Two different approaches, both exploiting two enzymes cooperative functioning, to enhance the sensitivity of tyrosinase (PPO) based biosensor for amperometric detection of phenols have been compared. For this purpose, one monoenzyme electrode (PPO) and two bienzyme electrodes (PPO and d-glucose dehydrogenase, GDH; PPO and horseradish peroxidase, HRP) were constructed using agar-agar gel as enzyme immobilization matrix. The biosensors responses for l-tyrosine detection were recorded at −50 mV versus saturated calomel electrode (SCE). The highest sensitivity (74 mA M−1) was observed for the PPO-GDH couple, while that recorded for PPO-HRP couple system was only 32 times higher than that measured for monoenzyme electrode (0.01 mA M−1). The ability of the PPO-, PPO-GDH-, PPO-HRP-based biosensors to assay phenols was demonstrated by quantitative determination of phenol, 1,2-dihydroxybenzene, 1,3-dihydroxybenzene, 1,4-dihydroxybenzene, 2-amino-3 (4-hydroxyphenyl) propanoic acid, 2-hydroxytoluene, 3-hydroxytoluene, 4-hydroxytoluene, 4-clorophenol, 3-clorophenol, 2-clorophenol, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid. 相似文献

We report on a bistable MEMS device actuated by spin-crossover molecules. The device consists of a freestanding silicon microcantilever with an integrated piezoresistive detection system, which was coated with a 140 nm thick film of the [Fe(HB(tz)3)2] (tz=1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) molecular spin-crossover complex. Switching from the low-spin to the high-spin state of the ferrous ions at 338 K led to a reversible upward bending of the cantilever in agreement with the change in the lattice parameters of the complex. The strong mechanical coupling was also evidenced by the decrease of approximately 66 Hz in the resonance frequency in the high-spin state as well as by the drop in the quality factor around the spin transition. 相似文献

The morphology and chemical structure of nanosized polytetrafluoroethylene films deposited on the surface of track-etched poly(ethylene terephthalate) membranes by means of radiofrequency magnetron sputtering and electron-beam sputtering of the polymer in a vacuum have been studied using atomic force microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It has been established that the morphology of films formed with the use of these coating techniques varies considerably. This is due to the size of the deposited polymer particles. The particles formed by the electron-beam sputtering of polytetrafluoroethylene are larger than those produced by magnetron sputtering of the polymer. It has been shown that the chemical composition of the films deposited by electron-beam sputtering in a vacuum is more in line with the composition and structure of the initial polymer than the films obtained by radiofrequency magnetron sputtering. 相似文献

In this paper we study the asymptotic behaviour as t → ∞ of solutions to a nonlocal diffusion problem on a lattice, namely, with t ≥ 0 and . We assume that J is nonnegative and verifies . We find that solutions decay to zero as t → ∞ and prove an optimal decay rate using, as our main tool, the discrete Fourier transform.

The present paper is devoted to the study of some qualitative properties of C 0-groups via topological equivalence, also called conjugacy. The special case of the evolution groups is analysed. We show that hyperbolicity implies structural stability. A static and dynamic investigation was performed on liquid crystal cells containing pure nematics and nematics doped with an azo-dye (Methyl Orange). It was found that the critical field for magnetic Freedericksz transition was decreased in samples containing the “trans” isomer and increased in those containing the “cis ” isomer.
