In the hydrodynamics of a Newtonian fluid, nonlinear effects are connected only with the presence of convective derivatives in the equations and therefore disappear when plane-parallel flows are considered. Non-Newtonian effects are usually taken into account either phenomenologically in the expression for the stress tensor or by explicitly considering additional degrees of freedom. A theory of the effective viscosity of a magnetic fluid is constructed in [1] by regarding a magnetic fluid as a medium with internal rotation. It was shown that the flow of fluid in a magnetic field is non-Newtonian. Later, many authors (see, for example, [2, 3]) studied one- and two-dimensional flows under the influence of a pressure difference. However, the study was usually limited to continuous and smooth solutions. In the present work, we study the plane-parallel flow of a magnetic fluid in a homogeneous magnetic field under the influence of a longitudinal pressure gradient. We also consider discontinuous solutions. It is shown that for large longitudinal pressure gradients and sufficiently great intensities of the magnetic field, the problem has an infinite number of steady solutions which differ in the number and position of discontinuities of the magnetization and the associated abrupt changes in the velocity profile. Steady regimes and their stability are studied numerically with allowance for weak diffusion of magnetization and internal angular momentum. The convective stability of equilibrium is considered for a system of two immiscible fluids which differ little in density. A generalized Boussinesq approximation is developed, making it possible to take the interface deformations properly into account. The stability of the equilibrium state of two fluids in a horizontal layer with a vertical temperature gradient is investigated. Several instability mechanisms are identified: long-wave and cellular monotonic disturbances and oscillatory disturbances. Increasing the deformability is shown to cause switching between instability mechanisms.Perm. A new label—laccase from the fungus Coriolus hirsutus—was applied for solid-phaseenzyme-linked immunosorbentassays of the pesticide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D). Two proposed assays are based on (1) competitive binding of antibody-laccase conjugate with immobilized 2,4-D-protein conjugate and 2,4-D in tested sample, and (2) competition of 2,4-D and 2,4-D-laccase conjugate for binding with immobilized antibodies. Kinetic and concentration dependencies for these reactions were studied, and the ELISAs were optimized in accordance with the data obtained. The elaborated systems perm it the detection of 2,4-D in concentrations down to 10–20ng/mL; time of the assays is 1.5–2 h. The main advantage of the laccase label, in comparison with the widely used peroxidase one, lies in the lack of hydrogen peroxide from substrate mixture, because dissolved oxygen plays the role of oxidizer.  相似文献

The influence of various types of vibration on the morphological instability of the directional crystallization front in binary melts is investigated numerically under microgravity and terrestrial conditions. The vibration frequency is assumed to be high and the amplitude to be small and an averaged approach is used. It is shown that high-frequency rotational vibration generates an intense mean flow localized in the neighborhood of the crystallization front and the direction of this flow is opposite to the direction of gravity-convection flow. Under terrestrial conditions the interaction between vibration flow and gravity convection leads to the gravitational vortex being pushed away from the crystallization front. Under both terrestrial and microgravity conditions rotational vibration has a strong stabilizing action on the morphological instability and prevents the formation of an axial hollow.  相似文献

The photopolymerization of pentaerythrol triacrylate and its chloroacetyl derivative under the action of visible light in the presence of a camphorquinone initiator was studied in real time. Photopolymerization occurred at a low rate with a 40% monomer conversion. The introduction of the chloroacetate group accelerated polymerization only insignificantly, but monomer conversion remained unchanged. The use of donor-acceptor initiating systems (tert-aminocamphorquinone) increased the rate of polymerization by approximately an order of magnitude. The main reason for this effect was an increase in the quantum yield of initiator photodissociation in the presence of tert-amines. The rate of the polymerization of monomers did not correlate with the ionization potentials of amines and, therefore, the rate of radical generation. The camphorquinone-amine system formed a quaternary salt with pentaerythrol triacrylatechloroacetate. This salt hindered exciplex formation.  相似文献

We have performed comparative analysis of the spectral properties and photophysical parameters of spatially distorted octamethylporphyrins (OMPs) upon varying the number (from one to four) and position of bulky meso-phenyl substituents in liquid solutions at 293 K and in solid media at 77 K. It has been substantiated that, for the series of studied compounds, which are characterized by a high degree of nonplanar distortions, considerable changes in the spectral-kinetic properties of singlet and triplet states at 293 K in liquid solutions are determined by the dynamic relaxation of the tetrapyrrole macrocycle that is caused by steric interactions of meso-phenyls with neighboring bulky groups ??-CH3. The decay of T 1 states of mono- and di-meso-phenyl-substituted (trans) OMP molecules in liquid solutions has a biexponential character, which is indicative of conformational rearrangements of the macrocycle in the T 1 state. We are the first to measure the phosphorescence of spatially distorted metal-free OMP molecules in solid solutions at 77 K. It has been sub-stantiated that the decrease in the phosphorescence lifetime and quantum yield observed in the series of studied compounds with increasing number of meso-phenyl substituents at 77 K is related to a gradual increase in the probability of the nonradiative intersystem crossing, caused by the lowering of the energy of the T 1 level. We have revealed that spatially distorted tetrapyrrole macrocycles in rigid media at 77 K in the ground state are represented by two conformations. It has been found that the oxygen quenching rate constants of excited S 1 and T 1 electronic states of planar and spatially distorted porphyrin molecules are close to each other and depend weakly on the character distortion of the macrocycle. We have shown that the singlet oxygen generation quantum yield (????) of studied compounds depends on the number of meso-phenyl substituents in the OMP molecule and is determined by the character of the conformational dynamics of the tetrapyrrole macrocycle at 293 K.  相似文献

Within the framework of the fractal mobile-immobile medium model describing non-Fickian effects occurring in admixture seepage due to particle adhesion to the solid matrix, an expression for the admixture flux is derived. Flow discretization intended for finite-difference calculations is proposed and used as a basis for a conservation-law scheme for solving the model equations with account for admixture sources. Several one-dimensional test problems of admixture propagation in an imposed seepage flow are solved using the approach developed.  相似文献
