For the first time, N-(2-hydroxyl) propyl-3-trimethyl ammonium chitosan chloride (HTCC) was prepared through a fast, easy and efficient method with the assistance of microwave irradiation, and the quaternized chitosan was also degraded via the microwave irradiation. A comparative study was performed by using the conventional heating method to prepare HTCC. The structure and property of the quaternized chitosan obtained by these two methods were characterized by GPC, XRD, FTIR, NMR, TG and elemental analysis. It was shown that quaternized chitosan was successfully prepared within 50 min via microwave irradiation method, while a much longer time of 6–7 h was needed with the conventional heating method. The substitutions both occurred on the C2 position of chitosan with the two different methods, and their HTCC products had weight average similar molecular weight (Mw), structure and thermal stability. The HTCC prepared by the microwave irradiation method had a little lower degree of substitution (DS) than those prepared via conventional heating with the same mole ratio (6:1) of the intermediate to chitosan. The degradation study showed that the Mw of HTCC decreased rapidly from 4.6 × 105 to 1.1 × 105 in 1 h under microwave irradiation, while it only decreased from 4.6 × 105 to 2.1 × 105in 1 h through conventional heating degradation. These results revealed that microwave irradiation is a more efficient and environment-friendly way to obtain the water-soluble chitosan derivatives and their degraded products. 相似文献

The enantioselectivity of chiral macrocyclic polyamides 1–3 derived from L-/D-tartaric acid was investigated by using 1H NMR. All the macrocycles exhibited certain chiral recognition towards the enantiomers of the racemic carboxylic acids we had chosen. As a chiral solvating agent, the compound 3 has the excellent enantiomeric discriminating ability for mandelic acids and its derivatives, containing an α-OH at the chiral carbon, while the compound 2 has the best enantioselectivity towards dibenzoyltartaric acid. The molar ratio and the association constants of the compound 3 with each of the enantiomers of some guest molecules were determined by using the Job's plots and a nonlinear leastsquares fitting method, respectively. The effect of the structure of the hosts or guests on the enantioselectivity of the compound 1–3 has been explored. 相似文献

The present study demonstrated the possibility of utilizing the ytterbium (Yb)‐based internal standard near‐infrared (NIR) spectroscopic measurement technique coupled with multivariate calibration for quantitative analysis of tea, including total free amino acids and total polyphenols in tea. Yb is a rare earth element aimed to compensate for the spectral variation induced by the alteration of sample quantity during the spectral measurement of the powdered samples. Boosting was invoked to be combined with least‐squares support vector regression (LS‐SVR), forming boosting least‐squares support vector regression (BLS‐SVR) for the multivariate calibration task. The results showed that the tea quality could be accurately and rapidly determined via the Yb‐based internal standard NIR spectroscopy combined with BLS‐SVR method. Moreover, the introduction of boosting drastically enhanced the performance of individual LS‐SVR, and BLS‐SVR compared favorably with partial least‐squares regression. We report on a facile immunoassay for porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) based on surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) using multi-branched gold nanoparticles (mb-AuNPs) as substrates. The mb-AuNPs in the immunosensor act as Raman reporters and were prepared via Tris base-induced reduction and subsequent reaction with p-mercaptobenzoic acid (pMBA). They possess good stability and high SERS activity. Subsequently, the modified mb-AuNPs were covalently conjugated to the monoclonal antibody (McAb) against the PCV2 cap protein to form SERS immuno nanoprobes. These were captured in a microtiterplate via a immunoreaction in the presence of target antigens. The effects of antibody concentration, reaction time and temperature on the sensitivity of the immunoassay were investigated. Under optimized assay conditions, the Raman signal intensity at 1,076 cm?1 increases logarithmically with the concentrations of PCV2 in the concentration ranging from 8?×?102 to 8?×?106 copies per mL. The limit of detection is 8?×?102 copies per mL. Compared to conventional detecting methods such as those based on PCR, the method presented here is rapid, facile and very sensitive. Figure

We describe a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for the solid-phase extraction of the skin protectant allantoin. The MIP was deposited on the surface of monodisperse silica microspheres possessing acroyl groups on the surface (MH-SiO2). The resulting MIP microspheres (MH-SiO2@MIP) showed a 3.4-fold higher adsorption capacity and a 1.9-fold better selectivity for allantoin than the respective non-imprinted polymer (MH-SiO2@NIP). The monolayer adsorption capacities of the MH-SiO2@MIP and the MH-SiO2@NIP were calculated with the help of the Langmuir model and found to be 6.8 and 1.9 mg?g?1, respectively. Adsorption kinetics fit a pseudo-second order rate mechanism, with an initial adsorption rate of 1.44 for the MH-SiO2@MIP, and of 0.07 mg?g?1?min?1 for the MH-SiO2@NIP. The material can be regenerated, and its adsorption capacity for allantoin remains stable for at least five regeneration cycles. Pt nanoparticles deposited on a low-cost, surfacial, carbonized palygorskite (Pt/C-PLS) prepared by carbonizing sucrose were evaluated as a methanol oxidation catalyst for direct methanol fuel cells. Transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transfrom infrared spectrophotometry analyses revealed that carbon was formed on the surface of PLS and that free silica presented in the C-PLS support. The catalytic activity of methanol oxidation of Pt/C-PLS was higher than that of Pt/C, and the former catalyst had better CO tolerance. 相似文献

采用微波处理打断废胶粉(WRP)的三维网状结构用来提高WRP在有机溶剂中的溶胀性,然后采用溶胶凝胶法,将微波改性后的WRP浸入正硅酸乙酯中,通过水解反应和缩合反应,在WRP表面原位生成SiO2网络,从而制得改性废胶粉(MWRP).将制得MWRP与天然橡胶(NR)共混,制备了NR/MWRP复合材料,研究了NR/MWRP复合材料的性能.通过热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪和力学分析表明微波处理最佳时间是20 s.由于微波处理提高了NR与WRP的相容性,原位生成的SiO2粒子起到了补强作用,所以所制备的NR/MWRP复合材料拥有较好的力学性能;随着Si69的加入,抑制了SiO2粒子聚集,提高了SiO2粒子的分散性,从而进一步提高复合材料的力学性能并降低复合材料的Payne效应;在进行频率扫描时,硫化胶的储存模量随频率的增大而增大;硫化胶的温度扫描结果表明,随着温度的升高,复合材料中SiO2粒子聚集程度加剧并且复合材料出现老化的现象.为了提高复合材料的耐老化性能,N,N-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(BMI)作为一种防老剂加入复合材料中,BMI利用Diels-Aider反应补偿橡胶在老化过程中所损失的交联键并提高NR与WRP的界面相容性,从而提高复合材料的耐老化性能. 相似文献

COREX is the primary process in the current smelting reduction method. The process has strict coal quality standards. Combustion processes of coal used in the COREX operating system were analyzed using a synchronous thermogravimetric analyzer combined with a mass spectrometer. The microcosmic structure and macerals were observed by an electronic scanning microscope. The qualitative and quantitative determinations of oxygen functional groups, such as phenolic hydroxyl, carboxyl, carbonyl, and methoxy groups were detected by the Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and through chemical analysis methods. In addition, the evolution of the chemical structure and transformation mechanism of organic oxygen functional groups during COREX coal combustion have been thoroughly investigated. This study proposes a new coal-requirement index system and coal blending method, which will increase the expansion of coal selection and decrease the overall usage of coal during COREX. 相似文献
