In the present work, the Adaptive-Weight Genetic Algorithm was employed in order to determine the gear shifting strategies that allow an automobile to work in the best compromise among fuel consumption, engine emissions, and vehicle performance. For the assessment of each of the three objective functions, a simulation model based on engine data and on the well-established equations of the longitudinal dynamics was developed. The driving cycle chosen for the calculations was the FTP-75, which takes into account both cold and hot starts, meaning that the transient operation during the warm-up of the catalyst is also considered.  相似文献

Based on Global Network Isotopes in Precipitation (GNIP) isotopic data set, a review of the spatial and temporal variability of δ18O and δ2H in precipitation was conducted throughout central and eastern Brazil, indicating that dynamic interactions between Intertropical and South Atlantic Convergence Zones, Amazon rainforest, and Atlantic Ocean determine the variations on the isotopic composition of precipitation over this area. Despite the seasonality and latitude effects observed, a fair correlation with precipitation amount was found. In addition, Hybrid Single-Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory (HYSPLIT) air mass back trajectories were used to quantify the factors controlling daily variability in stable isotopes in precipitation. Through a linear multiple regression analysis, it was observed that temporal variations were consistent with the meteorological parameters derived from HYSPLIT, particularly precipitation amount along the trajectory and mix depth, but are not dependent on vapour residence time in the atmosphere. These findings also indicate the importance of convective systems to control the isotopic composition of precipitation in tropical and subtropical regions.  相似文献

Summary: Heterogeneity of active centers (AC) of titanium-magnesium catalysts (TMC) and vanadium-magnesium catalyst (VMC) in ethylene-hexene-1 copolymerization has been studied on the base of data of polymer molecular weight distribution (MWD) deconvolution technique and copolymer fractionation onto narrow fractions. It was found that 3 and 4 Flory components (groups of active centers) are required to describe experimental MWD curves of copolymers produced over TMC with different Ti content. In the case of VMC MWD of homopolymer and copolymer are characterized by set of 5 Flory components (5 groups of AC). Different character of inter-relationship between MW and short chain branching (SCB) was found for ethylene-hexene-1 copolymers produced over different catalysts: heterogeneous type in the case of TMC and more uniform for copolymer prepared over VMC. The content of Ti affects on the slope of that profile in copolymers produced over TMC. The results indicated that TMC and VMC are different greatly on the heterogeneity of active centers to the formation of polymers with different molecular weights and to formation of copolymers with different inter-relationship between MW and short chain branching. TMC produces polymers with more narrow MWD but it contains highly heterogeneous centers regarding comonomer reactivity ratios. VMC produces polymers with broad and bimodal MWD but it contains more homogeneous centers regarding comonomer reactivity ratios.  相似文献

The paper deals with a simple and sufficient synthesis of key precursor of Lasofoxifene. The 1-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-6-methoxy-2-phenyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalene was prepared by a sequence of five reactions steps: first 1-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-6-methoxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalene was prepared (70%), and this was quantitatively epoxidized to 7b-[4-(benzyloxy)phenyl]-5-methoxy-1a,2,3,7b-tetrahydronaphtho[1,2-b]oxirene. Catalytic (ZnI2) isomerization of the epoxide gave 1-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-6-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-one (75%). Its subsequent reaction with phenylmagnesium bromide gave 1-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-6-methoxy-2-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-naphthol (87%). Acid-catalysed dehydration of this alcohol by polyphosphoric acid (25°C) provides 1-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-6-methoxy-2-phenyl-1,4-dihydronaphthalene (80%). Dehydration in the system of acetic anhydride/polyphosphoric acid gives 1-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-6-methoxy-2-phenyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalene (66%).  相似文献

Semi-Lagrangian semi-implicit (SLSI) method is currently one of the most efficient approaches for numerical solution of the atmosphere dynamics equations. In this research we apply splitting techniques in the context of a two-time-level SLSI scheme in order to simplify the treatment of the slow physical modes and optimize the solution of the elliptic equations related to implicit part of the scheme. The performed numerical experiments show the accuracy and computational efficiency of the scheme.  相似文献

