The methyl isobutyl ketone extraction of 15 elements (Cu, Ag, Zn, Cd, In, Tl, Ge, Sn, As, Sb, Bi, Se, Te, Mo and Pd) as iodide complexes from 0.1-5 M sulphuric acid/0.01-0.5M potassium iodide media has been studied. At the optimum potassium iodide concentrations, and a 1:2 v v ratio of organic to aqueous phase, Cu(II), Ag, Cd, In(III), Tl(III), Sb(III), Bi, Te(IV) and palladium(II) are completely extracted in a single step from 1-5M sulphuric acid. All these elements except palladium are also quantitatively extracted from 0.05-0.5M iodide/2M sulphuric acid. Zn, Sn(IV) and As(III) are completely extracted at high acid and iodide concentrations, and at the highest concentrations of acid and iodide investigated, Ge is partly extracted and Mo(VI) is slightly extracted. The extraction of Se(IV) is incomplete because of its reduction to the elemental state by iodide. The back-extraction of the elements has also been investigated and the forms in which they are extracted and potential analytical separations and interferences are discussed.  相似文献

In addition to 19-dydroxybaccatin III, 1beta-hydroxy-5 alpha-deacetylbaccatin I, taxayuntin G and 13-O-deacetyltaxumairol Z (4), three new taxane diterpenoids, taxumairols X (1), Y (2), Z (3) have been isolated from extracts of the Formosan Taxus mairei (LEMEE & LEVL.) S. Y. HU. Compounds 1-2 belong to the 11(15-->1)-abeo-taxane system, having a tetrahydrofuran ring at C-2, C-3, C-4 and C-20. The new compound 3 and 4, which was misidentified previously are derivatives of 11(15-->1)-abeo-taxane with an intact oxirane system. The structures of compounds 1-4 were elucidated on the basis of extensive two dimensional (2D)-NMR analysis.  相似文献

A sensitive, rapid and selective liquid chromatography negative electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry [LC-(-)ESI-MS-MS] method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous quantification of budesonide (BUD) and its major metabolites, 6beta-hydroxybudesonide (OH-BUD) and 16alpha-hydroxyprednisolone (OH-PRED) in human plasma. The method was validated over a linear range from 0.1 to 10 ng/mL for all three analytes using a solid-phase extraction procedure with 9-fluoro-hydrocortisone as the internal standard. The between-day and within-day coefficients of variation for all compounds were < or =20% at the concentrations of lower limit of quantification and < or =15% at other quality control concentrations. The utility of this assay was demonstrated by monitoring BUD, OH-BUD and OH-PRED plasma concentrations in one healthy subject for 24 h following a 3 mg oral dose of budesonide, administered as a pH modified release capsule (Budenofalk) to healthy volunteers.  相似文献

By treating the cell body as an elastic colloid and applied with the Hertz contact theory of linear elasticity and the lubrication equation of fluid dynamics, the elastic adhesion behavior of leucocytes in close motion toward a plane surface is investigated. The effect of the Stokes number on the deformation profile of the cell is considered during the adhesion period. From the results of numerical simulation, it is found that under certain conditions (i.e. regardless of the magnitude of F for the cases of ST=1 and 3 and ε0.0055 for ST=10), after exhausting all of the incoming kinetic energy, the cell can rest at an equilibrium separation which is close to the ligand–receptor bond length formed between two interacting surfaces.  相似文献

We demonstrate that the selectivity of microchip electrophoresis separations is greatly improved by the presence of organically modified silica (Ormosil) sols in the run buffer. A negatively-charged N-(trimethoxysilylpropyl)ethylenediamine triacetic-acid (TETT)-based sol is used for improving the selectivity between nitroaromatic explosives and a methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMOS)-based sol is employed for enhancing the microchip separation of environmental pollutants, aminophenols. These sols are added to the run buffer and act as pseudostationary phases. Their presence in the run buffer changes the apparent mobility of studied solutes, and leads to a higher resolution. The observed mobilities changes reflect the interactions between the Ormosil sols and the solutes. Relevant experimental variables have been characterized and optimized. The diverse chemistry of Ormosil sols should be extremely useful for tailoring the selectivity of a wide range of electrophoresis microchip separations.  相似文献

Three kinds of silicon-containing disordered carbons have been prepared by pyrolysis of polysiloxanes with different amounts of phenyl side groups. X-ray powder diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical capacity measurements were performed to study their behaviors. Graphite crystallites, micropores, and silicon species affect their electrochemical performances. All of them present high reversible capacities, >372 mAh/g. Since the graphite crystallites are very small, they contribute very little to reversible capacity. The number of micropores produced by gas emission during the heat-treatment process decides whether they exhibit reversible capacity. Si mainly exists in the form C–Si–O and influences the irreversible capacity. There is no evident capacity fading in the first ten cycles, indicating promising properties for these disordered carbons.  相似文献
