and gauge symmetries. We estimate this mass by using the large-scale characteristics of the observed universe. To do this we firstly specify a preferred conformal frame as a cosmological frame, then in this frame, we introduce an exact possible solution of the theory. We also study the dynamical effect of the massive vector meson fields on the trajectories of an elementary particle. We show that a local change of the cosmological frame leads to a Hamilton–Jacobi equation describing a particle with an adjustable mass. The dynamical effect of the massive vector meson field presents itself in the form of a correction term for the mass of the particle.  相似文献

In this paper, by means of the first principles calculations based on density functional theory, a new polycrystalline two-dimensional Be2C namely Be2C-III monolayer with orthorhombic atomic configuration is predicted. In this proposed monolayer, Be and C atoms are buckled in four different planes, in which each carbon atom binds to six beryllium atoms, while each beryllium atom is shared by three carbon and its three neighboring beryllium in a quasi-planar structure. First principles calculations confirmed that the new Be2C-III monolayer is energetically, kinetically, and thermally stable. Through electronic properties investigations, it is found that the proposed monolayer is a direct semiconductor with a medium band gap of 1.75 (2.54 eV) calculated by PBE (HSE06) level of theory which can be effectively modulated by biaxial external strains. As a direct band gap semiconductor with high stabilities this new Be2C monolayer is a promising candidate for application in electronics and optoelectronics devices.  相似文献

As the most common cancer in women, efforts have been made to develop novel nanomedicine-based therapeutics for breast cancer. In the present study, the in silico curcumin (Cur) properties were investigated, and we found some important drawbacks of Cur. To enhance cancer therapeutics of Cur, three different nonionic surfactants (span 20, 60, and 80) were used to prepare various Cur-loaded niosomes (Nio-Cur). Then, fabricated Nio-Cur were decorated with folic acid (FA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) for breast cancer suppression. For PEG-FA@Nio-Cur, the gene expression levels of Bax and p53 were higher compared to free drug and Nio-Cur. With PEG-FA-decorated Nio-Cur, levels of Bcl2 were lower than the free drug and Nio-Cur. When MCF7 and 4T1 cell uptake tests of PEG-FA@Nio-Cur and Nio-Cur were investigated, the results showed that the PEG-FA-modified niosomes exhibited the most preponderant endocytosis. In vitro experiments demonstrate that PEG-FA@Nio-Cur is a promising strategy for the delivery of Cur in breast cancer therapy. Breast cancer cells absorbed the prepared nanoformulations and exhibited sustained drug release characteristics.  相似文献

通过2-溴-1-(对甲苯基)乙醛与三(对甲苯基)膦的反应制备α-磷配体:1-(对甲苯基)-2-(三对甲苯基-5-亚磷酰基)乙醛(L)。氯化镉和溴化汞与L分别反应,生成配合物[Cd(L)Cl_2]_2(C1)和[Hg(L)(μ_2-Br)Br]_2(C2)。用IR和NMR(~1H,~(13)C,~(31)P)对配合物进行了表征。通过单晶X射线衍射测定了C2的结构,并在B3LYP/6-31G~*水平对C2的结构进行了DFT计算研究,以揭示C2的复合反应位点与Schiff碱等亲核基团的相互作用。  相似文献