The generation of computational grids is an important component contributing to the efficiency of numerical schemes of atmosphere/ocean dynamics. In this study the problem of construction of the most uniform grids based on conformal mappings of spherical domains is considered. Stereographic, cylindrical and conic grids for computational rectangles are developed and their uniformity is compared. Numerical experiments with two schemes approximating shallow water equations are performed in order to assess the practical efficiency of the constructed grids and to compare the numerical results with analytical evaluations.  相似文献

Bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) is one of the most interesting of the approximately 14 BMPs which belong to the transforming-growth-factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily. BMP-2 induces bone formation and thus plays an important role as a pharmaceutical protein. Recently, rhBMP-2 has been produced in form of inactive inclusion bodies in Escherichia coli. After solubilization and renaturation the biologically active dimeric form of rhBMP-2 can be generated. However, inactive monomers of BMP-2 are also formed during the renaturation process which must be separated from the active dimeric BMP-2. The purpose of this paper is to present: (a) results of an experimental study of a chromatographic separation of the monomeric and dimeric forms; and (b) a concept for a continuous counter-current simulated moving bed (SMB) process. The capacity of heparin as stationary phase was estimated for different salt concentrations in the mobile phase. A simulation study of a three-zone SMB process was performed applying a two step salt gradient. The results reveal the potential of the process for the purification of the dimeric BMP-2.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A novel versatile method for the synthesis of all eight diastereomerically pure L-hexoses was developed. L-Ascorbic acid was converted to two diastereomers A. These alpha-hydroxy esters were transformed into four gamma-alkoxy-alpha,beta-unsaturated esters C via the intermediates B and subsequent Wittig olefination reactions. Each one of compounds C was subjected to dihydroxylation to provide a set of two diols D. Anti/syn-differentiation in diol formation was manipulated by using (DHQD)2PHAL and (DHQ)2PHAL as chiral ligands. Further two-step reaction sequence affords all eight diastereopure L-hexoses.  相似文献

Determination of impurities in ionic liquids (ILs) remains a difficult task. In this work, the hyphenation of isotachophoretic (ITP) preconcentration to zone electrophoresis (ZE) has been explored for the trace analysis of the cationic impurities Na(+), Li(+), and methylimidazolium (MI(+)) in butylmethylimidazolium (BMI(+))-based ILs. Simultaneous detection of UV-transparent and UV-absorbing impurities was ensured by a BGE composed of creatinine-acetate buffer. To induce ITP, three different strategies were evaluated: (i) Sample self-stacking ensured by the addition of ammonium acetate (NH(4)Ac) to 25-50-fold diluted IL solution (transient ITP). (ii) Complete ITP-ZE separation performed in a single capillary: ITP was realized in discontinuous electrolytes comprising an 80 mM NH(4)Ac, 40 mM acetic acid, 30 mM alpha-CD, pH 5.05, leading electrolyte (LE) and a 10 mM creatinine, 10 mM acetic acid, pH 4.9, terminating electrolyte (TE). To create the ZE stage, the ITP stack of analytes was moved back toward the capillary inlet by pressure and simultaneously the capillary was filled with the BGE. This protocol made it possible to accommodate a 2.5-times diluted IL sample. (iii) Complete counterflow ITP-ZE with continuous electrokinetic sample supply: the ITP stage was performed in a capillary filled with a 150 mM NH(4)Ac, 75 mM acetic acid, 30 mM alpha-CD, pH 5.0 LE, with 40-times diluted IL at the capillary inlet. BMI(+) from IL acts as the terminating ion. The LODs reached in this latter case were at the 10 and 1 ppb levels for MI(+) and Li(+) in diluted IL matrix, respectively.  相似文献

Convenient procedures for the synthesis of new organophosphorus‐substituted mono‐ and bis(trimethylsilyl)amines with PCH2N moiety are proposed, starting from trimethylsilyl esters of organophosphorus acids, as well as 1,3,5‐trialkylhexahydro‐1,3,5‐triazines and N‐alkoxymethyl bis(trimethylsilyl)amines as aminomethylating reagents.
