In (2SR,4RS)‐7‐chloro‐2‐exo‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C16H13Cl2NO, (I), the molecules are linked by a combination of C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds into a chain of edge‐fused R33(12) rings. The isomeric compound (2S,4R)‐7‐chloro‐2‐exo‐(2‐chlorophenyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, (II), crystallizes as a single 2S,4R enantiomer and the molecules are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by two C—H...O hydrogen bonds and one C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond. The molecules of (2S,4R)‐7‐chloro‐2‐exo‐(1‐naphthyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C20H16ClNO, (III), are also linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure, here by one C—H...O hydrogen bond and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds. The significance of this study lies in its observation of the variations in molecular configuration and conformation, and in the variation in the patterns of supramolecular aggregation, consequent upon modest changes in the peripheral substituents.  相似文献

In the title compound, C6H18N22+·2C2H2ClO2, the cation lies across an inversion centre in the P space group. The ions are linked by two two‐centre N—H...O hydrogen bonds and by one three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bond to form a three‐dimensional framework structure. The significance of this study lies in the analysis of the complex hydrogen‐bonded structure and in the comparison of this structure with those of other simple hexamethylenediammonium salts.  相似文献

In each of 6‐amino‐3‐methyl‐2‐(morpholin‐4‐yl)‐5‐nitrosopyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, C9H13N5O3, (I), morpholin‐4‐ium 4‐amino‐2‐(morpholin‐4‐yl)‐5‐nitroso‐6‐oxo‐1,6‐dihydropyrimidin‐1‐ide, C4H10NO+·C8H10N5O3, (II), and 6‐amino‐2‐(morpholin‐4‐yl)‐5‐nitrosopyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one hemihydrate, C8H11N5O3·0.5H2O, (III), the bond distances within the pyrimidine components are consistent with significant electronic polarization, which is most marked in (II) and least marked in (I). Despite the high level of substitution, the pyrimidine rings are all effectively planar, and in each of the pyrimidine components, there are intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In each compound, the organic components are linked by multiple N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form sheets of widely differing construction, and in compound (III) adjacent sheets are linked by the water molecules, so forming a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded framework. This study also contains the first direct geometric comparison between the electronic polarization in a neutral aminonitrosopyrimidine and that in its ring‐deprotonated conjugate anion in a metal‐free environment.  相似文献

The production of epothilone mixtures is a direct consequence of the substrate tolerance of the module 3 acyltransferase (AT) domain of the epothilone polyketide synthase (PKS) which utilises both malonyl- and methylmalonyl-CoA extender units. Particular amino acid motifs in the active site of AT domains influence substrate selection for methylmalonyl-CoA (YASH) or malonyl-CoA (HAFH). This motif appears in hybrid form (HASH) in epoAT3 and may represent the molecular basis for the relaxed specificity of the domain. To investigate this possibility the AT domains from modules 2 and 3 of the epothilone PKS were examined in the heterologous DEBS1-TE model PKS. Substitution of AT1 of DEBS1-TE by epoAT2 and epoAT3 both resulted in functional PKSs, although lower yields of total products were observed when compared to DEBS1-TE (2% and 11.5% respectively). As expected, epoAT3 was significantly more promiscuous in keeping with its nature during epothilone biosynthesis. When the mixed motif (HASH) of epoAT3 within the hybrid PKS was mutated to HAFH (indicative of malonyl-CoA selection) it resulted in a non-productive PKS. When this mixed motif was converted to YASH (indicative of methylmalonyl-CoA selection) the selectivity of the hybrid PKS for methylmalonyl-CoA showed no statistically significant increase, and was associated with a loss of productivity.  相似文献

