采用数理统计方法分析了任意分布的随机相位误差对多台不等功率辐射源组成的天线阵空间功率合成效率的影响,得到了由多台不等幅馈电的阵元组成的天线阵空间功率合成效率期望值的解析表达式。通过该解析式可利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)快速分析任意数目阵元组成的天线阵在目标点的期望合成效率,为空间功率合成系统的总体合成效率预估并合理分解各分系统随机相位抖动指标提供了一种高效的解析分析方法。作为算例,用得到的解析公式分析相位误差分布呈均匀分布、正态分布和三角形分布三种典型情况对合成效率的影响。  相似文献

The commercial aluminium alloy 5083 was processed via cryomilling to produce nanocrystalline (NC) powders with an average grain size of ~25–50?nm. The powders were subsequently degassed at 723 K (450°C), pre-heated and immediately quasi-isostatic (QI)-forged to produce a thermally stable bulk ultrafine grain (UFG) material having average grain size values ranging from 190 to 350?nm, depending on the processing conditions used. In this paper, the tensile properties and fracture behaviour of the bulk UFG material are presented and compared with the tensile properties of its conventionally processed counterpart. The specific influence of preheat temperature on strength and ductility of the alloy is briefly discussed. Three different pre-heat temperatures of 523, 623 and 723?K (250, 350 and 450°C) were chosen and used with the primary objective of controlling grain growth during forging. The influence of preheat temperature on tensile deformation and final fracture behaviour is highlighted. The macroscopic fracture modes of the bulk nanostructured material (BNM) prepared following three pre-heat temperatures are investigated. The microscopic mechanisms controlling tensile deformation and final fracture behaviour are discussed with regards to the intrinsic microstructural effects in the UFG alloy, nature of loading, and the kinetics and mechanisms of deformation.  相似文献

Radiation damage effects in polycrystalline pellets of the rare earth sesquioxide Dy2O3 irradiated with 300?keV Kr2+ ions were studied by combining grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) with transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Radiation damage was introduced using 300?keV Kr2+ ions to fluences up to 1?×?1020?Kr?m?2 at cryogenic temperature. GIXRD and cross-sectional TEM observations revealed that the crystal structure of the irradiated Dy2O3 transformed from a cubic, so-called C-type rare earth sesquioxide structure to a monoclinic, B-type rare earth sesquioxide structure upon ion irradiation. In addition, TEM and high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM) indicated that the transformed surface Dy2O3 layer adopts an epitaxial orientation relationship with the substrate Dy2O3.  相似文献

The perturbation formulae of the spin Hamiltonian parameters (the anisotropic g factors, hyperfine structure constants and superhyperfine parameters) are established for a 5d7 ion in an orthorhombically elongated octahedron based on the cluster approach. These formulae are applied to the theoretical studies of the EPR spectra and the local structures for the tetragonal and orthorhombic Ir2+ centers in AgCl. For the tetragonal Ir2+ center, the uncompensated substitutional [IrCl6]4 cluster is found to experience a relative elongation of about 0.08 Å along the C 4 axis due to the Jahn–Teller effect. For the orthorhombic center, the ligand octahedron also suffers Jahn–Teller elongation (by about 0.08 Å) along the [001] (or Z) axis. Meanwhile, the ligand Cl intervening in the impurity Ir2+ and the next nearest neighbor silver vacancy VAg along the [100] (or X) axis may undergo an inward displacement of 0.004 Å towards the center of the octahedron due to electrostatic repulsion of the VAg. The calculated spin Hamiltonian parameters based on the above local structures show good agreement with experimental data for both centers.  相似文献

Methods of nonnegative tensor factorization (NTF), such as NTF1, NTF2, etc., are extension of nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) for multi-way data analysis. As an existing NTF method, nonnegative Tucker3 decomposition (NTD) is researched for three-way decomposition in this paper. Firstly, an approach utilizing matrix exponentials built on Tikhonov-type regularization to enforce sparseness is proposed to extract image features instead of exclusively using Tucker tensor decomposition. Meanwhile, updating algorithms, derived from updating rules of NMF, are allowed to efficiently implement updating of mode matrices and core tensors alternatively for accuracy. Then, experimental cases of alternating least squares (ALS) and conjugate nonnegative constraints, called nonnegative alternating least squares (NALS), are studied to remedy data overfitting in computing procedures. Lastly, the proposed method exhibits more advantageous results than other algorithms of Tucker3 for feature extraction, thanks to computer simulations performed in the context of data analysis.  相似文献

