本文研究了用 2 0 1× 7阳离子交换树脂对自来水中的微量元素进行交换富集 ,采用微量脉冲进样 导数火焰原子吸收法测定富集后溶液中的Cu ,Fe和Zn ,该方法灵敏度分别为 0 2 9,0 5 9和 0 0 6 μg·L- 1 ,精密度分别为 4 2 8% ,1 95 %和 2 2 8% ,检测限分别为 1 2 8,5 85和 0 6 8μg·L- 1 ,回收率分别为 91 13% ,10 1 34%和99 84 % ,本方法大大减少了需样量 ,简便快速 ,灵敏度高。 相似文献

The influences of various laser modes on the splitting beam effect of Dammann grating are studied in theory and by numerical simulation. The results show that fundamental mode laser resembles plane wave while high order mode laser differs from plane wave in the splitting beam effect by Dammann grating. Therefore, the fundamental mode laser is more suitable to be the light source to improve the energy efficiency in far-distance image detecting systems, such as laser image ladar, which use Dammann grating in the ilhlmination svstem. 相似文献

随着半导体技术的进步, 集成小尺寸绝缘体上硅器件的芯片开始应用到航空航天领域, 使得器件在使用中面临了深空辐射环境与自身常规可靠性的双重挑战. 进行小尺寸器件电离辐射环境下的可靠性试验有助于对器件综合可靠性进行评估. 参照国标GB2689.1-81恒定应力寿命试验与加速寿命试验方法总则进行电应力选取, 对部分耗尽绝缘体上硅n型金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管进行了电离辐射环境下的常规可靠性研究. 通过试验对比, 定性地分析了氧化物陷阱电荷和界面态对器件敏感参数的影响, 得出了氧化物陷阱电荷和界面态随着时间参数的变化, 在不同阶段对器件参数的影响. 结果表明, 总剂量效应与电应力的共同作用将加剧器件敏感参数的退化, 二者的共同作用远大于单一影响因子. 相似文献

A novel ε-HNIW-based explosive formula with low sensitive and high energy was developed by systematically researching the processes of recrystallization, granularity gradation, and coating of ε-HNIW and option of energetic deterrents. The grain size and morphology of HNIW crystals were modified by solvent/antisolvent recrystallization. The ε-HNIW particles were graded and coated by emulsion polymerization method with 551 glue. The binder reduced the mechanical sensitivity of ε-HNIW significantly and showed good compatibility with ε-HNIW, but also weakened the decomposition enthalpy. With the purpose of developing new energetic deterrents in insensitive high explosive formulations, novel carbon materials graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) were prepared and incorporated in plastic-bonded explosive (PBX) formulations. For comparison, the effects of conventional deterrent flake graphite were also involved. It turned out that the mechanical sensitivities of ε-HNIW/551 glue have all reduced to some extent with the incorporation of graphite, GO, and rGO. Flake graphite induced the PBX decompose earlier slightly and weaken the heat output. The addition of GO resulted in noticeable antedating decomposition of ε-HNIW/551 glue although remarkably increased the decomposition heat. The formula of ε-HNIW/551 glue/rGO provided a moderate growth in decomposition heat and best thermal stability. In slow cook-off tests, the formulas of ε-HNIW/551 glue and ε-HNIW/551 glue/rGO showed good thermal stability and might be qualified to apply safely under 200 °C. Comprehensively considering the mechanical sensitivity, thermals stability, energy performance, and practical application, ε-HNIW/551 glue/rGO is supposed to be an eligible insensitive high-energy PBX formula. 相似文献

本文对2,2-二(4-甲氧基苯基)-1,1-二氯乙烯(简称DMDE)与H_2SO_4显色反应的机理进行了探讨,证实了该反应为可逆反应,其显色产物与亲电加成反应的中间体有关;并利用该反应建立了甲氧基氯原药和乳油中DMDE含量的分光光度测定方法。实验表明:DMDE在0~27.5μg/10ml范围内服从比耳定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε为2.56×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。应用该法对甲氧基氯原药和乳油进行了分析,获得满意结果。 相似文献

The single crystals of the superconducting Li0.2(1)ZrNCl have been derived from the single crystals of β-ZrNCl by intercalation of lithium using an n-butyllithium solution in hexane. The crystal structure has been refined on the basis of the single-crystal X-ray data: the space group R-3m, a=3.591(1) Å, c=27.839(6) Å, Z=6, R1=0.0749 for 196 reflections and 12 variables. β-ZrNCl is isotypic with SmSI, while the structure of Li0.2(1)ZrNCl can be described as the Li intercalated YOF type, a stacking variant of the SmSI type. The tightly bound slabs with a Cl-Zr-N-N-Zr-Cl sequence of close-packed layers are stacked rhombohedrally along the c-axis, with the van der Waals gaps between the chlorine layers hosting Li ions. This is the first single-crystal study on the Li intercalated phase. The structural changes from the pristine single crystals were precisely determined. 相似文献

Numerical study on the turbulent mixing of planar shock-accelerated triangular heavy gases interface
The interaction of a planar shock wave with a triangle-shaped sulfur hexafluoride (\(\mathrm{SF_6}\)) cylinder surrounded by air is numerically studied using a high resolution finite volume method with minimum dispersion and controllable dissipation reconstruction. The vortex dynamics of the Richtmyer–Meshkov instability and the turbulent mixing induced by the Kelvin–Helmholtz instability are discussed. A modified reconstruction model is proposed to predict the circulation for the shock triangular gas–cylinder interaction flow. Several typical stages leading the shock-driven inhomogeneity flow to turbulent mixing transition are demonstrated. Both the decoupled length scales and the broadened inertial range of the turbulent kinetic energy spectrum in late time manifest the turbulent mixing transition for the present case. The analysis of variable-density energy transfer indicates that the flow structures with high wavenumbers inside the Kelvin–Helmholtz vortices can gain energy from the mean flow in total. Consequently, small scale flow structures are generated therein by means of nonlinear interactions. Furthermore, the occasional “pairing” between a vortex and its neighboring vortex will trigger the merging process of vortices and, finally, create a large turbulent mixing zone. 相似文献
