The ultrafast dynamics of the bimetallic cluster Ag2Au is investigated by pump-probe negative ion-to-neutral-to-positive ion (NeNePo) spectroscopy. Preparation of the neutral cluster in a highly nonequilibrium state by electron detachment from the mass-selected anion, and subsequent probing of the neutral nuclear dynamics through two-photon ionization to the cationic state, leads to strongly probe-energy-dependent transient cation-abundance signals. The origin of this pronounced time and wavelength dependence of the ionization probability on the femtosecond scale is revealed by ab initio theoretical simulations of the transient spectra. Based on the analysis of underlying dynamics, two fundamental processes involving geometry relaxation from linear to triangular structure followed by ultrafast intramolecular vibrational energy redistribution (IVR) have been identified and for the first time experimentally observed in the frame of NeNePo spectroscopy under conditions close to zero electron kinetic energy. 相似文献

19F NMR spectroscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction, elemental analysis, and ab initio quantum chemical calculations were used to study metathetical reactions between potassium or sodium hexafluorophosphate and lithium tetrafluoroborate in a mixture of propylene carbonate (PC) – dimethyl carbonate (DMC). It was shown that the increase in size of the cations in the second coordination sphere from Na+ to K+ results in an increase of the equilibrium conversion. The formation and 2-amino alcohol catalyzed addition of arylzinc reagents from and with boronic acids, respectively, is drastically accelerated to a few minutes under microwave irradiation without loss of enantioselectivity (up to 98% ee). A small parallel library of peptoid macrocycles with natural-product-derived side chains of biological importance was produced by Ugi-type multiple multicomponent macrocyclizations including bifunctional building blocks (Ugi-MiBs). Diverse exocyclic elements of high relevance in natural recognition processes, i.e., all functional amino acid residues (e.g., Cys, Arg, His, Trp) and even sugar moieties, can be introduced in a one-pot process into different types of peptoid-containing macrocyclic skeletons. This is exemplified by the use of a diamine/diisocyanide combination of Ugi-MiBs and N-protected alpha-amino acids or carboxy-functionalized carbohydrates as source for the natural-product-like exocyclic elements. Employed as the acid components of the multiple Ugi reactions, they appear as N-amide substituents on the macrocyclic cores. The use of different diamines and diisocyanides allows an easy variation of the N- to C-directionality and therefore of the position of the exocyclic elements. 相似文献

It is well known that G protein-coupled receptors are prime targets for drug discovery. At the present time there is only one protein from this class that has an X-ray crystal structure, bovine rhodopsin. Crystal structures of rhodopsin have become invaluable templates for the modeling of class-A G protein-coupled receptors as they likely represent the overall topology of this family of proteins. However, because of low sequence homology within the class and the inherent mobility of integral membrane proteins, it is unlikely that this single structural template reflects the ensemble of conformations accessible for any given receptor. We have devised a procedure based upon comparative modeling that uses induced fit modeling coupled with binding site expansion. The modeling protocol enables an ensemble approach to binding mode prediction. The utility of models for β-2 adrenergic receptor will be discussed. 相似文献

Fruitbodies of the genus Hygrophorus (Basidiomycetes) contain a series of anti-biologically active compounds. These substances named hygrophorones possess a cyclopentenone skeleton. LC/ESI-MS/MS presents a valuable tool for the identification of such compounds. The mass spectral behaviour of typical selected members of this group under positive and negative ion electrospray conditions is discussed. Using the ESI collision-induced dissociation (CID) mass spectra of the [M + H]+ and [M - H]- ions, respectively, the compounds can be classified with respect to the substitution pattern at the cyclopentenone ring and the type of oxygenation at C-6 (hydroxy/acetoxy or oxo function) of the side chain. The elemental composition of the fragment ions was determined by ESI-QqTOF measurements. Thus, in case of the negative ion CID mass spectra an unusual loss of CO2 from the deprotonated molecular ions could be observed. 相似文献
