A convenient synthesis of intermediate 4,5‐diamino‐3‐aryl‐1‐phenylpyrazoles 4a – 4c was reported. The different cyclization reactions were carried out with chalcone, 2‐mercaptoacetic acid and p‐anisialdehyde, ethyl chloroformate, glyoxal and thiourea to afford different N and S containing heterocycles. The reaction conditions were compared by conventional heating and microwave irradiation. The structures of the cyclization products were determined by analytical and spectroscopic data. All the synthesized compounds were screened for antibacterial activities in vitro.  相似文献

Interactions of anionic dye Eriochrome Blue Black R (EBBR) with various cationic micelles of surfactants n-alkyltrimethylammonium CnTAB (n=12; 14; 16 and 18) have been investigated spectrophotometrically at 25°C in premicellar and postmicellar region. The results have shown that with increasing the alkyl chain length of surfactants, the maximum absorbance of EBBR shifted to a higher wavelength and the binding constants of EBBR to cationic micelles (Kb) increases. This confirms that the surfactant micelle, which has a longer alkyl hydrocarbon chain, enables greater solubilization of dye. A simple and accurate stability-indicating thin-layer chromatographic (TLC) method is developed and validated for the quantitative determination of ribavirin (RBV) in its bulk and with used for development consists of chloroform-methanol-acetic acid (60:15:15, v/v/v). The separated spots are visualized as bluish green spots after being sprayed with anisaldehyde reagent. RBV is subjected to different accelerated stress conditions. The drug is found to undergo degradation under all stress conditions, and the degradation products are well resolved from the pure drug with significantly different Rf values. The optical densities of the separated spots are found to be linear with the amount of RBV in the range of 5-40 microg/spot with a good correlation coefficient (r=0.9980). The limit of detection and limit of quantitation values are 1.40 and 4.67 microg/spot, respectively. Statistical analysis proves that the method is repeatable and accurate for the determination of RBV in the presence of its degradation products. The method meets the International Conference on Harmonisation/Food and Drug Administration regulatory requirements. The proposed TLC method is successfully applied for the determination of RBV, pure and in capsules, with good accuracy and precision; the label claim percentages are 98.8%+/-1.5%. The results obtained by the proposed TLC method are comparable with those obtained by the official method.  相似文献

An ionic liquid mediated sol-gel sorbents for hollow fiber solid-phase microextraction (HF-SPME) was developed for extraction of the pesticides: diazinon, fenitrothion, malathion, fenvalerate, phosalone and tridemorph from human hair and water samples. The analytes were subsequently analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography and diode array detection (HPLC-DAD). Preliminary experiments were carried out in order to study experimental conditions for pesticides' extraction from spiked hair and water samples with HF-SPME using hollow fiber-supported ionic liquid mediated sol-gel sorbent. The sol-gel nanocomposites were reinforced with nanoparticles such as carboxylic functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (COOH-MWCNTs), amino functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (NH(2)-MWCNTs), nano SiO(2), nano TiO(2) and nano MgO comparatively to promote extraction efficiency. In this device, the innovative solid sorbents were developed by the sol-gel method via the reaction of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) with 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-propane-1,3-diol (TRIS). In the basic condition (pH 10-11), the gel growth process in the presence of ionic liquid and nanoparticles was initiated. Then, the sol was injected into a polypropylene hollow fiber segment for in situ gelation process. Parameters affecting the efficiency of HF-SPME were thoroughly investigated. Linearity was observed over a range of 0.01-25,000 ng/mL with detection limits between 0.004 and 0.095 ng/mL for the pesticides in the aqueous matrices and 0.003-0.080 ng/mL in the hair matrices. The relative recoveries in the real samples ranged from 82.0% to 94.0% for the pesticides store seller's hair and the work researchers' hair. Results are showing the great possibilities of HF-SPME-HPLC-PDA for analysis of pesticides in biological and environmental samples.  相似文献

