Ultrathin films of a robust RhII-based porous metal–organic polyhedra (MOP) have been obtained. Homogeneous and compact monolayer films (ca. 2.5 nm thick) were first formed at the air–water interface, deposited onto different substrates and characterized using spectroscopic methods, scanning transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. As a proof of concept, the gas separation performance of MOP-supported membranes has also been evaluated. Selective MOP ultrathin films (thickness ca. 60 nm) exhibit remarkable CO2 permeance and CO2/N2 selectivity, demonstrating the great combined potential of MOP and Langmuir-based techniques in separation technologies.  相似文献

The synthesis of a three-dimensional, six-connecting, organic building block based on a robust, rigid, and open-shell polychlorotriphenylmethyl (PTM) unit (radical 1) is reported, and its self-assembly properties are described in detail. The tendencies of this highly polar molecule and its hydrogenated precursor, compound 4, to form hydrogen bonds with oxygenated solvents ([1THF(6)] and [4THF(6)]) were reduced by replacing THF with diethyl ether in the crystallization process to yield two-dimensional (2D) hydrogen-bonded structures ([1(Et(2)O)(3)] and [4(Et(2)O)(3)]). The presence of direct hydrogen bonds between the radicals in the latter phase of 1 gives rise to very weak ferromagnetic intermolecular interactions at low temperatures, whereas when the radicals are isolated by THF molecules these interactions are antiferromagnetic and very weak. The role played by the carboxylic groups not only in the self-assembly properties but also in the transmission of the magnetic interactions has been illustrated by determination of the crystal structure and measurement of the magnetic properties of the corresponding hexaester radical 6, in which the close packing of molecular units gives rise to weak antiferromagnetic intermolecular interactions. Attempts to avoid solvation of the molecules in the solid state and to increase the structural and magnetic dimensionality were pursued by recrystallization of both compounds 1 and 4 from concentrated nitric acid, affording two three-dimensional (3D) robust hydrogen-bonded structures. While the structure obtained with compound 4 is characterized by the presence of polar channels and boxes containing water guest molecules along the c axis, radical 1 was oxidized to the corresponding fuchsone 10, which presented a completely different close-packed, guest-free structure.  相似文献

A near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) procedure for the quantitative control analysis of the active compound (otilonium bromide) in a pharmaceutical preparation in three steps of the production process (blended product, cores and coated tablets) and a methodology for its validation are proposed. The analytical procedure is composed by two consecutive steps. First, the sample is identified by comparing its spectrum with a second derivative spectral library. If the sample is positively identified, the active compound is quantified by using a previously established partial least squares (PLS) calibration model. The procedure was validated by studying repeatability, intermediate precision, accuracy and linearity. To this end, an adaptation of ICH (International Conference on Harmonisation) validation methodology to an NIR multivariate calibration procedure is proposed. The relative standard error of prediction (RSEP) was ≤ 1% and the suitability of the procedure for control analysis was confirmed by the results obtained analysing new production samples produced over a three-month period.  相似文献

A new method for analysis of the active compound in a commercial pharmaceutical formulation in different steps of the production cycle, based on near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, is proposed. The analysis includes three different steps of the production cycle: granules ready for compression (mixed phase), cores (intermediate) and coated tablets (final product). Satisfactory predictive results for production samples, independently of its origin in the production cycle, require calibration with laboratory-made samples covering the concentration range involved in the manufacturing process, and also production samples from various production batches and different steps, which introduce the variation sources inherent in such a process. A global and sole model was found to determine the active compound during the production cycle, with errors of prediction less than 1.8% in all cases. Tablets can be individually analysed with high accuracy and precision, so a content uniformity analysis may be performed.  相似文献

We developed a method for determination of ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical preparations containing various excipients by using near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and two different calibration methods, viz. stepwise multiple linear regression (SMLR) and partial least-squares (PLS) regression, which provided comparable results and resulted in prediction errors of 1-2%. However, the PLS method provided somewhat better results with the more complex samples.  相似文献

Recent developments in Hyperspectral Imaging equipment have made possible the use of this analytical technique for fast scanning of sample surfaces. This technique has turned out to be especially useful in Pharmacy, where information about the distribution of the components in the surface of a tablet can be obtained. One particular application of Hyperspectral Chemical Imaging is the search for singularities inside pharmaceutical tablets, e.g. coating defects. Nevertheless, one problem has to be faced: how to analyze a sample without any previous knowledge about it, or having only the minimum information about the tablet.In this work a new methodology, based on correlation coefficients, is introduced to obtain valuable information about one Hyperspectral Image (detection of defects, punctual contaminants, etc.) without any previous knowledge. The methodology combines Principal Component Analysis (PCA), correlation coefficient between one specific pixel included in the image and the rest of the image; and a new enhanced contrast function to obtain more selective chemical and spatial information about the image. To illustrate the applicability of the proposed methodology, real tablets of ibuprofen have been studied.The proposed methodology is presented as a control technique to detect batch variability, defects in final tablets and punctual contaminants, being a potential supplementary tool for quality controls. In addition, the usefulness of the proposed methodology is not exclusive to NIR-CI devices, but to any hyperspectral and multivariate image system.  相似文献

The availability of scrap poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) from post-consumer bottles is increasing as the post-consumer collecting systems are becoming more usual in daily life. PET is well known as a high-performance engineering thermoplastic because of its good thermal stability, chemical resistance, and excellent mechanical properties. Many efforts have been carried out to use this material in housings of electronic applications. However, the flammability of PET is a shortcoming in some of these applications. In this study, our attempt is to incorporate a non-halogenated flame retardant, in form of a phosphorus-containing compound, together with a commercial glass fibre grade to achieve UL94 test V-0 rating for PET. An investigation of thermal stability and flammability (HDT, UL94 V-test) and mechanical (tensile, flexural and impact tests) properties of glass fibre filled PET samples is reported as a function of fraction of flame retardant. This work shows the influence of the filler content and the interfacial filler/matrix adhesion on the flame retardant and the mechanical properties.  相似文献
