Nickel was quantitatively retained by 2-nitroso-1-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid (Nitroso-S) and tetradecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (TDBA Cl) onto benzophenone in the pH range 5.0-6.0 from large volumes of aqueous solutions of various samples. After filtration, each solid mass consisting of a nickel complex and benzophenone was dissolved with 5 ml of dimethylformamide (DMF) and the metal was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). About 0.6 microg of nickel could be concentrated from 200 ml of an aqueous sample, where its concentration was as low as 3.0 ng/ml. Eight replicate determinations of 2.5 microg/ml of nickel in the final DMF solution gave a mean absorbance of 0.112 with a relative standard deviation of 1.9%. The sensitivity for 1% absorption was 98 ng/ml. The interference of a number of anions and cations was studied and the developed optimized conditions were utilized for the trace determination of nickel in various alloys and biological samples. 相似文献

An efficient and fast dispersive magnetic solid phase extraction method was developed using MIL‐101(Cr)/poly (mercaptobenzothiazole)@magnetite nanoparticles for the preconcentration and determination of nitrophenols in river and rain water samples. High‐performance liquid chromatography‐Ultraviolet instrument was applied for the analysis of target nitrophenols. The effect of several variables on the extraction performance was explored via design of experiment approach. Limits of detection and linear dynamic ranges were attained in the range of 0.05–0.10 µg/L and 0.2–250 µg/L, respectively. The enrichment factors were in the range of 317–363. The precision (n = 3) of dispersive magnetic solid phase extraction method was in the range of 5.3–6.8%. Ab initio molecular orbital and density functional theory were used to investigate energetic and structural properties of the various conformations of hexa-tertbutylbenzene (1), hexakis(trimethylsilyl)benzene (2), hexakis (trimethylgermyl)benzene (3), and hexakis(trimethylstannyl)benzene (4). HF/3-21G//HF/3-21G and B3LYP/3-21G//HF/3-21G results revealed that the Twist-Boat (TB) conformer of compound 1 is more stable than the 1-Chair (C), 1-Boat (B), and 1-Planar (P) conformers. B3LYP/3-21G//HF/3-21G results show that the 1- TB conformer is more stable than 1- C, 1- B, and 1- P conformers of about 1.13, 4.34, and 99.94 kcal mol?1 , respectively. Contrary to the stability order of compound 1 conformers, the C conformer of compounds 2–4 is more stable than TB, B, and P conformations, as calculated by B3LYP/3-21G//HF/3-21G and HF/3-21G//HF/3-21G levels of theory. The energy gap between the C and P conformers in compounds 1–4 is decreased in the following order: ΔE(4: C, P) < ΔE (3: C, P) < ΔE(2: C, P) < ΔE (1: C, P). This fact can be explained in terms of the increase of C aromatic -M (M═C, Si, Ge, and Sn) bond lengths and the decrease of steric (van der Waals) repulsions in the previously discussed compounds. For compounds 1–3, the calculations were also performed at the B3LYP/ 6-31G*//HF/3-21G level of theory. However, the comparison showed that the results at B3LYP/3-21G//HF/3-21G methods correlated well with those obtained at the B3LYP/6-31G*// HF/6-31G method. Further, NBO analysis revealed that in compounds 1–4, the resonance energy associated with the σM-C1 to σ*C2-C3 delocalization is 5.20, 9.68, 11.15, and 12.27 kcal mol?1, respectively. These resonance energy values could explain the easiness of the ring flipping processes of C, B, and TB conformers of compounds 4 to 1. Also, the NBO results showed that by an increase of the σM-C1 → σ *C2-C3 resonance energies in compounds 1–4, the σM-C1 bonding orbital occupancies decrease. This fact could fairly explain the increase of the Caryl-M bond length from compound 1 to 4. The NBO results are also in good agreement with the calculated energy barriers for the ring flipping of the chair conformations in compounds 1–4, as calculated by B3LYP and HF methods. 相似文献

A very simple, selective and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of dodecyl benzene sulfonate (DBS) has been investigated. In this method, the ion pair of DBS and methylene blue was adsorbed onto plasticized poly(vinylchloride) membrane as a solid phase extraction medium. The absorbance of the blue membrane was measured at 660nm against a blank membrane using a spectrophotometer. The influence of type and amount of plasticizer, pH, concentration of methylene blue, temperature of sample solution and time of extraction on the absorbance of membrane was studied. Linear calibration was obtained over a concentration range of 0.1 to 6.5µgmL–1 of DBS. The method was applied to the determination of DBS in different commercial detergents. The precision and accuracy of the method is comparable with the conventional standard method. This method is cost-effective, and the use of organic solvent such as chloroform is completely eliminated. 相似文献

In this study, magnetically recoverable vanadium complexs designated as VO(Sal-Tryp)/AmpSCMNPs and VO(Sal-His)/AmpSCMNPs were prepared through immobilization of Schiff bases of histidine or tryptophan with salicylaldehyde on the surface of modified silica coated iron oxide magnetite nanoparticles with (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane as aminopropyl (Amp) spacer followed by complexation with VOSO4. Characterization was carried out by chemical analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, XRD, scanning electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry techniques. VO(Sal-Tryp)/AmpSCMNPs and VO(Sal-His)/AmpSCMNP were found to catalyze the epoxidation of allyl alcohols and olefins with tert-butyl hydroperoxide with excellent conversions and selectivities. Investigation of the stability and reusability revealed the heterogeneity character of the catalyst with no desorption during the course of epoxidation reactions. High yields, clean reactions, easily catalyst separation and recyclability of the solid catalyst are some advantages of this method. 相似文献
