Recently, metallic nanoparticles have been used for the treatment of several disorders, such as cancer. Indeed, finding the chemotherapeutic drug of nanoparticles is in researching the priority of both developed and developing countries. The present study confirms the ability of aqueous extract of Thymus vulgaris grown under in vitro condition for the biosynthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). Also, in this study, we indicated the antioxidant, cytotoxicity, and anti-acute myeloid leukemia properties of AuNPs compared to doxorubicin in a leukemic mouse model. The synthesized AuNPs were characterized using different techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometry (EDS), fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV–Vis.), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In vivo design, induction of acute myeloid leukemia was done by 7,12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA) in 75 mice. Then, the animals were randomly divided into six subgroups, including control, untreated, doxorubicin, AuNPs, T. vulgaris, and HAuCl4. By quantitative real-time PCR, sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor-1 and sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor-5 mRNA expression in lymphocytes were significantly (P ≤ 0.01) raised by treating the leukemic mice with the AuNPs and doxorubicin. Also, AuNPs similar to doxorubicin, significantly (P ≤ 0.01) enhanced the anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL4, IL5, IL10, IL13, and IFNα) and the platelet, lymphocyte, and red blood cell (RBC) parameters and reduced the pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL1, IL6, IL12, IL18, IFNY, and TNFα), and the total white blood cell (WBC), blast, monocyte, neutrophil, eosinophil, and basophil counts as compared to the untreated mice. In vitro design, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) test revealed similar antioxidant potentials for doxorubicin and AuNPs. Furthermore, AuNPs similar to doxorubicin had low cell viability dose-dependently against 32D-FLT3-ITD, Human HL-60/vcr, and Murine C1498 cell lines without any cytotoxicity on HUVEC cell line. Above results confirm the excellent antioxidant, cytotoxicity, and anti-acute myeloid leukemia effects of AuNPs compared to doxorubicin. After confirming these results in clinical trial studies, AuNPs can be used as a chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia in human.  相似文献

The aim of the study was the rapid green synthesis of titanium nanoparticles using the aqueous extract of Falcaria vulgaris leaves (TiNPs@FV) and exploring their antioxidant, cytotoxicity, antifungal, antibacterial, and cutaneous wound healing activities under in vitro and in vivo condition. These nanoparticles were characterized by UV-Vis, Fourier transform-infrared(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction XRD), field emission-scanning electron microscopy FE-SEM), and transmission electron microscopy TEM) analyses. The synthesized TiNPs@FV had great cell viability on human umbilical vein endothelial cells and indicted this method was nontoxic. DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) test revealed similar antioxidant potentials for F. vulgaris, TiNPs@FV, and butylated hydroxytoluene. All data of antibacterial, antifungal, and cutaneous wound healing tests were analyzed by SPSS 22 software. In the antimicrobial part of this study, TiNPs@FV indicated higher antifungal and antibacterial effects than all standard antibiotics (p ≤ 0.01). Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal fungicidal concentration of TiNPs@FV against all fungi were at 2–4 mg/mL and 2-8 mg/mL ranges, respectively. But, MIC and minimal bactericidal concentration of TiNPs@FV against all bacteria were at 2-8 mg/mL and 2-16 mg/mL ranges, respectively. In the part of cutaneous wound healing, use of TiNPs@FV ointment significantly (p ≤ 0.01) raised the wound contracture, vessel, hydroxyl proline, hexuronic acid, hexosamine, fibrocyte, and fibrocytes/fibroblast rate and significantly (p ≤ 0.01) decreased the wound area, total cells, neutrophil, and lymphocyte compared to other groups in rats. The results of FT-IR, UV-Vis, XRD, TEM, and FE-SEM confirm that the aqueous extract of F. vulgaris leaves can be used to yield titanium nanoparticles with a notable amount of remedial effects.  相似文献