基于在正常色散区的变系数非线性薛定谔方程,考虑一个带有微扰的参数渐减光纤系统,并利用数值模拟方法,对超高斯型有限宽度背景波和有限宽度背景中啁啾灰孤子的传输进行详细地研究.结果表明,超高斯背景波可以在带有微扰的参数渐减光纤系统中不受负载啁啾灰孤子的影响而稳定传输.当取背景波脉宽与啁啾孤子的初始脉宽比例大于或等于50时,有限宽度背景中啁啾灰孤子的数值结果基本与精确解相吻合.即使选取的背景波脉宽不宽,有限宽度背景中的啁啾灰脉冲仍可以很好的保持其孤子性质.  相似文献

A cosmic-ray muon telescope has been collecting data since the end of 2014, which was shortly after the telescope was built in the Zhongshan Station of Antarctica. The telescope is the first observation device to be built by Chinese scientists in Antarctica. The pressure change is very strong in Zhongshan station. The count rate of the pressure correction results shows that the large variations in the count rate are likely caused by pressure fluctuations. During the period from 18 June to 22 June 2015, four halo coronal mass ejections(CMEs) were ejected from the Sun. These CMEs initiated a series of Forbush decreases(FD) when they reached the Earth. We conducted a comprehensive study of the intensity fluctuations of galactic cosmic rays recorded during FDs. The intensity fluctuations used in this study were collected by cosmic ray detectors of multiple stations(Zhongshan, McMurdo,South Polar, and Nagoya), and the solar wind measurements were collected by ACE and WIND. The profile of the FD of 22 June demonstrated a four-step decrease. The traditional one-or two-step FD classification method does not adequately explain the FD profile results. The interaction between the faster CME that occurred on 21 June 2015 and the two slow CMEs of the earlier few days should be considered. The cosmic ray intensities of the South Pole,McMurdo, and Zhongshan stations have similar hourly variations, whereas the galactic cosmic rays recorded between polar and non-polar locations are distinct. The FD pre-increase of 22 June 2015 for the Nagoya muon telescope(non-polar location) lags those of the McMurdo and Zhongshan stations(polar locations) by 1 h. The FD onset of22 June 2015 for the Nagoya muon telescope lags those of the polar locations by 1 h.  相似文献

The spread of perfluoropolyether (PFPE) droplets on solid surfaces has been measured from the top-down view through a microscope system. Effects of substrates, molecular weight and end-group functionality on spreading of the PFPE droplets have been studied experimentally and the results were compared with those by molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. Silicon wafer and diamond-like carbon (DLC) substrates were used to study the effect of substrates on spreading. Two types of PFPE, Z-dol and Z-tetraol, with the same chain structure and various molecular weights (2000 and 4000 g/mol) were employed in experiments. Effect of molecular weight has been investigated through comparing the spreading of Z-dol 2000 and Z-dol 4000, and it is found that the increase of molecular weight will decrease the mobility of PFPE. Comparison between spreading of Z-dol and Z-tetraol of the same molecular weight proved that functional end group plays a significant role on the spreading of PFPE, which confirmed the MD simulation results.  相似文献

为了设计最优光纤耦合系统,利用高斯模场近似单模阶跃光纤的模场和大模面积光子晶体光纤的模场,推导出了理想情况下空间激光与这两种光纤的耦合效率解析表达式以及光纤端面相对于耦合系统存在横向偏移和端面倾斜时的耦合效率解析表达式。基于上述理论表达式计算了空间激光与光纤的耦合效率,并通过实验验证了此理论表达式的有效性。理论计算和实验均证实了单模阶跃光纤对于横向偏移更敏感,当横向偏移量等于单模光纤的纤芯半径时所对应的耦合效率只有20.25%,为理论最大值的1/4;而大模面积光子晶体光纤对于端面倾斜更加敏感,当端面倾斜2°时对应的耦合效率只有40.5%,为理论最大值的1/2。所提出理论表达式和实验方法完全可以为设计光纤耦合系统提供准确的参数。  相似文献
