A completely iterative method for the infinite domain electrostatic problem with nonlinear dielectric media

We present an iterative method for the solution of the exterior all-space electrostatic problem for nonlinear dielectric media. The electric potential is specified on interior boundaries and the electric field decays at infinity. Our approach uses a natural variational formulation based on the total energy of the nonlinear dielectric medium subject to boundary conditions. The problem is decomposed into an exterior calculation and an interior calculation with the boundary-specified electric potentials imposed as constraints between them. Together, these enable an iterative method that is based on the variational formulation. In contrast to direct solution of the electrostatic problems, we avoid the construction, storage and solution of dense and large linear systems. This provides important advantages for multiphysics problems that couple the linear electrostatic Poisson problem to nonlinear physics: the latter necessarily involves iterative approaches, and our approach replaces a large number of direct solves for the electrostatics with an iterative algorithm that can be coupled to the iterations of the nonlinear problem. We present examples applying the method to inhomogeneous, anisotropic nonlinear dielectrics. A key advantage of our variational formulation is that we require only the free-space, isotropic, homogeneous Greens function for all these settings.     

硫化镉纳米荧光探针荧光猝灭法测定痕量铜

制备了无机纳米溶胶CdS，研究了纳米粒子的大小和荧光性质，以该纳米粒子为探针，建立了荧光猝灭法测定铜离子的新方法。该方法已成功用于人发样品测定，方法简单，快速，选择性好，灵敏度高，在最佳实验条件下，测定铜离子的线性区间为2．0－24．0μg/L，检出限为0．23μg/L。     

藉高锰酸钾氧化双乙酰的化学发光反应测定微量锰

研究了高锰酸钾氧化双乙酰的化学发光反应。根据微量Ｍｎ６２＋对上述体系化学发光山峰时间的影响，建立了测定Ｍｎ６２＋的分析方法。该法线性范围为１．０×１０＾－４－８．０×１０＾－６７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，相对标准偏差为３．５％，检出限为６．０×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。应用于合金中锰的测定，结果良好。     

Polyhydroxylated Sterols from the South China Sea Gorgonian Verrucella umbraculum

Two new polyhydroxylated sterols, named verumbsteroids A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), along with seven known analog, 3 – 9 , were isolated from the gorgonian Verrucella umbraculum collected from the South China Sea. The structures and relative configurations of the new compounds were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic investigations. The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by using modified Mosher method with the acetonide derivative of 1 . Compounds 1 and 3 – 5 were found to show cytotoxicities against five human tumor cell lines (HL‐60, K562, HeLa, A‐549, and HCT‐116) with the IC₅₀ values ranging from 2.76 to 9.62 μM .     

Preparation and application of functionalized nanoparticles of CdS as a fluorescence probe

CdS nanoparticles have been prepared and modified with mercaptoacetic acid. The functionalized nanoparticles are water-soluble and biocompatible. They could be used as a fluorescence probe in the determination of bovine serum albumin (BSA), which was proved to be a simple, rapid and specific method. In comparison with single organic fluorophores, these nanoparticle probes are brighter, more stable against photobleaching, and do not suffer from blinking. Under the optimum conditions, the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of BSA between 0.1 and 3.2 μg ml⁻¹, and the limit of detection is 0.08 μg ml⁻¹.     

5—（4‘—溴—2’—羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁与铜（Ⅱ）的显色反应及其应用

本报道了新显色剂５－（４’－溴－２’－羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁的合成及在水溶液中的离解常数Ｋ１和Ｋ２，研究了该显色剂与铜（Ⅱ）的显色反应，在弱酸性时，试剂与铜（Ⅱ）形成摩尔比２：１的络合物，摩尔吸光系数为８．９×１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１。当铜的浓度在０～２．７ｍｇ／Ｌ的范围内符合比耳定律。用分光光度法测定了合金中铜的含量。     

氯化π-单取代环戊二烯基镍(Ⅱ)的双齿膦配合物合成和催化

合成了化学式为[(η~5一RC_5H_4)NiPh_2P(CH_2).PPh_2]Cl的六个配合物(式中R=Me,Et;n=2(dppe ).n=3(dppp),n=4(dppb).并用IR和~1H NMR对其进行了表征.考察并讨论了它们对苯基溴化镁与氯化苄和反式-均二氯乙烯交叉偶联反应的催化活性.     

电解荧光光度法测定废水中的苯

本文研究了苯－硫酸－乙醇－水 体系中 苯的电解荧光行为，建立了电解荧光光度法测定苯的分析方法。
