The objective of this work is the TG and DSC analysis of “Merla” samples as well as the separation and identification of organic compounds by Ultra Fast GC method. The obtained results showed the grouping and the establishment of the degree of the sample’s similarity based in the Euclidean Distance. The cluster was a useful tool to determine if the samples, confiscated from different users by police, were manufactured in the same or different laboratories. Consequently one can conclude if in any city operates one or more drug manufacturing laboratories.  相似文献

This article describes the classification of biodiesel samples using NIR spectroscopy and chemometric techniques. A total of 108 spectra of biodiesel samples were taken (being three samples each of four types of oil, cottonseed, sunflower, soybean and canola), from nine manufacturers. The measurements for each of the three samples were in the spectral region between 12,500 and 4000 cm−1. The data were preprocessed by selecting a spectral range of 5000-4500 cm−1, and then a Savitzky-Golay second-order polynomial was used with 21 data points to obtain second derivative spectra. Characterization of the biodiesel was done using chemometric models based on hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA) and soft independent modeling of class analogy (SIMCA) elaborated for each group of biodiesel samples (cotton, sunflower, soybean and canola). For the HCA and PCA, the formation of clusters for each group of biodiesel was observed, and SIMCA models were built using 18 spectral measurements for each type of biodiesel (training set), and nine spectral measurements to construct a classification set (except for the canola oil which used eight spectra). The SIMCA classifications obtained 100% accurate identifications. Using this strategy, it was feasible to classify biodiesel quickly and nondestructively without the need for various analytical determinations.  相似文献

The synthesis of pyrano[3,4-b]indoles is described. The reaction sequence involves Sonogashira coupling of dihydropyran propargyl ether scaffolds with iodoanilines to afford intermediate indoles. Lewis acid-catalyzed ionization of the dihydropyrans, followed by intramolecular C3 alkylation of the indole, provides the title compounds.  相似文献

Barium hexaferrite powders with manganese substitution were prepared by mechanosynthesis. The structural and magnetic properties were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and vibration sample magnetometer, respectively. XRD patterns were refined by Rietveld method. Preferential site occupation of manganese ion was investigated by room temperature (RT) Mössbauer measurements. XRD results showed a single-phase barium hexaferrite with some residual hematite. Crystallite size was observed to decrease with substitution amount. Lower saturation magnetization and increased coercivity is observed in substituted samples. RT Mössbauer measurements showed that manganese ions preferentially occupy 12k, 4f2, and 2a sites.  相似文献

Two microalgae species (Scenedesmus obliquus and Neochloris oleoabundans) were cultivated in closed sleeve photobioreactors in order to select the best oil producer for further large-scale open raceway pond cultivations, aiming at biofuel production. Scenedesmus obliquus reached a higher maximum biomass concentration (1.41 g l−1) with a lower lipid content (12.8% w/w), as compared to N. oleoabundans [maximum biomass concentration of 0.92 g l−1 with 16.5% (w/w) lipid content]. Both microalgae showed adequate fatty acid composition and iodine values as substitutes for diesel fuel. Based on these results, N. oleoabundans was selected for further open raceway pond cultivations. Under these conditions, N. oleoabundans reached a maximum biomass concentration of 2.8 g l−1 with 11% (w/w) of lipid content. A high correlation between the Nile Red fluorescence intensity measured by flow cytometry and total lipid content assayed by the traditional gravimetric lipid analysis was found for both microalgae, making this method a suitable and quick technique for the screening of microalgae strains for lipid production and optimization of biofuel production bioprocesses. Medium growth optimization for enhancement of microalgal oil production is now in progress.  相似文献

A systematic study was performed to evaluate the performance of a multiple microflame (MM) quartz tube atomizer (QTA) for minimizing interferences and to improve the extent of the calibration range using a batch system for hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (HG AAS). A comparison of the results with conventional QTA on the determination of antimony, arsenic, bismuth and selenium was performed. The interference of As, Bi, Se, Pb, Sn and Sb was investigated using QTA and MMQTA atomizers. Better performance was found for MMQTA, and no loss of linearity was observed up to 160 ng for Se and Sb and 80 ng for As, corresponding to an enhancement of two times for both analytes when compared to QTA (analyte mass refers to a volume of 200 μl). For Bi, the linear range was the same for QTA and MMQTA (140 ng). With the exception of Bi, the tolerance limits for hydride-forming elements were improved more than 50% in comparison to the conventional QTA system, especially for the interferences of As, Sb and Se. However, for Sn as an interferent, no difference was observed in the determination of Se and Sb using the MMQTA system. The use of MMQTA-HG AAS complied with the relatively high sensitivity of conventional QTA and also provided better performance for interferences and the linear range of calibration.  相似文献

This work reports the study of Bi4V2–xBaxO11–1.5x (0.02≤x≤0.50) series, which is a potential source of solid electrolytes to apply in oxygen sensors. X-ray powder diffraction was used to point out the formation of major ionic conductive phases and minor ones. The modifications of vanadate substructure were probed, at short range, by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Differential scanning calorimetry evidenced the formation of tetragonal γ phase, which can be ionic conductive, for x=0.14.  相似文献

Several techniques have been applied for the characterization of three PET films surfaces: homopolymer PET film, corona treated PET film and a poly(ethylene terephthalate-co-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol) film. The objective of this work is to investigate and to apply precise and mutually complementary techniques which give detailled information about theses surfaces, as there are few papers with global and conclusive results. The film surfaces were investigated to support the development of new products and envisage new apllications to the existent films. Scanning electron micrographs, attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR) and multiple internal reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR-MIR) spectra show that the chemical composition, topography and surface roughness of the films are different. The corona-treated PET film shows high surface tension value due to the major contribution on the polar groups and oxidation level acquired. The copolyester film is much less crystalline than the other films analyzed, as demonstrated by refractive index measurements and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The amorphous structures obtained and the high tension level of the corona-treated films provide a better understanding of the adhesion phenomena. In view of results obtained, one can assume that corona treated films owing to its higher surface tension and films with CHDM owing to its surface amorphization should provide manufacturing industries better processing conditions than films without surface treatment and also higher levels of adhesion to paints and coatings.  相似文献

Differences in invertase accumulation of Hansenula anomala cultivated in ammonium and nitrate are reported. Media supplemented with sucrose and ammonium sulfateas the solecarbon and nitrogen source, respectively, show strong media acidification (pH 3.0 or lower), and vigorous cell growth. Invertase activity was not detected under such conditions. A cell-free imitation experiment suggests that, under such low pH, extensive chemical break-down of sucrose (>22%) occurs. Thus, H. anomala is able togrow under strong acidic conditions that permit sucrose metabolism by the uptake of monosaccharides generated from chemical hydrolysis. In addition, invertase activity is not present in cells grown in nitrate as nitrogen source at pH 5.0, but at pH 7.0 activity is detected. If ammonium is supplied instead of nitrate, cells grown at pH 5.0 show invertase activity and at pH 7.0 high levels of activity are detected. These results indicate a specific physiological response of the sucrose metabolism to the presence of alternate nitrogen source.  相似文献
