含胆固醇和 4-(反式-正烷基环己基)苯甲酸结构单元的双液晶基元液晶化合物的合成及其性质

本文合成了一系列含有胆固醇和4-（反式-正烷基环己基）苯甲酸结构单元的新型双液晶基元液晶化合物。这些化合物中两个介晶基元是利用不同长度的氧烷酰基连接在一起。利用FT-IR、MS、1H NMR、POM、DSC 表证了所得化合物的结构和介晶性,并选择几种双液晶基元液晶测定了它们的机械黏度和在主体液晶中的螺旋扭曲力（HTP)。结果表明,绝大多数化合物显示较低相变温度的胆甾相（N*）,并且被选择的化合物的平均机械黏度和螺旋扭曲力类似于或优于胆甾醇任酸酯。     

Splitting Algorithms for General Pseudomonotone Mixed Variational Inequalities

In this paper, we suggest and analyze a number of resolvent-splitting algorithms for solving general mixed variational inequalities by using the updating technique of the solution. The convergence of these new methods requires either monotonicity or pseudomonotonicity of the operator. Proof of convergence is very simple. Our new methods differ from the existing splitting methods for solving variational inequalities and complementarity problems. The new results are versatile and are easy to implement.     

基于聚(2-甲基-2-噁唑啉)和聚丙烯酸的混合刷在毛细管电泳在线富集溶菌酶中的应用

制备了一种对溶菌酶具有可控吸附性能的混合刷涂层毛细管,用于毛细管电泳在线富集溶菌酶以提高其检测灵敏度。首先,分别通过阳离子开环聚合和可逆加成-断裂链转移（RAFT）聚合合成聚（2-甲基-2-噁唑啉）（PMOXA）和聚丙烯酸（PAA）,然后将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯（GMA）分别与PMOXA和PAA通过自由基共聚和RAFT聚合合成出聚（2-甲基-2-噁唑啉）-r-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯（PMOXA-r-GMA）和聚丙烯酸-b-聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯（PAA-b-PGMA）。将PMOXA-r-GMA和PAA-b-PGMA的混合溶液以一定比例加入到毛细管内,通过加热即可制备出基于PMOXA和PAA的混合刷涂层毛细管。X射线光电子能谱（XPS）对毛细管原材料的表面组成研究结果表明,当混合溶液质量浓度为20 g/L、PMOXA-r-GMA和PAA-b-PGMA质量比为1：1时,所得涂层中羧基的含量随着PAA链长的增加而增加;异硫氰酸荧光素标记溶菌酶（FITC-溶菌酶）吸附实验结果显示,通过改变环境的pH和离子强度（I）可以调控涂层毛细管对溶菌酶的吸附和释放,在pH 7（I=10^-5mol/L）条件下,毛细管可以吸附大量的溶菌酶,当条件变为pH 3（I=10^-1mol/L）时,吸附的溶菌酶可以被释放出来。将这种具有溶菌酶可控吸附性能的涂层毛细管用于毛细管电泳在线富集溶菌酶,当PAA链长是PMOXA链长的2.2倍时,溶菌酶的灵敏度增强因子为17.69,检出限为8.7×10^-5g/L;同一天内对溶菌酶连续测定5次以及连续测定5天,峰面积的日内、日间相对标准偏差（RSD）分别为2.9%和4.1%,迁移时间的日内、日间RSD分别为0.9%和2.1%。涂层的制备只需一步,简单易行,而且涂层具有很好的稳定性。本研究为毛细管电泳分析痕量蛋白质提供了一种简单有效的方法。

Darcy-Forchheimer flow by rotating disk with partial slip

The viscous dissipation and heat transfer in the Darcy-Forchheimer flow by a rotating disk are examined. The partial slip conditions are invoked. The optimal series solutions are computed via the optimal homotopic analysis method(OHAM). The thermophoresis and Brownian motions are studied. The Darcy-Forchheimer relation characterizes the porous space. The roles of influential variables on the physical quantities are graphically examined. A reduction in the local Nusselt number is observed through thermophoresis and thermal slip parameters. The local Sherwood number depicts an increasing trend for the higher Brownian motion and concentration slip parameters.     

Preconcentration of rifampicin prior to its efficient spectroscopic determination in the wastewater samples based on a nonionic surfactant

Every year, tuberculosis affects the lungs of millions of people and rifampicin is the commonly used medicine for its treatment due to its antibiotic nature. The frequent use of rifampicin may lead to its increased concentration in the water resources. This research work is focused on the cloud point extraction (CPE) procedure for the preconcentration of rifampicin prior to its determination in water. The UV/vis spectrophotometric method was adapted for the measurement of rifampicin content after the phase separation. Triton-X 100 was used as the nonionic surfactant which contains hydrophilic polyethylene chain feasible for the extraction of analyte. Various analytical parameters that can affect the extraction efficacy were optimized to achieve linearity of the proposed method in the concentration range of 3.54–81.41 mgL^–1. The Limit of detection and quantification were 1.261 and 4.212 mgL^–1, respectively. The Preconcentration factor was 40 with relative standard deviation (%RSD) of 2.504%. The standard addition methodology was adopted for the validation of this procedure and effectively applied for the determination of rifampicin in real wastewater samples.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antimicrobial Activity of Ethyl 2-（1-cyclohexyl-4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-5-yl）-2-oxoacetate

A novel 1,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,3-triazole(C18H21N3O3) was synthesized by a one-pot three component reaction of 1-azidocyclohexane, 1-copper(I) phenylethyne and ethoxalyl chloride at room temperature. The molecular structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 12.8167(9), b = 8.0966(6), c = 16.7079(9) , β = 98.716(2)o, Z = 4 and V = 1713.8(2). In the crystal, the molecules are related by inversion and paired into dimers via C–H···O and C–O···C interactions involving(oxo) acetate groups. Furthermore, X-ray analysis results are compared with the optimized structure computed by using B3 LYP method with 6-311 G basis set. The calculated results showed that optimized geometry can well reproduce the crystal structure parameters. The bioassay results indicate that the compound has good antibacterial and antifungal activities.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and DNA Interaction Study of 3-(2-(3,5-Diphenyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol1-yl)thiazol-4-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one

A new compound 3-(2-(3,5-diphenyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)thiazol-4-yl)-2Hchromen-2-one was synthesized by cyclocondensation of 3,5-diphenyl-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-carbothioamide with 3-(2-bromoacetyl)-2H-chromen-2-one in ethanol at reflux for 2hrs. The compound was characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The newly synthesized compound(C27H19N3O2S) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 5.2476(6), b = 18.289(2), c = 23.115(3) , α = 93.546(7), β = 94.715(6), γ = 92.347(7)°, V = 2204.3(4)3, Z = 4, Mr = 449.51, crystal size = 0.38 mm × 0.22 mm × 0.16 mm,(I 2σ(I)) = 35317, 9736, 3785, Rint = 0.081,(Δρ)max = 0.19 and(Δρ)min = –0.24 e·-3. DNA interaction studies revealed that the target compound strongly interacts with DNA through an intercalation binding mode and the binding constant of the compound is 7.45 × 104 M-1.
