We study the behavior of the optical bistability (OB) and multistability (OM) in a two-level pumped-probe atomic system by means of a unidirectional ring cavity. We show that the optical bistability in a two-level atomic system can be controlled by adjusting the intensity of the pump field and the detuning between two fields. We find that applying the pumping field decreases the threshold of the optical bistability.  相似文献

In this paper we study the notion of injectivity in the category Pos-S of S-posets for a pomonoid S. First we see that, although there is no non-trivial injective S-poset with respect to monomorphisms, Pos-S has enough (regular) injectives with respect to regular monomorphisms (sub S-posets). Then, recalling Banaschewski’s theorem which states that regular injectivity of posets with respect to order-embeddings and completeness are equivalent, we study regular injectivity for S-posets and get some homological classification of pomonoids and pogroups. Among other things, we also see that regular injective S-posets are exactly the retracts of cofree S-posets over complete posets.  相似文献

Categories of lax -algebras are shown to have pullback-stable coproducts if preserves inverse images. The general result not only gives a common proof of this property in many topological categories but also shows that important topological categories, like the category of uniform spaces, are not presentable as a category of lax -algebras, with preserving inverse images. Moreover, we show that any such category of -algebras has a concrete, coproduct preserving functor into the category of topological spaces.  相似文献

Among different metallic nanoparticles, sliver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) are one of the most essential and fascinating nanomaterials. Importantly, among the metal based nanoparticles, Ag NPs play a key role in various fields such as biomedicine, biosensors, catalysis, pharmaceuticals, nanoscience and nanotechnology, particularly in nanomedicine. A main concern about the chemical synthesis of Ag NPs is the production of hazardous chemicals and toxic wastes. To overcome this problem, many research studies have been carried out on the green synthesis of Ag NPs using green sources such as plant extracts, microorganisms and some biopolymers without formation of hazardous wastes. Among green sources, plants could be remarkably valuable to exploring the biosynthesis of Ag NPs. In this review, the green synthesis of Ag‐based nanocatalysts such as Ag NPs, AgPd NPs, Au?Ag NPs, Ag/AgPd NPs, Ag/Cu NPs, Ag@AgCl NPs, Au?Ag@AgCl nanocomposite, Ag?Cr‐AC nanocomposite and Ag NPs immobilized on various supports such as Natrolite zeolite, bone, ZnO, seashell, hazelnut shell, almond shell, SnO2, perlite, ZrO2, TiO2, α‐Al2O3, CeO2, reduced graphene oxide (rGO), h‐Fe2O3@SiO2, and Fe3O4 using numerous plant extracts as reducing and stabilizing agents in the absence of hazardous surfactant and capping agents has been focused. This work describes the state of the art and future challenges in the biosynthesis of Ag‐based nanocatalysts. The fact about the application of living plants in metal nanoparticle (MNPs) industry is that it is a more economical and efficient biosynthesis biosynthetic procedure. In addition, the catalytic activities of the synthesized, Ag‐based recyclable nanocatalysts using various plant extracts in several chemical reactions such as oxidation, reduction, coupling, cycloaddition, cyanation, epoxidation, hydration, degradation and hydrogenation reactions have bben extensively discussed.  相似文献

Here, a novel and efficient process is introduced for producing wool fabric with multifunctional features through facile in situ photosonochemical synthesis of organic/inorganic nanocomposites. The fabric was treated with titanium isopropoxide, silver nitrate and ammonia in a sonobath for 1 h at 75–80°C. The crystal phase of the sono‐treated samples was characterized by X‐ray diffraction. The uniform distribution of the nanocomposite on the fiber surface was proved by field emission scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X‐ray and mapping patterns. Further, the composition of the nanocomposites was investigated by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The sono‐treated wool fabrics illustrated excellent photocatalytic activities toward discoloration of Methylene Blue under sunlight and UV‐A irradiation. Also the fabrics indicated reasonable antibacterial/antifungal activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. The tensile properties of the sono‐treated fabrics enhanced comparing to the untreated and even conventional stirrer‐treated fabrics. Moreover, a central composite design based on response surface methodology was used to study the influence of titanium isopropoxide and silver molar ratio on the prepared nanocomposites sonobath. Finally, the optimum molar ratio was reported for the best responses.  相似文献

In this paper, we construct a new class of four-dimensional spinning magnetic dilaton string solutions which produces a longitudinal nonlinear electromagnetic field. The Lagrangian of the matter field has the exponential form. We study the physical properties of the solution in ample details. Geometrical, causal and geodisical structures of the solutions are investigated, separately. We confirm that the spacetime is both null and geodesically complete. We find that these solutions have no curvature singularity and no horizon, but have a conic geometry. We investigate the effects of variation of charge and the intensity of the dilaton field, on the deficit angle. Due to the presence of the dilaton field, the asymptotic behavior of the solutions are neither flat nor (anti-) de Sitter [(A)dS]. Furthermore, we extend our study to the higher dimensions and obtain the (n+1)-dimensional magnetic rotating dilaton strings with k≤[n/2] rotation parameters and calculate conserved quantities of the solutions. Although these solutions are not asymptotically (A)dS, we use counterterm method to calculate conserved quantities. We also calculate electric charge and show that the net electric charge of the spinning string is proportional to the rotating parameter and the electric field only exists when the rotation parameter does not vanish.  相似文献

The effects of transition metal ions (M2+) such as Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, and Cu2+ on the functional and structural stabilities of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were investigated with respect to reversible chemical denaturation, Michaelis-Menten kinetics, chemical modification and time-dependent catalytic activity. Conformational Gibbs free energy (deltaGo(H2O)) as a structural stability criterion and transition concentrations of metal ions ([M2+] 1/2) were estimated using a two-state chemical denaturation model. Activation and inhibitory concentration ranges for each metal ion were specified by the steady-state enzyme kinetics. Results of a pH-profile method confirmed by chemical modification indicate that a histidine residue interacts in the activation concentration range, whereas carboxylic residues (Asp and Glu) contribute to interaction in the inhibitory concentration range. Incubation of the enzyme with the metal ion at activation concentration leads to long-term functional stability of peroxidase. Thus, such metal ions as potent effectors induced the enhancement of conformational and functional stabilities of horseradish peroxidase.  相似文献

Summary A gas-liquid chromatographic method is described for the determination of testosterone and oestradiol esters in oily injection. The separation of the steroids from the injection is performed by partition in the acetonitrile-hexane system. For gas chromatography the oestradiol esters were preliminary transformed to their mono-TMS derivatives. For the separation Dexsil 400 was preferably used as stationary phase. Mestranol was employed as internal standard for quantitation. A complete separation for all the individual components can be achieved within 12 min. The relative standard deviation is in the range of 1–1.5%.
Gas-chromatographische Bestimmung eines Gemisches von Testosteron- und Östradiolestern in öliger Injektionslösung
Zusammenfassung Die Abtrennung der Steroide aus der Injektionslösung erfolgt durch Extraktion mit Acetonitril und n-Hexan. Zur Gas-Chromatographie werden die Östradiolester in die Mono-trimethylsilylderivate übergeführt. Als stationäre Phase dient vorzugsweise Dexsil 400. Zur quantitativen Bestimmung wird Mestranol als inneren Standard benutzt. Eine vollständige Trennung der Ester läßt sich innerhalb von 12 min erreichen. Die relative Standardabweichung liegt im Bereich von 1–1,5%.
