5′-Bromo-5′-deoxythymidine (1) crystallizes with four molecules in a monoclinic unit cell of space group C2. The ribose ring adopts an envelope conformation, transient between T and E0 (O4′-exo), with the C1′ atom being in the flap position. In the crystal lattice, the molecules are connected by intermolecular one-dimensional chains of hydrogen bondings from the hydroxyl hydrogen H3′(O3′) to the carbonyl oxygen O4. Properties of calcium carbonate precipitated from aqueous solutions of CaCl(2) and Na(2)CO(3) in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and S-S 0.1 T magnetic field (MF) were studied. The nucleation and precipitation processes of CaCO(3) were investigated by pH and zeta potential measurements at 20 +/- 1 degrees C up to 2 h after mixing the solutions. Also the amounts of calcium carbonate deposited on the glass surfaces and its structure were examined. It was found that SDS influences the kinetics of precipitation, crystallographic forms, and crystal size of CaCO(3). The SDS effects are more pronounced in MF presence. A small amount of SDS accelerates transformation of vaterite into calcite, whereas increasing surfactant concentration moderates such a transformation. On the other hand, in all the systems, MF in the presence of SDS causes a slower transformation of vaterite into calcite. These effects are reflected in pH and zeta potential changes, although there is no clear dependence between the SDS amount present during the precipitation and changes of the parameters investigated. It seems that MF effect is most significant at a defined optimal SDS concentration. The results, however, do not allow suggestion of any detailed mechanism of the field interaction.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method for analysis of fexofenadine in human plasma has been developed and optimized. The analytes were extracted from biological samples by solid-phase extraction on hydrophilic–lipophilic balance cartridges. LC separation was performed on a C18 analytical column (125 mm × 4 mm i.d., 5-μm particles) with 42:58 (v/v) acetonitrile–water adjusted to pH 2.7 with 85% orthophosphoric acid as mobile phase. Fluorescence detection was performed with excitation at 230 nm and emission at 290 nm. The total time for chromatographic separation was 7 min. The method was validated in accordance with EU guidelines by analysis of plasma samples fortified with fexofenadine at concentrations between 0.05 and 800 ng mL?1. Calibration plots were linear in this range. Mean recovery was typically 94.03% and the detection limit was 0.05 ng mL?1. The time required for quantitative analysis is shorter than that required by other methods.  相似文献

A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method with electrochemical detection for the quantitative determination of diclofenac potassium in plasma was developed. Naproxen was used as the internal standard. The drug and internal standard were isolated from plasma by extraction with dichloromethane and 2 M hydrochloric acid. Chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column with methanol-water (68:32, v/v) adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The oxidation potential for detection was established by constructing a voltammogram for diclofenac. The quantification limit for diclofenac in plasma was 5 ng mL(-1). Linearity of the method was confirmed in the range 5-2000 ng mL(-1), correlation coefficient 0.9998. Within-day relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.66 to 14.00% and between-day RSDs from 0.59 to 15.78%. The method was successfully applied for the determination of pharmacokinetic parameters after ingestion of a 50 mg dose of diclofenac. Studies were performed on 18 healthy volunteers of both sexes.  相似文献

Complete classification of formally real fields with 8 square classes with respect to the behaviour of quadratic forms is given. Two fields F and K are equivalent with respect to quadratic forms if the quadratic form schemes of the two fields are isomorphic or in other words, if the Witt rings W(F) and W(K) are isomorphic. It is shown here that for formally real fields with 8 square classes there are exactly seven possible quadratic form schemes and for each of the seven schemes a formally real field with 8 square classes and the given scheme is constructed.  相似文献

A simple and robust analytical method for rapid separation and sensitive quantification of baclofen in human plasma by capillary electrophoresis technique was developed. Electrophoretic separation was optimized and successfully performed using simple sodium tetraborate aqueous solution. Observed detection limit in biological material was 10 ng. Using UV detection at 200 nm excellent linearity (r = 0.999) was observed over the concentration range from 0.025 to 1.0 microg mL(-1). The described method has been validated and applied to the quantitative determination of baclofen in human plasma. The bioavailability of Baclofen (Polpharma) and Lioresal (Novartis) in 18 healthy volunteers was investigated. The results indicate bioequivalence of the reference and Baclofen preparations.  相似文献

Propolis is one of the bee products, with multiple biological properties used in numerous applications. The research objective was to determine the chemical composition and biological properties (antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antioxidant, and cytoprotective activity) of propolis extracts collected from various regions of Poland. The results indicated that the total content of phenols (116.16–219.41 mg GAE/g EEP) and flavonoids (29.63–106.07 mg QE/g EEP) in propolis extracts depended on their geographic origin. The high content of epicatechin, catechin, pinobanksin, myricetin, and acids: vanillic and syringic in propolis samples was confirmed by chromatographic analysis. Moreover, the presence of caffeic acid phenethyl ester was confirmed in all samples. The origin of propolis also influenced the biological properties of its extracts. The propolis extracts were characterized by moderate DPPH free radical scavenging activity (29.22–35.14%), and relatively low ferrous iron chelating activity (9.33–32.32%). The results indicated also that the propolis extracts showed high activity in the protection of human red blood cells against free radicals generated from 2,2’-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride (AAPH). The extracts exhibited diversified activity against the tested pathogenic bacteria and limited activity against fungal strains. The research of selected propolis extracts showed that only 2 of 5 examined samples showed moderate activity against HPV (human papillomaviruses) and the activity depended on its geographical distribution.  相似文献
