A one-pot procedure has been developed for the synthesis of (1,2,3-triazolyl) methoxyphenyl tetrahydro-5-oxo-4H-chromene derivatives by concurrent reaction of aryloxy propargylated aldehydes, various azides, active methylene compounds, and 1,3-cyclohexanediones using catalytic amounts of Cu(OAc)2 / sodium ascorbate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate in aqueous ethanol media. Excellent conversion of starting materials was achieved to the desired (1,2,3-triazolyl) methoxyphenyl tetrahydro-5-oxo-4H-chromene products.  相似文献

Densities and viscosities of ternary mixtures of 2-pyrrolidone + 1,2-propanediol + water and corresponding binary mixtures of 1,2-propanediol + water, 2-pyrrolidone + water and 2-pyrrolidone + 1,2-propanediol have been measured over the whole composition range at 313.15 K. From the obtained data, the excess molar volumes (VE), the deviations in viscosity (Δη) and the excess Gibbs free energy of activation (ΔG?E) have been calculated. The VE, Δη and ΔG?E results were correlated and fitted by the Redlich–Kister equation for binary mixtures and by the Cibulka equation for ternary mixtures, as a function of mole fraction. Several predictive empirical relations were applied to predict the excess molar volumes of ternary mixtures from the binary mixing data.  相似文献

Summary. Alum (KAl(SO4)2 · 12H2O) catalyzed the efficient synthesis of mono- and disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazoles by the condensation of acyl hydrazides with orthoesters under solvent-free conditions at 100°C. This methodology offers significant improvements for the synthesis of oxadiazoles with regard to the yield of products, simplicity in operation, inexpensive reagents, and green aspects by avoiding toxic catalysts and solvents.  相似文献

In this study, a gas chromatographic method is presented for the determination of calcium stearate after its conversion to stearic acid in a polymeric matrix. A solution of hydrochloric acid in 2-propanol is used as an extracting solvent of calcium stearate and its converter to stearic acid. For stearic acid preconcentration before its injection to a separation system, a recently presented extraction method, dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction, using carbon tetrachloride as an extracting solvent is used. Finally, 1 microL of the organic phase collected at the bottom of a conical test tube after centrifuging is injected into a gas chromatograph (GC) for quantification. This method has a relatively broad linear dynamic range (50 - 2000 mg/L) with a limit of detection (LOD) of 15 mg/L for stearic acid in solution. The LOD of the proposed method in a polymeric sample using 10 mg of polymer is 60 ppm as calcium stearate. Some effective parameters, such as the time and temperature of heating, the concentration of hydrochloric acid and the volume of distilled water, were studied.  相似文献

In this research, a mixed spectral collocation method based on Kronecker product is proposed for solving initial-boundary value problems. New implementation is suggested to achieve more accurate approximation at longer times. Test problems are also studied to demonstrate how this method is implemented. Despite the initial successes of gene delivery applications, they faced on several intrinsic drawbacks including toxicity and immunogenicity. Therefore, alternative gene‐delivery systems derived from recombinant peptides have emerged and is rapidly developing. Human epidermal growth factor receptor‐3 (HER3) shows high activity in tumor resistance to anti‐human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) therapies. In this study, an affibody molecule against HER3 is conjugated to a biomimetic peptide RALA (an amphipathic and cationic peptide enriched with arginine) and the ability of the fusion vector for targeting HER3 and afterward delivering specific genes in breast cancer cells is evaluated. The results demonstrate that the biopolymeric platform, which contains an affibody‐conjugated RALA peptide, can effectively condense DNA into nanoparticles and target the overexpressed HER3 receptors in breast cancer cells and transfer specific genes. The use of such a recombinant biopolymer may pave the way for the development of sensitive and effective diagnostic and treatment tool for breast cancer.  相似文献
