A non-autonomous SIR model with periodic transmission rate and a constant removal rate is formulated. By using the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, sufficient conditions for the existence of at least two positive periodic solutions are obtained. The stability of the periodic solution for small seasonality is investigated. Numerical simulations are done to show our theoretical results.  相似文献

Nanoformulations of mononuclear Pt complexes cis-PtCl2(PPh3)2 ( 1 ), [Pt(PPh3)2(L−Cys)] ⋅ H2O ( 3 , L−Cys=L-cysteinate), trans-PtCl2(PPh2PhNMe2)2 ( 4 ; PPh2PhNMe2=4-(dimethylamine)triphenylphosphine), trans-PtI2(PPh2PhNMe2)2 ( 5 ) and dinuclear Pt cluster Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4 ( 2 ) have comparable cytotoxicity to cisplatin against murine melanoma cell line B16F10. Masking of these discrete molecular entities within the hydrophobic core of Pluronic® F-127 significantly boosted their solubility and stability, ensuring efficient cellular uptake, giving in vitro IC50 values in the range of 0.87–11.23 μM. These results highlight the potential therapeutic value of Pt complexes featuring stable Pt−P bonds in nanocomposite formulations with biocompatible amphiphilic polymers.  相似文献

Abstract  

A novel pentaheterocyclic ring system derived from (5α)-cholestan-3-one, i.e. [1R-[1α(R*),3aβ,3bα,5aβ,12aα,12bβ,14aα]]-1-(1,5-dimethylhexyl)-1,2,3,3a,3b,4,5,11,12,12a,12b,13,14,14a-tetradecahydro-8,12a,14a-trimethyl-9-(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)-cyclopenta[5,6]naphtho[2,1-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]azepinium hexachloroantimonate (6) has been synthesized via the reverse-electron-demand 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of the 1-aza-2-azoniaallene cation 4 to the triple bond of acetonitrile followed by ring enlargement. The structure of 6 was determined by NMR, IR and high-resolution mass spectra, and unequivocally confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic class under the space group P2-1 with a = 8.163(3) ?, b = 11.214(4) ?, c = 24.191(9) ?, α = 90°, β = 97.740(5)°, and γ = 90°. The five-membered triazole ring is essentially planar and aromatic, while the seven-membered azepine ring is not planar, but adopts a chair-like conformation.  相似文献

An effective technique to characterize multilayered millimeter wave structure with vertical via-holes connected is presented. The advantage of this method is the closed-form Greens functions in spatial domain for general electric and magnetic sources in multilayered medium are obtained easily in terms of the two-level discrete complex image method (DCIM) with the high-order Sommerfeld identities, which only four elements of Greens functions in spectral domain are needed. In addition, the curl operators in mixed potential integral equations (MPIE) are avoided effectively from the Greens functions in this paper. A low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) aperture coupled antenna with vertical via-holes connected is analyzed to prove the accuracy and efficiency of this technique on three-dimensional (3-D) multilayered structure with vertical components.  相似文献

针对瞬态光谱检测中对CCD线扫描速度要求高的特点,提出一种基于面阵CCD的瞬态光谱检测方法。该方法通过改变面阵CCD的电荷转移方式,以实现基于面阵CCD的高速线扫描。为了探究此方法的可行性,初步通过改变线阵CCD的电荷转移方式,建立了基于线阵CCD的单点超快探测系统。在发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)光脉冲探测实验中,系统分别工作在单点超快探测模式和正常模式下。测试结果表明,基于线阵CCD的单点超快探测方法是可行的,单点探测速率可达20MHz。从而在理论上证明,通过改变CCD电荷转移方式以实现基于面阵CCD的瞬态光谱检测也是切实可行的。  相似文献

Various electronic and optical properties of Zn1?x Ca x O ternary alloys of wurtzite structure are calculated using a first-principles approach based on the framework of the generalized gradient approximation to density-functional theory. In particular, on-site Coulomb interactions are introduced, which can reasonably well predict the electronic properties and band gaps of the Zn1?x Ca x O (0??x??0.25) system. The imaginary part of the calculated dielectric function indicates that the optical transition between O 2p states in the valence band and Zn 4s states in the conduction band shifts to the high-energy range as the Ca concentration increases. The calculated band gap shows a significant increase with increasing Ca concentration. Therefore, Zn1?x Ca x O ternary alloys may be a potential candidate alloy for optoelectronic materials, and especially for light-emitters and detectors.  相似文献

Results from new experiments on the lubricated pipelining of emulsified waxy crude oil and No. 6 fuel oil are presented and compared with other sources of literature. A correlation formula which estimates the holdup fraction is introduced and evaluated for all available experimental data. A simple theory is given which is based on the concentric core-annular flow model and leads to a Reynolds number and friction factor which reduce a large body of experimental data onto one curve; with the best results in the high Reynolds number flow regime.  相似文献

This research studies the effects of axial preload on nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a flexible rotor supported by angular contact ball bearings. A dynamic model of ball bearings is improved for modeling a five-degree-of-freedom rotor bearing system. The predicted results are in good agreement with prior experimental data, thus validating the proposed model. With or without considering unbalanced forces, the Floquet theory is employed to investigate the bifurcation and stability of system periodic solution. With the aid of Poincarè maps and frequency response, the unstable motion of system is analyzed in detail. Results show that the effects of axial preload applied to ball bearings on system dynamic characteristics are significant. The unstable periodic solution of a balanced rotor bearing system can be avoided when the applied axial preload is sufficient. The bifurcation margins of an unbalanced rotor bearing system enhance markedly as the axial preload increases and relates to system resonance speed.  相似文献
