Simulation of strains and stresses distributions in the glass subjected to a bending load during heat treatment is presented in the paper. The main objective of the work is to combine the temperature-dependent experimental test of three-point bending with simulation of this test and to apply inverse analysis to determine the properties of glass. The thermo-mechanical analysis (TMA) was used to test a temperature-dependent glass deformation. The Adina finite element software was used for simulations of the viscous flow. Two parameters in the Williams–Landell–Ferry (WLF) equation were identified by optimization of the square root error between measured and predicted deflection of the sample. Performed experiments and simulations yielded the values of these coefficients: C 1 = 26.3 and C 2 = 62.7. The proposed model with the optimized coefficients confirmed good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

The thermal properties of polyisobutylene and isobutylene-isoprene copolymers were studied. Thermal curves were interpreted with regard to supplementary data. It was found that the degradation of both homo- and copolymers proceeds to a much higher extent in air than in argon. It follows from the results that peroxide formation plays a significant role in the degradation of this group of polymers.This finding correlates well with the influence of dicumyl peroxide and phenyl--naphthylamine on the thermal properties of the isobutylene polymers investigated in this work.
Zusammenfassung Die thermischen Eigenschaften von Polyisobutylen- und Isobutylen-Isopren-Kopolymeren wurden untersucht. Die thermischen Kurven wurden unter Berücksichtigung ergänzender Angaben gedeutet. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Zersetzung sowohl von Homoals auch von Kopolymeren in Luft in einem viel grösseren Ausmass verläuft, als in Argon. Aus den Ergebnissen folgt, dass die Peroxidbildung bei der Zersetzung dieser Gruppe von Polymeren eine bedeutende Rolle spielt.Diese Aussage ist in guter Übereinstimmung mit dem Einfluss von Dicumylperoxid und Phenyl- naphthylamin auf die thermischen Eigenschaften der untersuchten Isobutylenpolymere.

Résumé On a étudié les propriétés thermiques des copolymères polyisobutylène et isobutylèneisoprène. On a interprété les courbes thermiques en considérant des données supplémentaires. On a établi que la dégradation tant des homoque des copolymères s'effectue d'une manière beaucoup plus importante dans l'air que dans l'argon. Nos résultats montrent que la formation du peroxyde joue un rôle important sur la dégradation de ce groupe de polymères.Cette conclusion est en bon accord avec l'influence du peroxyde de dicumyle et de la phényl-naphtylamine sur les propriétés thermiques des polymères d'isobutylène étudiés dans notre travail.

The effects of synthetic fatty acids (Versatic 10, average formula C11H22O2) and the cobalt salts of these acids (cobalt siccative) on the thermal properties of cis-1,4-polyisoprene were examined, using a rheometer and a derivatograph. It was found that both Versatic 10 and the cobalt siccative accelerate the peroxide vulcanization of the isoprene rubber considerably, simultaneously decreasing the cross-linking density and increasing the sol fraction content in the vulÇanizates. This is brought about by parallel radical and ionic decomposition of the peroxide initiator in the presence of these compounds. The addition of Versatic 10 or the cobalt siccative to the polyisoprene rubber does not alter the general character of its thermal changes, but decreases the temperatures of these processes and the degradation degree of the elastomer.
Zusammenfassung Der Einfluss synthetischer Fettsäuren (Versatic 10, mittlere Summenformel C11H22O2) und ihres Kobaltsalzes (Kobalt-Sikkativ) auf die thermischen Eigenschaften von cis-1,4-Polyisopren wurde mittels Rheometer und Derivatograph untersucht. Sowohl Versatic 10 als auch das Kobaltsikkativ beschleunigen die Peroxid-initiierte Vulkanisation des Isoprenkautschuk, gleichzeitig wird die Vernetzungsdichte verringert und der Gehalt an löslichen Stoffen in den Vulkanisaten erhöht. Ursache dafür ist der parallelle Ablauf der radikalischen und ionischen Zersetzung des Peroxids in Gegenwart der Zusätze. Die Beimengung von Versatic 10 oder Kobaltsikkativ zum Polyisoprenkautschuk ändert nicht den allgemeinen Charakter der thermischen Umwandlungen, aber die Temperatur dieser Reaktionen und der Abbau des Elastomeren werden verringert.

Elastomer systems as a rule are composed of several ingredients dispersed or dissolved in the matrix. The main components are: crosslinking substances, accelerators, activators, fillers mineral and/or organic, softeners and antioxidants. A random distribution of above mentioned components and also structural elements of a network formed are usually postulated [1]. From the results of investigations performed in our laboratory it follows that this approach in some cases is oversimplified. The problem is illustrated by few examples and some of its aspects are discussed.  相似文献

The Hirshfeld surface analysis, theoretical calculation, and IR and Raman spectra of p-acetotoluidide and p-thioacetotoluidide were reported. Hirshfeld surfaces and fingerprint plot have been used for visualizing, exploring, and quantifying intermolecular interactions in the crystal lattice of the title compounds. The packing of the molecules in the crystal structure of p-acetotoluidide and p-thioacetotoluidide forms the chains of N–H···O and N–H···S hydrogen bonds, respectively. The close contacts are also dominated by H···H and H···C/C···H interactions. The analysis of Hirshfeld surface has been well correlated with the spectroscopic studies. Theoretical calculations of the title compounds’ isolated molecule have been carried out using DFT at the B3LYP level.  相似文献

A microchip-based capillary electrophoresis (μCE) system was interfaced with a microwave induced plasma optical emission spectrometry (MIP-OES) to provide copper species separation capabilities. This system uses an extremely low flow demountable direct injection high efficiency nebulizer (D-DIHEN) sited directly at the liquid exit of the chip. A supplementary flow of buffer solution at the channel exit was used to improve nebulization efficiency. A small evaporation chamber has been incorporated into the interface in order to prevent the losses associated with traditional spray chambers, allowing the entire aerosol sample to enter the plasma. Syringe pumps were used to manipulate the flow rate and flow direction of the sample, buffer, and supplementary buffer solution. Sample volumes of 25 nL can be analyzed. With application of an electric field up to 500 V cm−1, species such as Cu(II) and Cu(EDTA)2− were separated in acidic solution within 90 s using a 26 mm long separation channel etched in a glass base. Resolution of the Cu(II) and Cu(EDTA)2− peaks was 1.1 using the chip-based μCE-MIP-OES system.   相似文献

This paper reports the results of a study into global and local conditions of uniqueness and the criteria excluding the possibility of bifurcation of the equilibrium state for small strains. The conditions and criteria are derived on the basis of an analysis of the problem of uniqueness of a solution involving the basic incremental boundary problem of coupled generalized thermo-elasto-plasticity. This work forms a follow-up of previous research (?loderbach in Bifurcations criteria for equilibrium states in generalized thermoplasticity, IFTR Reports, 1980, Arch Mech 3(35):337–349, 351–367, 1983), but contains a new derivation of global and local criteria excluding a possibility of bifurcation of an equilibrium state regarding a comparison body dependent on the admissible fields of stress rate. The thermal elasto-plastic coupling effects, non-associated laws of plastic flow and influence of plastic strains on thermoplastic properties of a body were taken into account in this work. Thus, the mathematical problem considered here is not a self-conjugated problem.  相似文献