A set of four Cu(II) complexes, [Cu(cdnapen)], [Cu(cdnappd)], [Cu(cdMenappd)] and [Cu(cdMeMeOsalpd)], derived from Schiff base ligands with an asymmetric NN′OS coordination sphere have been synthesized. The molecular and the crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffractometry. The structural results confirm that the complexes are tetra coordinated. The copper (II) ion coordinates to two nitrogen atoms from the imine moiety of the ligand, a sulfur atom from the methyl dithiocarboxylate moiety and a phenolic oxygen atom. The complexes show an unusual tetrahedral distortion to the square-planar geometry around the metal centre in spite of the pseudomacrocyclic skeleton of the ligand. The complexes were further characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. The degree of tetrahedral distortion of the complexes appears to be dependent on the number of carbon atoms of the aliphatic bridge and the nature of the coordinating atoms.  相似文献

Understanding the in vivo behavior of nanoparticles is critical for the translation of nanomedicine from laboratory research to clinical trials. In this work, in vivo Forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) imaging was employed to monitor the release of hydrophobic molecules from circulating poly(ethylene glycol)-poly( D, L-lactic acid) (PEG-PDLLA) micelles. A lipophilic FRET pair (DiIC(18) and DiOC(18)) was physically entrapped into micelle cores by mimicking the loading of hydrophobic drugs. The FRET efficiency was found significantly reduced within 15 min after intravenous injection, implying that DiIC(18) and DiOC(18) quickly escaped from the circulating micelles. FRET spectroscopy studies further demonstrated that alpha- and beta-globulins were major factors for the observed fast release, while gamma-globulins, albumin, and red blood cells played minor roles. These results provide useful information for developing blood-stable micelles to deliver hydrophobic drugs to the target site via prolonged circulation and extravasation from the vascular system.  相似文献

Current study reports a rapid one-pot non-hydrolytic condition in the synthesis of Sn O2 QDs nanopowder using tin(II) stearate(Sn(St)2) as environmentally-benign organometallic precursor,which is an unprecedentedly employed-compound in preceding Sn O2 nanopowder productions.The as-synthesized Sn O2 QDs that are hydrophobic can be easily transferred from organic solvent to aqueous solution through a robust ligand exchange method.The stearate-capping ligands on the surface of QDs can be replaced by beta-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and eventually render the QDs highly water soluble,which ultimately make it exhibit bi-functionality for different liquid medium applications.Structural characterizations reveal that the bi-functional QDs are indeed well-matched with the standard rutile Sn O2 cassiterite phase without the presence of any impurities.The QDs can be interchangeably used as photocatalyst for both aqueous and non-aqueous phase,where it shows significant enhancement of hydrogen gas production as compared to that of commercial Sn O2 nanopowder.  相似文献

Opium samples from four different locations and poppy straw from different plant varieties have been assayed using micellar capillary electrophoresis incorporating a sweeping technique. Individual alkaloids (morphine, codeine, papaverine, noscapine, thebaine, oripavine, reticuline and narceine) were quantitatively determined in the different samples by a validated capillary electrophoresis method. Unsupervised pattern recognition of the opium samples and the poppy straw samples using hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA), showed distinct clusters. Supervised pattern recognition using soft independent modelling of class analogy (SIMCA) was performed to show individual groupings and allow unknown samples to be classified according to the models built using the CZE assay results.  相似文献

We report the synthesis, by solvothermal methods, of the tetradecametallic cluster complexes [M14(L)6O6(OMe)18Cl6] (M=FeIII, CrIII) and [V14(L)6O6(OMe)18Cl6-xOx] (L=anion of 1,2,3-triazole or derivative). Crystal structure data are reported for the {M14} complexes [Fe14(C2H2N3)6O6(OMe)18Cl6], [Cr14(bta)6O6(OMe)18Cl6] (btaH=benzotriazole), [V14O6(Me2bta)6(OMe)18Cl6-xOx] [Me2btaH=5,6-Me2-benzotriazole; eight metal sites are VIII, the remainder are disordered between {VIII-Cl}2+ and {VIV=O}2+] and for the distorted [FeIII14O9(OH)(OMe)8(bta)7(MeOH)5(H2O)Cl8] structure that results from non-solvothermal synthetic methods, highlighting the importance of temperature regime in cluster synthesis.
