The optical O(2) recognition capability of a covalently assembled monolayer (CAM) of 5,10,15-tri-{p-dodecanoxyphenyl}-20-(p-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin on silica-based substrates was studied at room temperature by both UV-vis and photoluminescence (PL) measurements. The optical properties of this robust monolayer setup appear to be highly sensitive to the O(2) concentration in N(2). Both UV-vis and PL measurements were used to study the porphyrin-oxygen interactions. The monolayer-based sensor exhibits a short response time and can be restored within seconds. The oxygen-induced luminescence quenching of the monolayer involves both ground and excited states. The proposed mechanism responsible for the luminescence quenching involves different kinds of interactions between the monolayer and O(2). 相似文献

In order to obtain full information coverage on melt inclusions in Martian meteorites (subgroup nakhlites) complementary micro-analytical techniques were used, i.e. focused ion beam, transmission electron microscopy and laser ablation. Using focused ion beam several lamellae for transmission electron microscopy were prepared and secondary electron images of cross-sections could be acquired. Laser ablation–inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry analyses were performed on selected inclusions to obtain mass-oriented bulk composition of inclusions at depth. The differences in composition between melt inclusions in olivine and augite crystals would suggest a xenocrystic origin for olivine. Furthermore, electron diffraction patterns clearly indicated that the SiO2-rich phase in inclusions from augite in meteorites from Northwest Africa site is re-crystallized, whereas it is still vitreous in the inclusions from Nakhla sampling site. Therefore, different post-entrapment evolutions were active for the two nakhlite meteorite sets, the Nakhla and the NWA817 set. Melt inclusions in Nakhla olivine presented alteration veins, which were presumably produced before their landing on Earth. If this is the case, this would indicate a alteration stage already on Mars with all the consequence in terms of climate history. Melt inclusions in Nakhla augite resulted unaffected by any alteration or modification following the entrapment, and therefore represent the best candidate to indicate the pristine magma composition. 相似文献

The rigid rotor approximation (RRA) is commonly assumed in the Raman cross section used in thermometric analysis based on coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (CARS). In this paper, we discuss instead the role of the coupling between molecular vibrations and rotations in view of the alterations found in the amplitude of CARS signals of basic molecules and, in the end, we demonstrate that the deviation of a few percent from the RRA results in corrections to the measured temperature that are comparable to the thermometric accuracy of very well‐known Q‐branch CARS measurements on nitrogen, which is unanimously regarded as the fundamental molecule in CARS thermometry. Supported iron-based Fischer–Tropsch (FT) catalysts with high loading of active metal have been prepared using both traditional and innovative methods. In these latter the impregnation of silica support has been performed by adding a step involving an ultrasound (US) or a microwave (MW) treatment to improve the metal deposition and to increase the catalyst activity. FT results have indicated the catalysts prepared by US as the most efficient, particularly when sonication is performed in argon atmosphere. MW prepared samples have given results very similar to those obtained with the traditional method. In order to explain the different catalytic activity, all the samples have been characterized by BET, TPR, SEM, TEM, XRD and micro-Raman analyses. 相似文献

This paper proposes a new method for calculating the missing elements of an incomplete matrix of pairwise comparison values for a decision problem. The matrix is completed by minimizing a measure of global inconsistency, thus obtaining a matrix which is optimal from the point of view of consistency with respect to the available judgements. The optimal values are obtained by solving a linear system and unicity of the solution is proved under general assumptions. Lentil (Lens culinaris Medik.) is one of the most ancient crops of the Mediterranean region used for human nutrition; an extensive differentiation of L. culinaris over millennia has resulted in a number of different landraces. As a consequence of environmental and socio‐economic issues, the disappearance of many of them occurred in more recent times. To investigate the potential of proteomics as a tool in phylogenetic studies, testing the possibility to identify specific markers of different plant landraces, 2‐D gel electrophoretic maps of mature seeds were obtained from seven lentil populations belonging to a local ecotype (Capracotta) and five commercial varieties (Turca Rossa, Canadese, Castelluccio di Norcia, Rascino and Colfiorito). 2‐DE analysis resolved hundreds of protein species in each lentil sample, among which only 122 were further identified by MALDI‐TOF PMF and/or nanoLC‐ESI‐LIT‐MS/MS, probably as a result of the poor information available on L. culinaris genome. A comparison of these maps revealed that 103 protein spots were differentially expressed within and between populations. The multivariate statistical analyses carried out on these variably expressed spots showed that 24 protein species were essential for population discrimination, thus determining their proposition as landrace markers. Besides providing the first reference map of mature lentil seeds, our data confirm previous studies based on morphological/genetic observations and further support the valuable use of proteomic techniques as phylogenetic tool in plant studies. 相似文献

A survey dealing with the use of anhydrous potassium carbonate as an efficient base for promoting organic reactions under solid–liquid phase transfer catalysis (SL-PTC) conditions is reported. In particular, the generation in situ of trifluoro- and trichloroacetamidide, and reactions of these azaanions with 2-bromocarboxylic esters and epoxides, affording protected α-amino acids and β-amido alcohols, respectively, are described. The reduction of allylic nitroderivatives with CS2 to oximes or nitriles under SL- and liquid–liquid PTC (LL-PTC) is also presented. Finally, new preparation methods and a study of the reactivity of quaternary onium fluorides, hydrogendifluorides and dihydrogentrifluorides, together with the use of dihydrogentrifluorides as hydrofluorinating agents under SL-PTC conditions, are reported. 相似文献
