A novel protocol for the assembly of polysubstituted 2,3-dioxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrazines and 2,3-dioxo-hydro-1H-cycloalkyl[b]pyrazines has been developed by the sequential three-component reaction of primary aliphatic amines, 1,2-diaza-1,3-dienes (DDs) and oxalyl chloride. This synthetic sequence proceeds by initial aza-Michael addition of the amine to the azo-ene compounds and subsequent ring closure involving the oxalyl chloride. The ready availability of the starting materials as well as the high level of practicability of the reaction and work-up make this approach an attractive opportunity towards these uncommon systems.  相似文献

The spectral potential is the dynamical generalization of the Kohn–Sham potential. It targets, in principle exactly, the spectral function in addition to the electronic density. Here we examine the spectral potential in one of the simplest solvable models exhibiting a non-trivial interplay between electron-electron interaction and inhomogeneity, namely the asymmetric Hubbard dimer. We discuss a general strategy to introduce approximations, which consists in calculating the spectral potential in the homogeneous limit (here represented by the symmetric Hubbard dimer) and importing it in the real inhomogeneous system through a suitable “connector”. The comparison of different levels of approximation to the spectral potential with the exact solution of the asymmetric Hubbard dimer gives insights about the advantages and the difficulties of this connector strategy for applications in real materials.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was ultrastructural characterization of liposomes-entrapped chondroitin sulphate and to prove their in vitro biocompatibility in a human dermal fibroblast culture system, in order to use liposome-entrapped chondroitin sulphate in the treatment of inflammatory disorders. Chondroitin sulphate entrapped in liposomes appears as electron-dense particles in ultra-thin section. Comparative studies using chondroitin sulphate, empty liposomes and liposome-chondroitin sulphate systems were performed in order to evaluate their effect on growth and morphology of fibroblasts after 48 h of culture. Light microscopy indicated that chondroitin sulphate, empty liposomes and liposome-chondroitin sulphate systems do not induce appreciable cytotoxic effects, and cells maintain normal morphology when compared to control fibroblasts.  相似文献

This paper deals with a one-dimensional model for granular materials, which boils down to an inelastic version of the Kac kinetic equation, with inelasticity parameter p>0. In particular, the paper provides bounds for certain distances—such as specific weighted χ-distances and the Kolmogorov distance—between the solution of that equation and the limit. It is assumed that the even part of the initial datum (which determines the asymptotic properties of the solution) belongs to the domain of normal attraction of a symmetric stable distribution with characteristic exponent α=2/(1+p). With such initial data, it turns out that the limit exists and is just the aforementioned stable distribution. A necessary condition for the relaxation to equilibrium is also proved. Some bounds are obtained without introducing any extra condition. Sharper bounds, of an exponential type, are exhibited in the presence of additional assumptions concerning either the behaviour, close to the origin, of the initial characteristic function, or the behaviour, at infinity, of the initial probability distribution function. The cycloadditions of (E)‐3‐diazenylbut‐2‐enes 1 with a variety of alkenes 2 – 6 were carried out in water as well as in organic solvents. The reactions were always faster in heterogeneous aqueous medium than in the organic solvents. These conjugated diazenyl‐alkenes behave mainly as heterodienes, and the Diels‐Alder adducts are the sole or at least main reaction products. Pyrroles derived from zwitterionic [3+2] cycloaddition reactions were observed in some cases. The cycloaddition of 1a with (+)‐2‐(ethenyloxy)‐3,7,7‐trimethylbicyclo[4.1.0]heptane ( 5 ) is the first example of an asymmetric `inverse electron‐demand' Diels‐Alder reaction carried out in pure water.  相似文献

Fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) signaling and genetic factors are involved in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) pathogenesis. However, these factors have rarely been studied in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D) patients from admixed populations such as in those of Brazil. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate rs738409 patanin-like phospholipase domain-containing protein (PNPLA3) and rs499765 FGF21 polymorphisms in T2D, and their association with NAFLD, liver fibrosis, and serum biomarkers (FGF21 and cytokeratin 18 levels). A total of 158 patients were included, and the frequency of NAFLD was 88.6%, which was independently associated with elevated body mass index. Significant liver fibrosis (≥F2) was detected by transient elastography (TE) in 26.8% of NAFLD patients, and was independently associated with obesity, low density lipoprotein, and gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT). PNPLA3 GG genotype and GGT were independently associated with cirrhosis. PNPLA3 GG genotype patients had higher GGT and AST levels; PNPLA3 GG carriers had higher TE values than CG patients, and FGF21 CG genotype patients showed lower gamma-GT values than CC patients. No differences were found in serum values of FGF21 and CK18 in relation to the presence of NAFLD or liver fibrosis. The proportion of NAFLD patients with liver fibrosis was relevant in the present admixed T2D population, and was associated with PNPLA3 polymorphisms.  相似文献

Inulin is considered a dietary fiber and represents a noteworthy ingredient for food biofortification due to its health effects and its neutral taste. The aim of the work was the evaluation of the quality of pasta produced using whole-meal flours of two ancient Sicilian landraces (Senatore Cappelli-CAP and Timilia—TIM) fortified with two types of inulin (long-chain topinambur inulin IT and low-chain chicory inulin IC), at two different levels of substitution (2 and 4%) to evaluate its possible effect on α-amylase inhibition. The color indices L* and a* were mainly influenced by cultivars, while IT improved the sensory attributes, mainly the elasticity sensation, and influenced less the other sensory attributes: adhesiveness, color, odor, taste, and Over Quality Score for both landraces. The cooking quality was linked mainly to the landrace used, due to the very different gluten matrix of CAP and TIM. IC and IT showed promising α-Amy inhibitory activity with comparable IC50 values of 0.45 ± 0.04 and 0.50 ± 0.06 mg/mL. The enrichment of spaghetti with inulin with an inhibitory effect on α-amylase determined the hypoglycemic properties of pasta, thus lowering the corresponding IC50 value.  相似文献
