The effect of Fe-doping at Mn-site on the structural and electrical properties of Nd0.67Ba0.33Mn1?xFexO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.05) perovskites has been investigated. X-ray diffraction patterns show that the structural parameters change slightly due to the fact that the Fe3+ ions replacing the Mn3+ have similar ionic radius. The electrical properties of these samples have been investigated using complex impedance spectroscopy technique. a function of the frequency at different temperatures. When increasing the Fe-content, a decrease of dc conductivity was observed throughout the whole explored temperature range and the deduced activation energy values are found to increase from 128 meV for x = 0 to 166 meV for x = 0.05. The curves of the imaginary part of impedance (Z″) show the presence of relaxation phenomenon in our samples. The complex impedance spectra show semicircle arcs at different temperatures and an equivalent circuit of the type of Rg + (Rgb//Cgb) has been proposed to explain the impedance results. 相似文献

The interaction of ions with matter plays an important role in the treatment of material surfaces. In this paper we study the effect of argon ion bombardment on the InSb surface in comparison with the InP one. The Ar+ ions, accelerated at low energy (300 eV) lead to compositional and structural changes in InP and InSb compounds. The InP surface is more sensitive to Ar+ ions than that of InSb. These results are directly inferred from the qualitative Auger electron spectra (AES) and electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) analysis. However, these techniques alone do not allow us to determine with accuracy the disturbed depth in Ar+ ions of InP and InSb compounds. For this reason, we combine AES and EELS with the simulation method TRIM (transport and range of ions in matter) to show the mechanism of interaction between the ions and the InP or InSb and hence determine the disturbed depth as a function of Ar+ energy. 相似文献

After a short comparative analysis of different macromolecular ligands reported in the relevant literature, the presentation will be centered on the results obtained in the authors' laboratory using structurally defined inorganic supports in terms also of their macromolecular structure. Zeolites and mesomorphous silica can link, after proper chemical modification of their surface with MAO, unmodified metallocene complexes through cage entrapment and weak interactions, thus allowing the transfer from the solution to the solid phase. The metallocene complexes in their new phase are characterized by the catalytic behavior in olefin polymerization after activation with MAO. A decrease of productivity is generally observed depending on the type of support. The steric hindrance provided by the support is evidenced by the depression of chain transfer rate with formation of higher molecular weight polymers. Also shape selectivity is observed during copolymerization of ethylene with α‐olefins having variable size. These steric effects are released when going from HY zeolite to MCM silica. 相似文献

We consider a multi-period single-item production scheduling problem with a deterministic, time-varying demand pattern and concave cost functions. Optimal production lot sizes, so as to minimize the total costs of production, set-up, and inventory, are determined subject to dynamic production capacity and no backlogs. The proposed algorithm was tested extensively by solving several randomly generated problems with varying degrees of complexity.