The adsorption of PH3 molecules on the NiB,N-doped(4,4) and (5,5) BNNTS surfaces has been investigated using density functional theory (DFT). The adsorption energies, geometric and electronic structures of the adsorbed systems were studied to judge the possible application of NiB,N-doped BNNTS in PH3 monitoring systems. Our calculated results showed that NiB,N-doped BNNTS had much higher adsorption energy and shorter binding distances than pure BNNTS owning to chemisorptions of the PH3 molecule. The obtained density of states (DOS) and frontier orbitals demonstrated that the orbital hybridization was obvious between the PH3 molecule and NiB,N-doped BNNTS. However, due to weak physisorption according to the total electron density maps, there was no evidence for hybridization between PH3 molecule and pure BNNTS. It was shown that after doping of Ni atom, the primary symmetry of BNNTS decreased which enhanced the chemical activity of BNNTS towards PH3 molecules. According to the obtained results, we highlight the high potential application of NiB,N-doped BNNTS in the design and fabrication of PH3 sensing devices.

Copper/carbon dot nanohybrids (Cu/CD NHs) were prepared via a facile precipitation method through a disproportionation reaction. The surface characterization was performed by various techniques such as XRD, FTIR and TEM. Then, water-based nanofluids composed of Cu/CD NHs at 0.1 and 0.5 mass% were prepared, and their thermo-physical properties including thermal conductivity, viscosity, density and specific heat were evaluated at various temperatures. The water-based Cu/CD nanofluid demonstrated to be a potential heat transfer fluid with a high stability. It was found that the thermal conductivity can be enhanced by increasing the nanoparticle concentration and temperature. Almost 1.25-fold increase in thermal conductivity has been achieved by raising the temperature up to 50 °C and at the concentration of 0.5 mass%. The heat capacity was found to increase with increasing concentration. Moreover, by increasing temperature the density and viscosity of the as-prepared nanofluid decreased, whereas the heat capacity showed an increasing trend.  相似文献

Erigeroside was extracted from Satureja khuzistanica Jamzad (Marzeh Khuzistani in Persian, family of lamiaceae), and (1)H, (13)C, (13)C{(1)H}, (1)H-(1)H COSY, HMQC and J-HMBC were obtained to identify this compound and determine a complete set of J-coupling constants ((1)J(C-H), (2)J(C-H), (3)J(C-H) and (3)J(H-H)) values within the exocyclic hydroxymethyl group (CH(2)OH) and anomeric center. In parallel, density functional theory (DFT) using B3LYP functional and split-valance 6-311++G** basis set has been used to optimized the structures and conformers of erigeroside. In all calculations solvent effects were considered using a polarized continuum (overlapping spheres) model (PCM). The dependencies of (1)J, (2)J and (3)J involving (1)H and (13)C on the C(5')-C(6') (omega), C(6')-O(6') (theta) and C(1')-O(1') (phi) torsion angles in erigeroside were computed using DFT method. Complete hyper surfaces for (1)J(C1',H1'), (2)J(C5',H6'R), (2)J(C5',H6'S), (2)J(C6',H5'), (3)J(C4',H6'R), (3)J(C4',H6'S) and (2)J(H6'R-H5'S) as well as (3)J(H5',H6'R) were obtained and used to derive Karplus equations to correlate these couplings to omega, theta and phi. These calculated J-couplings are in agreement with experimental values. These results confirm the reliability of DFT calculated coupling constants in aqueous solution.  相似文献

To purify the mammalian cell membrane porphyrin binding proteins (PBP), an original affinity chromatographic technique is proposed. The method is based on the application of an agarose attached fullerene-porphyrin ligand connected to a polysaccharide gel matrix through the epoxy-cyclohexyl residue interface. A selective PBP-stationary phase coupling has been managed in a single column chromatographic run leading to a complete purification of the 17.6 kDa monomer protein from the rat myocardium mitochondria membranes. A synchronous pH and ionic strength linear gradients were used to separate this protein with a high specific affinity to the porphyrin K related structures from all non-specific sorption retained membrane proteins.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the solution of a large linear system of equations, which is obtained from discretizing the Euler–Lagrange equations associated with the image deblurring problem. The coefficient matrix of this system is of the generalized saddle point form with high condition number. One of the blocks of this matrix has the block Toeplitz with Toeplitz block structure. This system can be efficiently solved using the minimal residual iteration method with preconditioners based on the fast Fourier transform.
