2-Substituted pyridines are efficiently obtained by the reactions of N-fluoropyridinium tetrafluoroborate or triflate with anions derived from benzenethiols, phenols, azoles, cyanamide, and with azide anion. The results are consistent with a nucleophile addition at the position 2 of the N-fluoropyridinium cation as the major reaction pathway.  相似文献

Several trifluoromethyl-substituted aromatic and heteroaromatic amines have been obtained by the reactions of the corresponding amines with the title reagent system. Computational results provide rationalization for the observed regioselectivities and support a mechanism in which the electrophilic trifluoromethyl radicals interact with the aromatic ring at the sites with the greatest electron density of the HOMO orbitals, and then the resultant adducts are oxidized to cations. The products obtained are potential building blocks for a number of heterocyclic systems.  相似文献

Vanadium(III) and vanadium(V) complexes derived from the tris(2-thiolatoethyl)amine ligand [(NS3)3-] and the bis(2-thiolatoethyl)ether ligand [(OS2)2-] have been synthesized with the aim of investigating the potential of these vanadium sites to bind dinitrogen and activate its reduction. Evidence is presented for the transient existence of (V(NS3)(N2)V(NS3), and a series of mononuclear complexes containing hydrazine, hydrazide, imide, ammine, organic cyanide, and isocyanide ligands has been prepared and the chemistry of these complexes investigated. [V(NS3)O] (1) reacts with an excess of N2H4 to give, probably via the intermediates (V(NS3)(NNH2) (2a) and (V(NS3)(N2)V(NS3) (3), the V(III) adduct [V(NS3)(N2H4)] (4). If 1 is treated with 0.5 mol of N2H4, 0.5 mol of N2 is evolved and green, insoluble [(V(NS3))n] (5) results. Compound 4 is converted by disproportionation to [V(NS3)(NH3)] (6), but 4 does not act as a catalyst for disproportionation of N2H4 nor does it act as a catalyst for its reduction by Zn/HOC6H3Pri2-2,6. Compound 1 reacts with NR1(2)NR2(2) (R1 = H or SiMe3; R2(2) = Me2, MePh, or HPh) to give the hydrazide complexes [V(NS3)(NNR2(2)] (R2(2) = Me2, 2b; R2(2) = MePh, 2c; R2(2) = HPh, 2d), which are not protonated by anhydrous HBr nor are they reduced by Zn/HOC6H3Pri2-2,6. Compound 2b can also be prepared by reaction of [V(NNMe2)(dipp)3] (dipp = OC6H3Pri2-2,6) with NS3H3. N2H4 is displaced quantitatively from 4 by anions to give the salts [NR3(4)][V(NS3)X] (X = Cl, R3 = Et, 7a; X = Cl, R3 = Ph, 7b; X = Br, R3 = Et, 7c; X = N3, R3 = Bu(n), 7d; X = N3, R3 = Et, 7e; X = CN, R3 = Et, 7f). Compound 6 loses NH3 thermally to give 5, which can also be prepared from [VCl3(THF)3] and NS3H3/LiBun. Displacement of NH3 from 6 by ligands L gives the adducts [V(NS3)(L)] (L = MeCN, nu CN 2264 cm-1, 8a; L = ButNC, nu NC 2173 cm-1, 8b; L = C6H11NC, nu NC 2173 cm-1, 8c). Reaction of 4 with N3SiMe3 gives [V(NS3)(NSiMe3)] (9), which is converted to [V(NS3)(NH)] (10) by hydrolysis and to [V(NS3)(NCPh3)] (11) by reaction with ClCPh3. Compound 10 is converted into 1 by [NMe4]OH and to [V(NS3)NLi(THF)2] (12) by LiNPri in THF. A further range of imido complexes [V(NS3)(NR4)] (R4 = C6H4Y-4 where Y = H (13a), OMe (13b), Me (13c), Cl (13d), Br (13e), NO2 (13f); R4 = C6H4Y-3, where Y = OMe (13g); Cl (13h); R4 = C6H3Y2-3,4, where Y = Me (13i); Cl (13j); R4 = C6H11 (13k)) has been prepared by reaction of 1 with R4NCO. The precursor complex [V(OS2)O(dipp)] (14) [OS2(2-) = O(CH2CH2S)2(2-)] has been prepared from [VO(OPri)3], Hdipp, and OS2H2. It reacts with NH2NMe2 to give [V(OS2)(NNMe2)(dipp)] (15) and with N3SiMe3 to give [V(OS2)(NSiMe3)(dipp)] (16). A second oxide precursor, formulated as [V(OS2)1.5O] (17), has also been obtained, and it reacts with SiMe3NHNMe2 to give [V(OS2)(NNMe2)(OSiMe3)] (18). The X-ray crystal structures of the complexes 2b, 2c, 4, 6, 7a, 8a, 9, 10, 13d, 14, 15, 16, and 18 have been determined, and the 51V NMR and other spectroscopic parameters of the complexes are discussed in terms of electronic effects.  相似文献

MCM-48, SBA-15, MCF, and MSU mesoporous silicas were used as supports for a deposition of Fe oxide species. Iron was introduced using two different methods: the wetness impregnation and the molecular designed dispersion (MDD). The obtained catalysts were characterized with respect to their textural parameters (BET), chemical composition (electron microprobe analysis), and reducibility (TPR). The coordination environment of Fe was determined using EPR and UV-vis/DRS. The samples were tested as catalysts in the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene in the presence of N(2)O. An influence of Fe dispersion and reducibility on the catalytic activity was discussed. Isolated Fe(3+) species appeared to be more selective in the styrene formation, whereas iron oxide clusters showed a higher selectivity in total oxidation of aromatic hydrocarbons. The reaction system was well described by the Mars- van Krevellen mechanism.  相似文献

