基于配体结构的Grb2-SH2抑制剂的结构优化:更高的活性、更少的电荷、更低的肽性

生长因子受体结合蛋白2(Grb2)在致癌基因Ras活化的信号传导通路中起着关键作用,目前被广泛认为是抗肿瘤药物设计的优秀靶标.对Grb2-SH2抑制剂的研究进展进行了综述,主要针对关键残基磷酸酪氨酸的高电荷性和多肽结构的低生物相容性两个缺陷,基于天然配体与Grb2-SH2相互作用的结构特征,围绕提高活性和简化结构开展的系统构效关系和合理结构优化研究,为进一步开发磷酸酪氨酸介导的Grb2-SH2抑制剂成为新型抗肿瘤药物提供结构和理论基础.     

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activities of Sodium Hydrogen 1-(Substituted Phenoxyacetoxy)Alkylphosphonates

Abstract

A series of sodium hydrogen 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy) alkylphosphonates was designed and synthesized. The test for herbicidal activity indicated that most of the phosphonates (8) possessed excellent postemergence herbicidal activities against broadleaf weeds. Especially, 8f and 8g showed the best herbicidal activity against rape and amaranth with more than 95% inhibitory rate.

Synthesis and Study of a Sulfur Heterocycle Fused p-Phenylene Vinylene Conducting Polymer

Abstract

Poly(benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene-4,8-diyl vinylene) (1) has been prepared by the pyrolysis of the precursor polymer 2 and studied. Quantum mechanical calculations on the aromatic and quinoid monomers, oligomers and polymers indicate that 1 is a planar aromatic polymer.     

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of [(Substituted Phenoxyacetoxy) (Substituted Phenyl)Methyl](Methyl) Phosphinates Containing Fluorine

Abstract

A series of [(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)(substituted phenyl)methyl](methyl)phos- phinates containing fluorine were designed and synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were identified by elemental analysis, IR, ¹H NMR, mass spectrometry. O-methyl [(2-fluorophenoxyacetoxy)(2,4-dichlorophenyl)methyl](methyl)phosphinate was further analyzed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Their herbicidal activity against a set of weed species was examined. Some of the compounds showed potential herbicidal activity, which provided some indications for further studies on structure modification.

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activities of 2-Methylpropan-2-Aminium Methyl 1-(Substituted Phenoxyacetoxy) Alkylphosphonates

Abstract

A series of 2-methylpropan-2-aminium methyl 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy) alkylphosphonates were selectively synthesized by reacting the corresponding dimethyl 1-(substitutedphenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates with an excess of 2-methylpropan-2-amine. All the title compounds were identified by IR, ¹H NMR, and ³¹P NMR, some of them were further analyzed by ¹⁹F NMR and ¹³C NMR. Their herbicidal activity was investigated and the results showed that most of the demethylated aminium salts exhibited notable herbicidal activities against Brassica napus L. and Echinochloa crusgalli.

膦配体取代的乙基乙撑双铁配合物的合成、晶体结构及电化学催化性能

以母体配合物[Fe₂(CO)₆(μ-SCH₂CH(CH₂CH₃)S)](1)分别与三(2-呋喃基)膦、二苯基丙基膦、双(二苯基膦)乙炔、1,2-双(二苯基膦基)苯和脱羰试剂Me₃NO·2H₂O反应,制备了单取代配合物[Fe₂(CO)₅(L)(μ-SCH₂CH(CH₂CH₃)S)](L=P(2-C₄H₃O)₃,2;Ph₂PCH₂CH₂CH₃,3)、桥联配合物{[Fe₂(CO)₅(μ-SCH₂CH(CH₂CH₃)S)]2(Ph₂PC≡CPPh₂)}(4)和螯合配合物[Fe₂(CO)₄(κ²-(Ph₂P)₂(1,2-C₆H₄))(μ-SCH₂CH(CH₂CH₃)S)](5)。配合物2~5经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和磷谱表征,并进一步得到单晶X射线衍射的确证。电化学研究表明,在弱酸HOAc作为质子源存在的情况下,这些配合物可以实现催化质子还原产生氢气的功能。     

无机固体材料中的忆阻效应

缺陷调控是固体化学中的基本问题,也是决定材料性能的核心要素。基于缺陷调控的忆阻效应将给未来电子信息领域带来全新的变革。本文综述了无机固体材料中忆阻效应的研究进展,主要总结了忆阻效应的产生机制和忆阻材料的类型,结合原子级p-n结的相关工作,提出深入明确电场下缺陷迁移机制将是从无机固体化学角度研究忆阻效应的重要方向。     

基于2-苯基-4-喹啉酸及双咪唑类配体的钴(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、表征、磁性和电化学性质

利用2-苯基-4-喹啉酸、苯-1,4-双(咪唑基-1-甲基)和乙酸钴在二甲基甲酰胺和水的混合溶剂中反应,得到配合物[Co(pqba)2(biyb)](1)(Hpqba=2-苯基-4-喹啉酸,biyb=苯-1,4-双(咪唑基-1-甲基))。采用元素分析、红外光谱、X单晶衍射结构分析、热重分析等方法对配合物进行了表征和结构测定。配合物1属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群。配合物1中的biyb配体采用双齿桥链模式连接金属钴离子首先形成一维"之"字链,通过π…π堆积作用,进一步拓展为二维超分子结构。循环伏安法测试结果说明配合物1的电解过程为准可逆过程。磁化率测量表明,配合物1具有反铁磁性质。     

Two lanthanum(III) complexes containing η2‐pyrazolate and η2‐1,2,4‐triazolate ligands: intramolecular C—H...N/O interactions and coordination geometries

The lanthanum(III) complexes tris(3,5‐diphenylpyrazolato‐κ²N,N′)tris(tetrahydrofuran‐κO)lanthanum(III) tetrahydrofuran monosolvate, [La(C₁₅H₁₁N₂)₃(C₄H₈O)₃]·C₄H₈O, (I), and tris(3,5‐diphenyl‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ²N¹,N²)tris(tetrahydrofuran‐κO)lanthanum(III), [La(C₁₄H₁₀N₃)₃(C₄H₈O)₃], (II), both contain La^III atoms coordinated by three heterocyclic ligands and three tetrahydrofuran ligands, but their coordination geometries differ. Complex (I) has a mer‐distorted octahedral geometry, while complex (II) has a fac‐distorted configuration. The difference in the coordination geometries and the existence of asymmetric La—N bonding in the two complexes is associated with intramolecular C—H...N/O interactions between the ligands.
