There are some methods for solving Multiple Criteria Decision-Making problems, of which one is the TOPSIS method. When data is nondeterministic like interval data, the method must be modified to show the correct result. In this research we present a new TOPSIS method for ranking DMUs with interval data yielding the interval score for each alternative, and in the end we show that when data is deterministic, our new method is the same as the conventional one.  相似文献

In0.21Ga0.79As multiple quantum wells MQW, with different well thickness L, are grown on [001] and [113] A GaAs growth directions by molecular beam epitaxy MBE. An asymmetric photoluminescence PL line shape denoted LEA and LEB in the lower energies side has been observed in both structures. These emissions of deep localized states can be related to the energy potential modulation associated to Indium cluster formation. Temperature dependence of photoluminescence properties has been reported. Localized state ensemble LSE model has investigated atypical behaviors of PL peak energies and the full width at half maximum FWHM of both emissions. These abnormal behaviors are explained by carriers captured by localized recombination centers. Competition processes between localized and delocalized excitons have been occurred to interpret the PL properties. The degree of localization induced by quantum-dot-like states and critical temperatures between different temperatures regions increase as far as away [001] growth direction.  相似文献

We show the impact of the electroweak, and in one instance the QCD, one-loop corrections on the relic density of dark matter in the MSSM which is provided by the lightest neutralino. We cover here some of the most important scenarios: annihilation into fermions for a bino-like neutralino, annihilation involving gauge bosons in the case of a mixed neutralino, the neutralino–stau co-annihilation region and annihilation into a bottom quark pair. The corrections can be large and should be taken into account in view of the present and forthcoming increasing precision on the relic density measurements. Our calculations are made possible thanks to a newly developed automatic tool for the calculation at one-loop of any process in the MSSM. We have implemented a complete on-shell gauge invariant renormalisation scheme, with the possibility of switching to other schemes. In particular we will report on the impact of different renormalisation schemes for tanβtanβ.  相似文献

This study shows the effects of the Tween 60 emulsifier at different concentrations on the aqueous emulsion containing 5% of Pistacia lentiscus fruit oil. The rheological behavior and the droplet size distribution of cosmetic oil-in-water emulsions were investigated. This investigation was carried out by analyzing the shear flow and dynamic oscillatory followed by microscopic analysis and physical stability study for 24?hours and 4 months. During the period of 4 months, the emulsions were stored in a refrigerator at a semi-low temperature 12?°C. The physical stability test showed that the sample not emulsified yielded a creaming process after a short aging time. Flow curves of emulsions prepared with TW 60 exhibited a non-linear relationship between the shear stress σ and shear rate γ ?, which implies that the Herschel–Bulkley rheological model was the appropriate model for the shear flow. The increase of emulsifier quantities leading to an increase in the internal structure coherence, whereas the excess quantity affects the structure. Therefore, the optimal quantity proposed was 3.47%. Furthermore, the storage time at a semi-low temperature performed the stability and maintain the structure of emulsions.  相似文献

We investigate the possibility of low-scale leptogenesis in the minimal supersymmetric standard model extended with right-handed (s)neutrinos. We demonstrate that successful leptogenesis can be easily achieved at a scale as low as approximately TeV where lepton number and CP violation comes from soft supersymmetry breaking terms. The scenario is shown to be compatible with neutrino masses data.  相似文献

It is suggested to use LEP for a systematic search of excited neutrinos. These are expected to be the lightest excited particles (LEPs) in models of substructure and therefore could be the first direct signal of compositeness in the fermionic sector. Their signatures and production are presented. It is shown how one can extract their masses and couplings or else set limits on these parameters in case of a negative search. A comparison with heavy sequential neutrinos and heavy neutrals emanating from theories of grand unification and supersymmetry is briefly made.  相似文献

The strategic decision to integrate Advanced Manufacturing Systems (AMS) within a traditional production system has become an attractive and sometimes necessary alternative in many industrial settings. The purpose of this paper is to develop a model that focuses on this particular decision-making problem. Simplifications and approximations introduced at the operational level permit two key issues to be addressed: (1) where should AMS be implemented; and (2) when should this implementation occur. The model is shown to have good structure for a simplified analysis, thus making it particularly useful in instances where only rough estimates of costs are available and extensive ‘what if’ type analyses are therefore required.  相似文献

The heterogeneous character of thin gold films prepared by thermal evaporation and the dependence of this heterogeneity on the rate of their deposition must be considered when exploiting their optical properties for biosensor purposes. For instance, the performance of thin gold films for surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensors may drastically be degraded if care is not taken to prepare a film with a high fraction of gold (>95%). We use three different models to interpret the SPR response of gold films prepared by thermal evaporation. We show that the interpretation of the SPR curves requires considering both a global heterogeneity of the gold films and a surface roughness. Our conclusions are further corroborated by scanning surface plasmon microscope (SSPM) images of these thin gold films.  相似文献
