A theoretical model for calculating molecular structure parameters of a series of diphenylanthrazolines with different substitutes by using density functional theory B3LYP/6-31G* is presented. In addition, a theoretical characterization for molecular structure without the substitute radical (4,9-diphenylanthrazoline) was performed. Furthermore, the highest occupied molecular orbitals and lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals, gap energy, ionization potential, and electronic affinity were obtained by means of density functional theory calculations and compared with experimental data. The results showed a decrease in gap energies when incorporating radicals to the base anthrazoline structure.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of the porous metal-organic complex Co(bpy)(1.5)(NO(3))(2) (bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine), investigated by SQUID magnetometry, EPR and heat capacity measurements, are reported. The tongue-and-groove structure of this complex is formed by the assembly of T-shaped building blocks, where each Co is bound to three bpy ligands. Co(ii) is hepta-coordinated by three N atoms from the bpy units, and four O atoms from two nitrate groups. Experimental results showed a large crystal field effect induced anisotropy with a zero field splitting of Δ = 198 K between the ground and excited Kramers doublets, a factor of two larger than previously reported values in Co(ii) hepta-coordinated complexes. EPR revealed orthorhombic crystal field anisotropy, with gyromagnetic principal values of g(1)(*) = 6.1, g(2)(*) = 4.2 and g(3)(*) = 2.2, in an S(*) = 1/2 effective spin on the ground state Kramers doublet. Ab initio simulations allowed us to assign the anisotropy easy axis of magnetization to the binary symmetry axis of the molecule, aligned with the Co-N apical direction of the T-block.  相似文献

A sensor based on glassy carbon (GC) electrode modified with cobalt tetrasulfonated phthalocyanine (CoTSPc) and a poly-l-lysine (PLL) film is proposed for diospyrin determination in nanomolar concentrations with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) technique. The modified electrode showed excellent catalytic activity presenting much higher peak currents than those measured on a bare GC electrode. Linear response range, sensitivity and limit of detection (LOD) were of 1-120 nmol l−1, 220.46 nA l nmol−1 cm−2 and 0.3 nmol l−1, respectively. The repeatability of the proposed sensor, evaluated in term of relative standard deviation (R.S.D.), was measured as 4.4% for 10 experiments in 50 μmol l−1 diospyrin samples. The developed sensor was applied for the determination of diospyrin in the crude extracts of the stem-bark of Diospyros montana Roxb. and the average recovery for these samples was 101.9 (±3.1)%.  相似文献

A cascade radical cyclization process involving oxime ethers tethered to a brominated phenyl and an activated olefin moiety is described. The generated aryl radicals using tri-n-butyltin hydride react with the CN bond to yield neutral alkyl-oxyaminyl radicals, which were then simultaneously captured by the activated double bond to provide heterocyclic systems with a pyrrolidinic nucleus.  相似文献

The low-molecular weight heparin nadroparin calcium is used clinically for the prevention and treatment of venous and arterial thrombosis. The antifactor Xa and antifactor IIa assays were validated by investigating the parameters of range, linearity (r2 = 0.9905 and r2 = 0.9914, respectively) precision, accuracy, and robustness. The 2 methods incorporated a chromogenic endpoint and detection at 405 nm, yielding good results with detection limits of 0.004 and 0.01 IU/mL and quantitation limits of 0.01 and 0.03 IU/mL, respectively, for the antifactor Xa and antifactor IIa assays. Nadroparin calcium pharmaceutical products were evaluated by the antifactor Xa assay and the antifactor IIa assay, giving potencies between 93.86 and 109.88%, with an antifactor Xa/antifactor IIa ratio between 3.2 and 3.7. The results demonstrated the validity of the assays that are useful methodologies for the routine quality control of nadroparin in pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

This paper describes the extraction and analysis of Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in five points of the Patos Lagoon Estuary. These points were in the area named “colony Z3”, which is a craft fishermen community in Pelotas City (southern Brazil). Samples were collected in July of 2007, and the concentrations of 16 USEPA priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were determined by gas chromatography coupled to a mass spectrometry detector (GC/MS). The PAH concentrations ranged from 4.7 to 112.5 µg kg− 1 dry weight. Sediment samples with the highest PAH concentrations appeared at point 2, which is a pier. The correlation between the total organic material (TOM) and the total PAH concentration suggests that TOM plays an important role in controlling the PAH levels in sediments. According to the observed ratios of individual PAHs, the contamination in the studied areas originated both from high-temperature pyrolytic processes and petrogenic sources. The levels of PAHs at the studied sites in the Z3 colony (Patos Lagoon) were low enough that they should not exert adverse biological effects.  相似文献

This Note is concerned with the boundary controllability of non-scalar linear parabolic systems. More precisely, two coupled one-dimensional linear parabolic equations are considered. We show that, with boundary controls, the situation is much more complex than for similar distributed control systems.
