取代基物化参数及其在药物定量构效关系中的应用

把取代基电性、立体及疏水性物化参数组合建立一种新取代基描述方法, 对环尿素类和N,N-二甲基-2-溴苯乙胺类衍生物进行结构表征. 对训练样本集通过逐步回归筛选变量, 所建多元线性回归方程R2分别为0.853和0.960, 留一法交互检验Rcv2分别为0.723和0.901；用预测集样本作外部预测, 所得Qext2分别为0.7617和0.7653. 结果显示：环尿素类化合物结构中苯环邻位立体、间位疏水、对位疏水及立体因素对该类药物抗HIV活性产生阻抑作用； N,N-二甲基-2-溴苯乙胺类苯环上取代基立体因素及对位给电子效应有利于提高肾上腺素能阻断活性.     

Synthesis and Properties of Novel Hemicyanine Dye-β-Cyclodextrin

A series of novel hemicyanine dye-β-cyclodextrin compounds： mono-6-deoxy-β-cyclodextrin-6-[p-（p-substituted styryl）pyridium] p-totylfulfonates were synthesized by the condensation of mono-6-deoxy-β- cyclodextrin-6-（p-methyl pyridinium） p-toluenesulfonate with （un）substituted benzaldehydes. Their structures were established by 1^H NMR, IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis. The absorption and fluorescence properties of the novel compounds were measured in solution and the photostability of a selected hemicyanine dye-β-cyclodextrin compound was also investigated.     

Studies on Thermodynamics Features of the Interaction between Imidacloprid and Bovine Serum Albumin

At different temperatures, the interactions between imidacloprid （IMI） and bovine serum albumin （BSA） were investigated with a fluorescence quenching spectrum, a synchronous fluorescence spectrum, a three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum and an ultraviolet-visible spectrum. The average values of bonding constants （KLB： 3.424 × 10^4 L,mol^-1）, thermodynamic parameters （△H： 5.188 kJ,mol^-1, △G^（○—）：-26.36 kJ,mol^-1, △S： 103.9 J,K^-1,mol^-1） and the numbers of bonding sites （n： 1.156） could be obtained through Stern-Volmer, Lineweaver-Burk and ther- modynamic equations. It was shown that the fluorescence of BSA could be quenched for its reactions with IMI to form a certain kind of new compound. The quenching belonged to a static fluorescence quenching, with a non-radiation energy transfer happening within a single molecule. The thermodynamic parameters agree with △H〉 0, △S〉0 and△G^（○-）〈0, suggesting that the binding power between IMI and BSA should be mainly a hydrophobic interaction.     

Palladium(II) complexes of bowls, pinwheels, cages, and N,C,N-pincers of starburst ligands 1,3,5-Tris(di-2-pyridylamino)benzene and 2,4,6-Tris(di-2-pyridylamino)-1,3,5-triazene

The reactions of Pd(II) ions with starburst ligands 1,3,5-tris(di-2-pyridylamino)benzene (tdab) and 2,4,6-tris(di-2-pyridylamino)-1,3,5-triazene (tdat) have been investigated. Complexes with the Pd:tdab (or tdat) ratio being 1:1 and 3:1 have been isolated and characterized. The structures of five new Pd(II) complexes containing the starburst ligands have been determined by X-ray diffraction analyses, which include chelate compounds [PdCl(2)(tdab)], 1, [(PdCl(2))(3)(tdab)], 2, [(Pd(OAc)(2))(3)(tdab)], 4, and [(Pd(OAc)(2))(3)(tdat)], 5, and a cyclometalated compound [Pd(OAc)(NCN-tdab)], 3. The Pd(II) ion in the 1:1 compound 1 is chelated by two pyridyl groups. Similarly, each Pd(II) center in the 3:1 compounds 2, 4, and 5 is chelated by two pyridyl groups. However, these three compounds display distinct structural features: 2 adopts a "bowl-shaped" structure, 4 has a "pinwheel"-like structure, and 5 has a "up-and-down" structure. Compounds 4 and 5 were examined in solution by variable-temperature (1)H NMR, which revealed that both compounds retain the "pinwheel" and the "up-and-down" structure, respectively. The observed structural preference by 4 and 5 is attributed to both electronic and steric factors.     

有害杂草的微量元素分析

紫茎泽兰和水葫芦均属有害杂草，大规模防治的有效方法还未找到，本文分析研究了采自昆明郊区的紫茎泽兰和滇池水域的水葫芦中微量元素的含量，为进一步开发利用这两种杂草提供科学依据。

分散固相萃取净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定鱼和虾中抗生素及三苯甲烷类兽药残留

建立了分散固相萃取净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定鱼和虾中3类（磺胺类、喹诺酮类、氯霉素类）18种抗生素及2种三苯甲烷类（孔雀石绿、隐色孔雀石绿）兽药残留。样品经磷酸氢二钾溶液水解分散，乙腈提取，提取液经氯化钠脱水、盐析后取乙腈层，经旋转蒸发仪浓缩至近干，残留物用甲醇定容至1.0 mL，C18和PSA（N-丙基乙二胺）填料分散固相萃取净化，过滤膜后经ZORBAX C18色谱柱（50 mm×2.1 mm，1.8 μm）分离，正、负离子多反应监测模式采集数据，同位素内标法定量。实验结果表明，20种兽药在0.2~300 μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系，检出限为0.1~0.6 μg/kg，定量限为0.3~1.8 μg/kg，相关系数均大于0.99。在1、5和20倍定量限加标浓度水平下，平均回收率为72.5%~118%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1.9%~9.8%。该方法具有前处理简单、检测效率高、成本低等优点，适用于鱼和虾中多类兽药残留的同时测定。     

Effect of Cationic Surfactant on the Inhibition of Ligninase by Hydrogen Peroxide

The inhibition of lingninase by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of cationic surfactant CTAB was studied by kinetic speetrophotometdc technique. Results showed that addition of CTAB enhanced the inhibition by H202, but it did not alter the inhibition pattern and the inhibition constant changed little with theco-ncentration of CTAB. Modification of the enzymic protein by the surfactant monomer may be responsible for the above mentioned results.

Fabrication and luminescent properties of Eu(BMPPA)3BPy complex and its functionalized silica nanocomposites

Luminescent silica nanocomposites functionalized with a Eu-complex have been prepared and characterized.The europium complex is composed of 2,2'-bipyridyl(BPy) and 2-(4-bromomethyI)-phenylpropionic acid(BMPPA),which contains highly active benzyl bromide substituents and can covalently bind with poly(4-vinylpyridine)(P4VP)-modified silica nanoparticles(nanoSiO_2P4VP) to form nanoSiO_2P4VPEuBPy composites.Microscopic images revealed that the nanoSiO_2P4VPEuBPy composites easily formed aggregates,due to an inter-particle binding caused by the benzyl bromide among the composites.The as-prepared nanocomposites showed the typical emissions of Eu(III) ions at the wavelengths from 580 nm to 750 nm designated to the ~5D_0→~7F_n transitions.Time-resolved fluorescence decay measurements revealed that the emission lifetime was approximately 0.204 ms and 0.576 ms for the nanoSiO_2EuBPy composites,a little shorter than that in the Eu(BMPPA)_3BPy complex.
