The synthesis of two cholesteric monomers (M1 and M2), nematic crosslinking agent (C1 and C2), and the corresponding side-chain elastomers containing menthyl groups (P1 and P2 series) is described. X-ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis. The effect of the content of the different nematic crosslinking unit on
the mesomorphism of the elastomers was discussed. M1 and M2 showed cholesteric and blue phases; C1 and C2 showed nematic phase. Because of the introduction of the nematic crosslinking unit, elastomers P1-1−P1-5 and P2-1−P2-5 exhibited cholesteric phase. With increasing the content of nematic crosslinking unit, Tg of the obtained elastomers revealed an increased tendency, and Ti of P1 series firstly increased then decreased, while Ti of P2 series decreased the mesomorphism of the corresponding elastomers when the content of nematic crosslinking unit was 12 mol.%. 相似文献
A simple and mild method for the determination of fatty acids (C1 – C10) based on a condensation reaction using 7-aminonaphthalene-1,3-disulfonic acid (ANDSA) as labeling reagent with capillary zone electrophoresis has been developed. The detection was performed with a diode array detector at 254 nm. A 58.5 cm × 50 μm i.d. (50 cm effective length) untreated fused-silica capillary was used. To optimize the separation conditions, the background electrolyte concentration, column temperature, voltage and other factors were evaluated. The optimal separation conditions were as follows: 30 mmol L−1 borate buffer (pH 9.5), 15 mmol L−1 β-CD, temperature at 20 °C, pressure 50 mbar and injection time 8 s. Under the established conditions, 10 fatty acid derivatives could be well-separated within 17 min. The linearity was in the range of 0.07–5.0 μmol L−1. Detection limits (at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3) were in the range of 0.027–0.042 μmol L−1. The fatty acids from the extracted Funaria Hedw. and Selaginella samples were determined with satisfactory results.
Superconductivities and structural properties of Ti-Zr-Ta ternary alloys are extensively investigated. The TiZrTa sample has a cubic structure (β -phase) and shows a sharp superconducting transition at a critical temperature (Tc) of about 7.3 K. In addition, two series of Ti-Zr-Ta alloys, with nominal compositions of Ti65-xZr35Tax and TixZr65-xTa35 respectively, are prepared, and their superconductivities and crystal structures change regularly with the chemical composition. Our experimental study also indicates that the annealing processing of this kind of material can cause the transition temperature to increase and the highest Tc is observed to be about 8.3 K in annealed samples. 相似文献
In this paper, we investigate an Al2O3/HfSiO stack as the blocking layer of a metal-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon-type (MONOS) memory capacitor. Compared with a memory capacitor with a single HfSiO layer as the blocking layer or an Al2O3/HfO2 stack as the blocking layer, the sample with the Al2O3/HfSiO stack as the blocking layer shows high program/erase (P/E) speed and good data retention characteristics. These improved performances can be explained by energy band engineering. The experimental results demonstrate that the memory device with an Al2O3/HfSiO stack as the blocking layer has great potential for further high-performance nonvolatile memory applications. 相似文献
