Effects of water vapor in high vacuum chamber on the properties of HfO2 films

The influence of water vapor content in high vacuum chamber during the coating process on physical properties of HfO2 films was investigated. Coatings were deposited on BK7 substrates by electron beam evaporation and photoelectric maximum control method. An in situ residual gas analyzer (RGA) was used to monitor the residual gas composition in the vacuum chamber. The optical properties, microstructure,absorption and laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the samples were characterized by Lambda 900 spectrophotometer, X-ray diffraction (XRD), surface thermal lensing (STL) technique and 1064-nm Qswitched pulsed laser at a pulse duration of 12 ns respectively. It was found that a cold trap is an effective equipment to suppress water vapor in the vacuum chamber during the pumping process, and the coatings deposited in the vacuum atmosphere with relatively low water vapor composition show higher refractive index and smaller grain size. Meanwhile, the higher LIDT value is corresponding to lower absorbance.     

Preparation and properties of epoxy/amine hybrid resins from in situ polymerization

Homogeneous and transparent epoxy/amine hybrid resins were successfully obtained through the in situ curing of bisphenol A epoxy and hexakis(methoxymethyl)melamine with 2 wt % (3‐glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane as a facial coupling agent. The hybrid resins showed good miscibility, high glass‐transition temperatures, good thermooxidative stability, and good flame retardance. The outstanding properties of the hybrid resins may lead to their use in high‐performance green electronic products. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 天光一号打靶聚焦系统的研制

 介绍了在天光一号MOPA光学角多路系统中，将6束KrF准分子激光引入靶室的方法以及聚焦系统的研制。用紫外CCD相机测得6束激光聚到平面靶上的焦斑直径为290μm，靶上的功率密度达到8×10¹² W/cm²。     

多分散高浓度介质偏振光后向扩散散射的Monte Carlo仿真

建立了针对多分散高浓度介质偏振光后向扩散散射的Monte Carlo仿真模型，导出了多分散 系统的有效自由程分布函数. 给出了半径为50nm与550nm及其三种不同体积浓度比混合的聚 苯乙烯微球作为散射粒子的高浓度介质的仿真结果. 定性地分析了多分散介质偏振光后向扩 散散射的光强空间分布特征与粒子的体积浓度比的关系. 关键词： 后向扩散散射 偏振光 多分散高浓度介质 Monte Carlo仿真     

一种三足型比色传感器对阴离子的颜色响应

A thiourea-based tripodal colorimetric anion sensor was synthesized. Its binding abilities with AcO^- and halide anions in DMSO were studied by UV-Vis spectra. The sensor showed different color responses to these anions. The association constants and different stoichiometries were deduced by nonlinear least-square curve fitting or linear fitting.     

酒石酸亚铁分光光度法测定茶多酚

采用没食子酸丙酯为基准物质酒石酸亚铁作为显色剂，光度法测定茶多酚制品中茶多酚的含量。最大吸收波长５４０ｎｍ摩尔吸光系数２．６５×１０＾３回收率为９８％－１０１％，相对标准偏差为０．９０％。方法简便，结果令人满意。     

平阳霉素碘油乳剂动脉栓塞治疗肝海绵状血管瘤

为探讨平阳霉素碘油乳剂（PLE）治疗肝海绵状血管瘤（HCH）的临床疗效及并发症的防治,对22例经CT平扫及增强证实的肝海绵状血管瘤,作超选择肝动脉插管,灌注PLE,然后用明胶海绵栓塞.结果表明,介入治疗后病人症状改善,病灶有不同程度缩小.其中18例3个月缩小50%以上,15例1年B超复查瘤体消失.认为经肝动脉灌注PLE是治疗HCH安全有效的方法.