A practical method for the preparation of 2-chloro-4,6-di(heteroaryl)pyrimidines and their 5-methyl homologues from readily available 2-chloropyrimidine and 2-chloro-5-methylpyrimidine, respectively, is described. The method is based on the addition reactions of heteroaryllithium reagents with chloropyrimidines followed by dehydrogenation of the resultant substituted dihydropyrimidines. The use of 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone as the dehydrogenation agent gives the best results. Side reactions in the addition step are discussed.  相似文献

Reactions of [Mg(thffo)(2)] (1) or [Ca(thffo)(2)] (2) with ZrCl(4) or HfCl(4) in a CH(2)Cl(2)/THF/CH(3)CN mixture give thermally stable neutral heterobimetallic tetranuclear complexes [M(3)M'(mu(x)-O)(mu,eta(2)-thffo)(6)(Cl)(6)] (thffo=tetrahydrofurfuroxide; M/M'/x: 3, Zr/Mg/3; 4, Hf/Mg/3; 5, Zr/Ca/4; 6, Hf/Ca/4) as colorless crystals in 75-82 % yield. X-ray diffraction studies show complexes 3-5 to contain oxo-bridged M(3) triangles that are capped by an alkaline earth metal-containing moiety to form species of C(3) symmetry. Reactions of ZrCl(4) and HfCl(4) with pure tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol in EtOH and MeOH provide ionic complexes [M(3)(mu(3)-O)(mu,eta(2)-thffo)(3)(L)(3)(Cl)(6)]Cl (M/L: 8, Zr/EtOH; 9, Hf/EtOH; 10, Zr/MeOH) in 66-79 % yield. Complexes 8-10 consist of M(3) triangles that are analogous to those in 3-6 and possess similar overall symmetry, as shown by X-ray crystallography. Changes in the reaction conditions afforded the asymmetric neutral dimer [Zr(2)(mu-thffo)(2)(thffoH)(Cl)(6)] (7) and the homometallic [Zr(3)(mu(3)-O)(mu,eta(2)-thp)(3)(thf)(2)(Cl)(7)] (11).  相似文献

In recent years a wide range of Aurivillius layered materials have been introduced. These novel materials are produced in many various forms such as fibers, thin films as well as bulk by using a number of processing routes. As advanced materials they are they have many interesting properties which include a number of useful electrical properties related to separated grain and grain boundary conductivity, impedance, activation energies, etc. In this paper these properties are described and discussed in detail. The electrical properties of the vanadium doped BaBi2Nb2O9 ceramic was measured over a wide range of temperatures by impedance spectroscopy (IS). The separated grain activation energy, calculated from Arrhenius characteristics at temperatures between room temperature and 600 °C, was 1 eV for 0 at.% of vanadium dopant and 1.2 eV for 10 at.%, whereas the activation energies in the grain boundary region were 0.97 and 1.15 eV, respectively. The obtained results suggest the significant role of vanadium dopant, causing ordering the crystalline structure.  相似文献

A simple new route to access heterometallic alkoxo precursors for a wide range of materials is reported. This unique synthetic method comprises elimination of the cyclopentadienyl ring from Cp2MCl2 (M = Ti, Zr) as CpH in the presence of M'(OR)2 (M' = Ca, Mn; OR = OCH2CH2OCH3 or OEt) in an alcohol as a source of protons. In one-pot reactions, we have prepared four different compounds with Ti2Ca4(mu6-O), Cp2Zr2Ca4(mu4-Cl), Zr10Mn10(mu3-O) 14, and Cp3Ti2(mu-OEt)2 motifs. The compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray structural analysis and NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Near-infrared (NIR) bis(heptamethine cyanine) (BHmC) dyes containing a flexible polymethylene linker between the two cyanine subunits are a novel class of compounds with versatile spectroscopic properties. The first bis-cyanine of this type is BHmC-10 (with a decamethylene bridge) that has been reported by us recently [G. Patonay, J.S. Kim, R. Kodagahally, L. Strekowski, Appl. Spectrosc., in press]. As part of this work, additional bis-cyanines BHmC-4, BHmC-6, and BHmC-8 were synthesized and their spectral properties were evaluated for the dyes free in solution and in the presence of human serum albumin (HSA). These bis-cyanines undergo H-type aggregation, mainly H-type intramolecular complexation between the two cyanine subunits, when free in aqueous solution. This H-type interaction in phosphate buffer (pH 7.2) is characterized by hypsochromic (H) absorption at 700 nm, low extinction coefficient, and low fluorescence quantum yield. By contrast, an analogous monomeric cyanine exhibits strong fluorescence under similar conditions. Upon binding with HSA, the fluorescence of BHmC-6 changes negligibly, that for BHmC-8 shows a slight increase, and the fluorescence of BHmC-4 is greatly increased. It is suggested that BHmC-4 binds with HSA in the open form exclusively, while the H-type intramolecular interaction in BHmC-6 is mostly retained in the complex with HSA. Bis-cyanine BHmC-4 may be of significant bioanalytical utility due to its negligible fluorescence in aqueous solution and a strong increase in fluorescence upon binding with a protein.  相似文献