The excitation of the degenerate E(1) carbonyl stretching vibrations in dimanganese decacarbonyl is shown to trigger wave packet circulation in the subspace of these two modes. On the time scale of about 5 ps, intramolecular anharmonic couplings do not cause appreciable disturbance, even under conditions where the two E(1) modes are excited by up to about two vibrational quanta each. The compactness of the circulating wave packet is shown to depend strongly on the excitation conditions, such as pulse duration and field strength. Numerical results for the solution of the seven-dimensional vibrational Schro?dinger equation are obtained for a density functional theory based potential energy surface and using the multi-configuration time-dependent Hartree method.  相似文献

Organic–inorganic hybrids are artificially created structures presenting novel properties not exhibited by either of the component materials alone. In this contribution one addresses processing, morphology and properties of polymer nanocomposites reinforced graphene. First, synthesis routes to graphite oxide (GO) and foliated graphene sheets (FGS) are illustrated. Physical characterization of these graphene sheets were conducted using atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques. Processing, structure and properties of graphene/poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) nanocomposites are discussed. FGS was dispersed into PEO via two different composite manufacturing techniques: melt compounding and solvent mixing. Morphology of dispersed graphene and properties from different blending routes are compared. TEM showed that graphene distributed parallel to the composite surface using solvent method, while distributed randomly in melt blended method. Optical measurements indicated that the transparency of PEO/graphene prepared by solvent method is higher than that of melt blended method in the visible region. Electrical conductivity measurements are employed to evaluate threshold concentration for rigidity and connectivity percolation. The percolation concentration of the composites prepared by solvent method is less than those of melt blended method. The mechanical performance of the composites prepared by solvent method is higher than melt blended. Halpin–Tsai model has been used to confirm the distribution of the graphene into PEO by the two different processing techniques.  相似文献

Spectral–optical–electrical–thermal properties of deposited thin films of nano-sized calcium(II)-8-hydroxy-5,7-dinitroquinolate complex, Ca[((NO2)2-8HQ)2], were explored, studied and evaluated in this work. Thin films of Ca[((NO2)2-8HQ)2] were assembled by using a direct, simple and efficient layer-by-layer (LBL) chemical deposition technique. The optical properties of thin films were investigated by using spectrophotometric measurements of transmittance and reflectance at normal incidence in the wavelength range 200–2500 nm. The refractive index, n, and the absorption index, k, of Ca[((NO2)2-8HQ)2] films were determined from the measured transmittance and reflectance. The real and imaginary dielectric constants were also determined. The analysis of the spectral behavior of the absorption coefficient in the intrinsic absorption region reveals a direct allowed transition with band gaps of 1.1 eV and 2.4 eV for the optical and transport energy gaps, respectively. The current–voltage characteristics of Ca[((NO2)2-8HQ)2] showed a trap-charge limited conduction in determining the current at the intermediate and high bias regimes. Graphical representation of the current–voltage characteristics yields three distinct linear parts indicating the existence of three conduction mechanisms. Structural characterization and identification were confirmed by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was also used to image the surface morphology of the deposited nano-sized metal complex and such study revealed a high homogeneity in surface spherical particle distribution with average particles size in the range 20–40 nm. Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) was also studied for [(NO2)2-8HQ] and Ca[((NO2)2-8HQ)2] to evaluate and confirm the thermal stability characteristics incorporated into the synthesized nano-sized Ca[((NO2)2-8HQ)2] complex.  相似文献

Despite the recent, successful efforts to detect mycotoxins, new methods are still required to achieve higher sensitivity, more simplicity, higher speed, and higher accuracy at lower costs. This paper describes the determination of ochratoxin A (OTA) using corona discharge ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) in the licorice root. A quick screening and measuring method is proposed to be employed after cleaning up the extracted OTA by immunoaffinity columns. The ion mobility spectrometer is used in the inverse mode to better differentiate the OTA peak from the neighboring ones. After optimization of the experimental conditions such as corona voltage, injection port temperature, and IMS cell temperature, a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.010 ng is obtained. Furthermore, the calibration curve is found to be in the range of 0.01-1 ng with a correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.988. Licorice roots were analyzed for their OTA content to demonstrate the capability of the proposed method in the quantitative detection of OTA in real samples.  相似文献
