自动聚焦是图像测量和计算机视觉中的重要技术。研究发现,以前的一些自动聚焦算法,在没有噪声的影响下,效果较好,但一旦有噪声的影响,算法可能会失效,因此,提出了一种自适应的自动聚焦方法。首先通过一个基于局部小窗口的自适应门限将边缘像素和非边缘像素区别开来,然后再加上一个全局门限来进一步滤除噪声的影响,最后用一些自动聚焦算法来计算经过自适应处理后的图像,画出它们的聚焦曲线。经过大量的实验,结果表明,该算法不仅具有单峰性强,无偏性好,灵敏度高等特点,而且还具有很好的抗噪声性能。 相似文献

Phase structure and magnetic properties of the as-cast and as-milled/annealed SmCo7−xMox (x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) alloys have been systematically studied. It is found that all the as-cast series alloys are composed of the CaCu5-type and Th2Zn17-type phases. Saturation magnetization of the samples decreases with the Mo content increasing. Intrinsic coercivities (iHc) of no more than 0.06 T are observed in these as-cast samples, due to their rather coarse grain microstructures with an average grain size of 50 μm. The as-milled/annealed SmCo7−xMox powders crystallize in the disordered TbCu7-type (1:7) structure with very fine nanograins, and a minor Co3Mo phase appears in the samples with x=0.1-0.4. High iHc (?0.95 T) are achieved in these samples, with a maximum of 1.26 T located at x=0.2, which can be primarily attributed to strong pinning of the domain wall motion at the nanograin boundaries. The temperature coefficient (β) of the iHc is about −0.22%/°C in the temperature range of 25-400 °C for the as-milled/annealed samples. 相似文献

Polygonum tinctorium Lour (indigo plant) has been regarded as a useful medicinal plant for traditional herbal medicine. The polyphenolic fraction of indigo leaves exhibited anti-inflammatory activities as determined by the suppressed synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) in cultured RAW264 macrophage cells. The acid hydrolysate of the fraction showed much more potent effect than the unhydrolyzed one. In sharp contrast, those fractions of indigo stems had almost no effect. 3,5,4′-Trihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavone (TMF)-O-glycosides and tryptanthrin were detected exclusively in the extracts of the leaves. The isolated flavonol species were furthermore tested for their anti-inflammatory activities against the synthesis of NO and prostaglandin E2 in the cultured macrophage cells. More potent anti-inflammatory effects were recognized with different aglycones of flavonols than their flavonol O-glycosides. Although the inhibitory effects of TMF were less effective than those of tryptanthrin, the levels of flavonol O-glycosides with TMF were much more abundant than those of tryptanthrin in the leaves. Oral administration of the fraction containing flavonol O-glycosides with TMF into mice revealed the detection of free TMF in the blood circulation, indicating that the aglycone moiety can be cleaved by digestive enzymes and absorbed in the gut. Alternatively, the assay of hydrophilic oxygen radical absorbance capacity revealed that the isolated species of flavonol O-glycosides with TMF and their aglycone had appreciable antioxidant activities. Taken together, our findings suggest that the predominant flavonol O-glycosides with TMF as an aglycone could be promising natural agents for the application to herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, and food additives. 相似文献

The information‐theoretic measure of confined hydrogen atom has been investigated extensively in the literature. However, most of them were focused on the ground state and accurate values of information entropies, such as Shannon entropy, for confined hydrogen are still not determined. In this work, we establish the benchmark results of the Shannon entropy for confined hydrogen atom in a spherical impenetrable sphere, in both position and momentum spaces. This is done by examining the bound state energies, the normalization of wave functions, and the scaling property with respect to isoelectronic hydrogenic ions. The angular and radial parts of Shannon entropy in two conjugate spaces are provided in detail for both free and confined hydrogen atom in ground and several excited states. The entropies in position space decrease logarithmically with decreasing the size of confinement, while those in momentum space increase logarithmically. The Shannon entropy sum, however, approaches to finite values when the confinement radius closes to zero. It is also found that the Shannon entropy sum shares same trend for states with similar density distributions. Variations of entropy for nodeless bound states are significantly distinct form those owning nodes when changing the confinement radius. 相似文献

Bi4‐xSbxTi3O12 (BSTO) (x = 0, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06 and 0.07) thin films have been fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol‐gel method. The effects of various Sb3+ content on microstructure and ferroelectric properties of systems are investigated. XRD show that Bi4‐xSbxTi3O12 (x≠0) thin films prefer (117) orientation. The substitution Sb3+ for Bi3+ reduces the grain size of the film surface. Compared to the BTO (x = 0) film, Bi4‐xSbxTi3O12 films display exciting electric properties. Especially when x = 0.04, the film Bi3.96Sb0.04Ti3O12 has achieved the max 2Pr value of 87μC/cm2. This film also has a better anti‐fatigue characteristic, which can be up to 1010 switching cycles without fatigue. The leakage current density improved with J = 8×10−8 A/cm2. 相似文献
