不可逆电极过程方波伏安法动力学研究 Ⅰ.平行催化体系

本文报道了在不可逆电极过程的强催化体系中，当采用快速方波扫描时，正、逆向电流将出现峰形。依据实验结果，提出了“迁出－进入”的等浓度面理论模型，推导了并讨论了电流方程式。结果表明，文中提出的理论能较好地说明实验结果。

本文以分析变深度螺旋槽止推轴承为例介绍了边界元法在润滑力学研究领域中的应用,以及相应的边界条件的处理方法,同时还讨论了轴承的尺寸参数对其性能参数的影响。     

Synthesis and biological evaluation of the geometric farnesylated analogues of the a-factor mating peptide of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

The a-factor of Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a dodecapeptide pheromone (YIIKGVFWDPAC(Farnesyl)-OCH(3), 1), in which post-translational modification with a farnesyl isoprenoid and carboxymethyl group is required for full biological activity. This peptide has been used as a model system to explore the biological function of the farnesylcysteine moiety, which is found on and required for the biological activity of many key mammalian proteins. The objective of this particular study was the determination of the biological effect of double bond isomerization of the natural E, E-farnesyl moiety on the biological activity of the a-factor. A unified, stereoselective synthetic route to the three geometric isomers of E,E-farnesol (12, 13, and 14) has been developed. The key feature of this synthesis is the ability to control the stereochemistry of triflation of the beta-ketoester 22 to give either 23 or 25. The three farnesol isomers were converted to the corresponding isomeric a-factors (9, 10 and 11) via a modified version of a previously utilized synthetic route. Biological evaluation of these peptides indicates that, surprisingly, all three possess nearly equivalent activity to the natural a-factor bearing the E,E-farnesyl moiety.     

A novel approach to carbon hollow spheres and vessels from CCl4 at low temperatures

Carbon hollow spheres (400-600 nm) and vessels (400 nm x 3000 nm) have been synthesized from sp3-CCl4 at 190 and 230 degrees C, respectively. The HRTEM images and Raman spectra reveal the sp2 nature of the as-obtained products, indicating that the transformation from carbon sp3 to sp2 occurs in the reactions. The possible mechanism has also been proposed.     

银-金合金催化乙烯氧化反应的动力学研究 Ⅰ. 氧在银-金合金表面上吸附的LEPS势能面

本文用LEPS势能函数描述了氧与银-金合金(110)面的相互作用。计算了不同金配比时氧在合金(110)面上吸附的势能面, 讨论了不同金配比对势能面的影响, 以及对氧吸附的影响。     

2-取代-1,1,1-三氯-3-硝基丙烷新型杀菌剂的合成

报道了46个2-羟基-、2-胺基-、2-肼基和2-氮杂环基-1,1,1-三氯-3-硝基丙烷衍生物的合成方法。初步生物试验表明它们呈现良好的抑菌活性,其中以2-苯肼基-1,1,1-三氯-3-硝基丙烷的活性最高。     

杂氮硅三环化合物(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)晶体结构的研究

杂氮硅三环化合物Ⅰ和的分子结构用直接法解,经全矩阵最小二乘修正,得到它们的晶体学参数。并对它们的结构进行了比较和讨论。     

烟碱石墨涂膜电极及PVC膜电极的研究

国内外现有的测定烟碱(尼古丁)的方法,都需要预先进行水汽带馏,再用重量法或分光光度法测定,重量法操作繁琐,分析一个样品需花30h,紫外分光光度法,仍必须预先进行水汽带馏,结果不够理想,目前国内药典还没有测定烟碱的方法。本文采用四苯硼钠-烟碱为活性物的石墨涂膜电极及PVC膜电极,直接测定烟叶及香烟产品提取液中烟碱的含量,所得结果与重量法基本一致,该电极制作简便,电极响应快,线性范围较宽,选择性较好。     

Ca2+,Th4+和抗磁稀土离子与2,3-二羟基-对-二甲苯胺四乙酸的成络作用

本文用¹H NMR和UV VIS光谱技术研究了DPTA与Ca⁺²、Th⁴⁺和抗磁稀土离子Ia³⁺、Lu³⁺、Y³⁺、Sc³⁺的成络作用,发现配体与抗磁稀土离子为慢交换体系,而与Ca²⁺为快交换体系。确定了络合物的组成,Th⁴⁺与试剂生成1:2络合物,Ca²⁺、La³⁺、Lu³⁺、Y³⁺、Sc³⁺主要生成1:1络合物。络合物组成与溶液pH有关。
