N′-叔丁基-N-取代酰基(硫)脲类化合物的合成及生物活性测定

将叔丁基引入到酰基 (硫 )脲骨架中 ,设计合成了 8个未见文献报道的N′ 叔丁基 N 取代酰基脲及N′ 叔丁氨基羰基 N 取代酰基硫脲类化合物 ,其结构经元素分析、IR和1 HNMR得到确证 .初步的生物活性测试结果表明部分化合物具有较好的除草活性     

包覆重钙粉为填充剂的橡胶加工及性能

重钙粉作为填充剂被广泛应用于橡胶加工过程,但由于其表面具有极性,分散性较差,导致与橡胶材料界面结合较差,影响了橡胶产品的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能。 本文采用沉淀法,在CaCl₂-H₂O-NH₃-CO₂体系中生成碳酸钙直接结晶于重钙粉颗粒表面,实现对重钙粉的表面包覆,将n(CaCl₂)：n(重钙粉)=1：100、5：100、10：100的包覆重钙粉填充到天然橡胶和再生胶中,橡胶的力学性能与填充未包覆重钙粉的橡胶相比有了一定的提升。 通过比较,在填充量较大(8.5%、15%)时,包覆重钙粉橡胶产品在硬度、定伸应力等力学性能上要好于轻钙粉橡胶产品;在填充量(5%、8.5%)时,包覆重钙粉橡胶产品的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率接近于白炭黑,硬度高于白炭黑橡胶产品。     

Si3N4陶瓷与灰铸铁配副的摩擦学性能

在Ｍ－２００磨损试验机上于无润滑、蒸馏水润滑、乳化液润滑和１０＾＃机构油润滑４种条件下，对Ｓｉ３Ｎ４陶瓷分别与灰铸铁ＨＴ和Ｔ８钢配副进行了摩擦损性能的对比试验研究。结果表明：Ｓｉ３Ｎ４陶瓷与灰铸铁ＨＴ配副时的摩擦因数和磨损体积在几种润滑环境中均表现出同样的顺序     

几种高性能纤维束的冲击动力学性能实验研究

利用直拉式Hopkinson装置研究了碳纤维、无碱E玻璃纤维、Kevlar 4 9/96 4 /96 4c、Twaron2 0 0 0、DyneemaSk6 6等纤维的动态拉伸性能。与准静态加载条件下相比 ,纤维束的拉伸强度基本与应变速率无关(玻璃纤维除外 ) ,而纤维束的弹性模量和失效应变随应变率的升高而明显变大。从高分子物理以及两种无机纤维的内部微观结构特征对纤维的力学性能与加载速率的关系进行了初步的物理阐释。讨论了实验数据的发散原因。     

基于Bootstrap的厚尾相依序列持久性变点检验

基于修正方差比率函数给出一种检验厚尾序列持久性变点的统计量.在无变点的假设下得到了统计量的渐近分布.为避免检验渐近分布中的厚尾指数,构造Bootstrap抽样方法来确定渐近分布的经验临界值.数值模拟研究结果说明修正方差比率统计量及Bootstrap抽样方法的有效性.     

Synthesis,Bioactivity Evaluation,3D-QSAR,and Molecular Docking of Novel Pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as Potential Fungicides Targeting Succinate Dehydrogenase

To screen novel antifungal agents targeting the succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),a series of pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides were rationally designed,synthesized,and characterized under the guidance of the structures of succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs).Bioassay results in vitro indicated that most of the target compounds exhibited excellent activity against Rhizoctonia solani(R.solani),Fusarium graminearum(F.graminearum),Botrytis cinerea(B.cinerea)and Colletotrichum capsica(C.cinerea).Compounds 7d,7l,7t and 7x were identified as the most promoting candidates,and their anti-F.graminearum EC50 values were as low as 0.56,0.47,0.46 and 0.49μg/mL,respectively,presenting the similar antifungal activity as that of the commonly used fungicide carbendazim(0.43μg/mL).The 3D-QSAR models were built for a systematic structure-activity relationship profile to explore more potent pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as novel fungicides.Molecular docking of 7d,7l and 7r with SDH was performed to reveal the binding modes in active pocket and analyze the interactions between the molecules and the SDH protein.     

Linear and nonlinear optical properties of ZnO nanorod arrays

Polarization-dependent linear absorption, second-harmonic generation （SHG） and 3rd-order nonlinearities of wellaligned ZnO nanorod arrays have been investigated with ps pulses. The depressed spectral width and the enhanced intensity of reflective SHG along the long axis of ZnO nanorods were observed by using p-polarized pulses, which is explained by the optical confinements. The nonlinear absorption coefficient measured with s-polarization reached the maximum 4.0×10^4cm/GW at the wavelength -750nm, which revealed a large two-photon resonance absorption attributed to the quantum confined exciton when the polarization is vertical to the long axis of ZnO nanorod.
