Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) has been widely employed in atmospheric trace gases detection. The ratio of the second-harmonic signal to the intensity of laser beam incident to the multi-pass cell is proved to be proportional to the product of the path length and the gas concentration under any condition. A new calibration method based on this relation in TDLAS system for the measurement of trace gas concentration is proposed for the first time. The detection limit and the sensitivity of the system are below 110 and 31ppbv (parts-per-billion in volume), respectively.  相似文献

Highly c-axis oriented MgB2 thin films with Tc^onset of 39.6K were fabricated by magnesium diffusing into pulsedlaser-deposited boron precursors.The estimation of critical current density Jc,using hysteresis loops and the Bean model,has given the value of 10^7A/cm^2(15K,0T),which is one of the highest values ever reported.The x-ray photoemission study of the MgB2 thin films has revealed that the binding energies of Mg 2p and B 1s are at 49.4eV and 186.9eV,which are close to those of metallic Mg and transition-metal diborides,respectively.  相似文献

For the first time, novel structural nanosized Y2O3 powders were successfully synthesized by the n-butanol soft-template method. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the products. The results indicate that these products (calcined at 700°C) were comprised of many Y2O3 nanomembranes, and the nanomembranes could change into nanorods when calcined at 1000°C. Interestingly, differential thermal analysis studies suggested that the nanosized Y2O3 crystals had intense catalytic activity on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate.  相似文献

We report the transport, funnelling and dynamic sorting of colloidal microspheres in an aqueous suspension using line optical tweezers with asymmetrical intensity profiles. The line tweezers readily trapped and propelled the microspheres along the length of the line tweezers. Using this simple technique, transporting and funnelling of microspheres within a microscopic region were demonstrated. To illustrate the dynamic particle-sorting capability of the line tweezers, a binary colloidal system comprising of microspheres with diameters of 1.1 μm and 3.2 μm were driven past the line tweezers by electrophoresis. As the optical trapping force is dependent on the size of the microspheres, the line tweezers was able to change the path of the larger spheres while exerting little influence on the smaller spheres thus sorting the two types of microspheres. Two mechanisms of extracting energy and angular momentum from a rotating black hole, the Blandford-Znajek (BZ) process and magnetic coupling (MC) of a rotating black hole (BH) with the surrounding accretion disk, are discussed in detail by using a modified equivalent circuit. We obtain the same value for the BZ power as given by Lee. The strength of the power and torque produced by the rotating BH in the BZ process are compared with those in MC process. In addition, entropy production on the BH horizon due to the BZ process and that due to MC process are compared and discussed also by using the modified equivalent circuit.  相似文献
