Conclusions The decomposition of C3H5Fe(CO)3X, where X=I, NO3, under various conditions has been studied. Its decomposition has given products of the doubling of the allyl radical and iron carbonyl and, in polar media, propylene as well. 4-(2-Hydroxyaryl)-1,2,3-selenadiazoles obtained by the action of selenium(IV) oxide on o-hydroxyacetophenone semicarbazones are readily converted into the corresponding potassium benzofuran- 2-selenolates via reaction with potassium carbonate. Treatment of 2,4-and 2,5-diacetoxyacetophenone semicarbazones with selenium dioxide gave 4-(2,4-and 2,5-diacetoxyphenyl)-1,2,3-selenadiazoles which were readily deacylated by the action of hydrochloric acid. 4-(2,4-and 2,5-Dihydroxyphenyl)-1,2,3-selenadiazoles thus obtained underwent decomposition in the presence of potassium carbonate in acetonitrile with formation of 5-and 6-hydroxybenzo[b]furan-2-selenolates which were subjected to alkylation. 相似文献

their structural features (synthesis conditions for such films, substrate temperature during their deposition, concentration
of the crystalline phase in the film, Si/C ratio of atomic concentrations in the film, and size of SiC nanocrystals formed
in the film). The corresponding dependences are obtained, as well as the values of nonlinear-optical third-order susceptibility
