太阳能热气流系统内传热与流动的实验模拟

构建了小尺寸太阳能热气流发电的实验模型,测定了系统的温度随时间和空间的分布,测定了烟囱内的速度随时间的变化关系.实验结果表明:集热棚内温度分布和季节对系统传热与流动特性的影响符合理论分析结果,而由于烟囱较薄,散热较高,在烟囱内的温度降低显著.     

Phase Transition and High Piezoactivity of Sr Doped Lead-Free （Na0.53K0.422Li0.048） （Nb0.89Sb0.06Wa0.05）O3 Ceramics

Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics （Na0.53K0.422Li0.048 ） （Nb0.89Sb0.06 Ta0.05 ）03 （NKLNST） ＋ x tool SrCO3 are prepared by conventional solid state sintering method. The specimens with pure perovskite structure show tetragonal phase at x 〈 0.01, and become pseudo-cubic phase at x 〉 0.02. A lattice parameter discontinuity is found in the specimens with 0.004 〈 x 〈 0.0075, along with a great improvement in piezoactivity. The 0.004 mol SrCO3 added NKLNST ceramics possesses outstanding performances of kp = 0.53, kt = 0.26, and d33=309 pC/N. Moreover, the Sr^2＋ modification inhibits the gra/n growth, decreases the Curie temperature, and induces a diffuse phase transition.     

Effects of Li Substitution and Sintering Temperature on Properties of Bi0.5（Na,K）0.5TiO3 Lead-Free Piezoelectric Ceramics

Bi0.5 （Na0.72K0.28- x Lix ）0.5 TiO3 （BNKLT- 100x） lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are synthesized by conventional solid state sintering techniques. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the BNKLT-100x ceramics as a function of Li content are systematically investigated. It is found that not only Li content but also the sintering temperature has a strong effect on the piezoelectric properties of BNKLT. The piezoelectric constant d33 Of BNKLT varies from 120 to 252pC/N in the Li content range from 0.03 to 0.16. In the sintering temperature range from 1080 to 1130℃, the d33 value of BNKLT-6 changes from 200pC/N to 252pC/N. The BNKLT-6 sample sintered at 1100℃ has the highest piezoelectric constant d33 of 252pC/N, with the electromechanical coupling factors kp of 0.32 and kt of 0.44.     

Effect of Aspect Ratio Distribution on Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance Extinction Spectrum of Gold Nanorods

Gold nanorods with different aspect ratios are prepared in micells using a seeded growth method. Their extinction spectra are observed with an UV-visible spectrophotometer and analysed theoretically. It is known that there are two plasmon resonance peaks for gold nanorod corresponding to transverse and longitudinal plasmon resonance respectively. Moreover, the longitudinal plasmon resonance peak shifts to long wavelength when we increase the aspect ratio determined from TEM. Especially, we model the extinction spectrum using Gans' theory and compare it with our experimental result. Considering the aspect radios distribution of gold nanorods, it is found that longitudinal plasmon resonance peak will be wider than the nanorods with single aspect ratio, which is consistent with our experimental result. In addition, the effect of dielectric constant of surrounding medium is considered.     

Photonic Crystal Fibre SERS Sensors Based on Silver Nanoparticle Colloid

A photonic crystal fibre （PCF） surface enhanced Raman scattering （SERS） sensor is developed based on silver nanoparticle colloid. Analyte solution and silver nanoparticles are injected into the air holes of PCF by a simple modified syringe to overcome mass-transport constraints, allowing more silver nanoparticles involved in SERS activity. This sensor offers significant benefit over the conventional SERS sensor with high flexibility, easy manufacture. We demonstrate the detection of 4-mercaptobenzoic acid （4-MBA ） molecules with the injecting way and the common dipping measurement. The injecting way shows obviously better results than the dipping one. Theoretical analysis indicates that this PCF SERS substrate offers enhancement of about 7 orders of magnitude in SERS active area.     

(n)nc-Si：H/(p)c-Si异质结中载流子输运性质的研究

采用常规等离子体增强化学气相沉积工艺,以高H₂稀释的SiH₄作为反应气体源和PH₃作为磷原子的掺杂剂,在p型(100)单晶硅((p)c-Si)衬底上, 成功地生长了施主掺杂型纳米硅膜((n)nc-Si:H),进而制备了(n)nc-Si:H/(p)c-Si异质结,并在230—420Ｋ温度范围内实验研究了该异质结的Ｉ-Ｖ特性.结果表明,(n)nc-Si:H/(p)c- Si异质结为一典型的突变异质结构,具有良好的温度稳定性和整流特性.正向偏压下 关键词： (n)nc-Si:H/(p)c-Si异质结 能带模型 电流输运机构 温度特性     

自由大气紫外光学通信的研究

本文对紫外日盲区光谱在近距离、保密通信中的应用进行了探讨 ,并建立了紫外光学通信原理实验系统。所描述的系统是以日盲区紫外光作为信息载体的 ,用被调制的低压汞蒸汽紫外放电灯作为发射器件 ,以日盲型滤光片和光电倍增管或日盲型紫外光电倍增管作为接收器件 ,以达到在任何时间和在任何气候下完成窄频带模拟或低速数字信号的传输。由于近地表大气臭氧层的吸收 ,所以传输距离被限制在一个较小的范围内 ,构成了短距离的、秘密的、安全的和抗干扰的通信系统 ,并且不需要传统意义上的天线。由于地球大气上层臭氧的吸收作用 ,阳光中的日盲区 (2 0 0～ 2 80 nm)辐射几乎无法到达地球表面 ,因此 ,采用这个波段的光学通信系统几乎不会受到太阳光的干扰。典型的大气臭氧浓度高度分布大约在距地表 2 5 km处达到最高值 ,在海平面处有一个较低的值。相对较低的浓度值来说 ,虽然紫外辐射传输有限 ,但是具有足够远的距离 ,同时可达到安全、秘密和抗干扰的目的

配位多面体的群重叠积分

本文讨论了配位多面体的群重叠积分计算问题, 给出了这种群重叠积分的一般形式以及它们满足的一些关系, 用第一类点群将群重叠积分的计算化简, 由此定义了有关的几何参数并研究了它们的性质, 以正六面体为例说明了这些参数的具体计算。     

硫氰酸铀铣(18-冠-6)铵(或钾)配合物的合成, 特性和结构

本文报导了硫氰酸铀铣(18-冠-6)铵和硫氰酸铀酰(18-冠-6)钾两种固体配合物的合成。由测定其物理常数及谱学数据, 确定了配合物的组成为[(C12H24O6)M]2UO2(NCS)4H2O(M=NH4, K)。X射线结构分析确定了二种单晶的结构。铵配合物属正交晶素, 空间群为Fdd2, 钾配合物属单斜晶系, 空间群为C2/c。
