Mg／Mgl．8La0．2Ni纳米复合材料的吸放氢性能研究

应用高能球磨法制备Mg-x％Mg1.8La0.2Ni（x=10、20和30）纳米复合储氢材料．X射线衍射（XRD）、透射电镜（TEM）和选区电子衍射（SAED）测试表明，该复合材料具有纳米晶和非晶态混合结构的性质，吸氢温度降低，较好的吸放氢动力学性能，在423K，2．5MPa氢压的条件下，50s内即可达到最大吸氢量．     

流动注射区域采样法测定镀锌钝化液中高浓度锌

本文建立了流动注射二甲酚橙光度法测定镀锌纯化液中Ｚｎ￣２＋的自动分析方法。利用区域采样技术和调整管路参数自动完成对样品的上千倍稀释，确定了最佳分析条件并研究了干扰离子的影响及消除办法。所建方法仪器简单，分析速度为８４次／小时，变异系数（Ｚｎ￣２＋１６．０ｇ／Ｌ，ｎ＝２０）为１．Ｏ％，用于实际钝化液分析，相对误差小于±１０％。     

芦荟中多糖的光度测定新方法

利用正交试验考察了芦荟多糖与刚果红显色反应的最佳条件；研究了麦芽糖糊精等多糖、蔗糖等低聚糖和葡萄糖等单糖对显色反应的影响；建立了简便快速、常见糖类基本无干扰的测定芦荟多糖含量的吸光光度法。对芦荟鲜叶和芦荟制品中的多糖进行分析，加标回收率在92％～96％范围内，相对标准偏差≤5％。     

Polymer-enzyme conjugates can self-assemble at oil/water interfaces and effect interfacial biotransformations

Native water-soluble enzymes were transformed into interface-binding enzymes via conjugation with hydrophobic polymers, thus enabling interesting interfacial biocatalysis between immiscible chemicals at oil/water interfaces. Such interfacial biocatalysis demonstrated a significantly improved catalytic efficiency as compared to traditional biphasic reactions with enzymes contained in the bulk aqueous phase. Particularly, polystyrene-conjugated beta-galactosidase showed a catalytic efficiency that was more than 145 times higher than that of the native enzyme for a transgalactosylation reaction. It is believed that the improved accessibility of the biocatalysts to chemicals held in both phases across the interface is the key driver for the enhancement of enzyme activity.

丁二烯在氯化稀土-乙醇-烷基铝催化体系中的某些动力学规律Ⅰ.链增长速度常数的变化规律

本文测出丁二烯在La、Nd、Sm、Gd、Dy、Ho和Y七种稀土氯化物与两种烷基铝分别组成的催化体系中聚合链增长速度常数和活性中心浓度。其30℃时k_p值在6—100 1/mol·sec间,不同稀土催化剂k_p值顺序为:k_p(Nd)～k_p(Sm)～k_p(Gd)>k_p(La)>k_p(Dy)>k_p(Ho)>k_p(Y)。钕催化剂在七种稀土催化剂中具有较大的活性中心浓度,其值为2—3×10~(-2)mol/molNd。本文对稀土络合催化剂k_p的性质作了讨论。     

Carbonyldinitrosyltris(fluorosulfato)tungstate(II) and ‐Molybdate(II) Anions: Synthesis,Spectroscopy, and Density Functional Theory Calculations

Carbonyldinitrosyltris(fluorosulfato)tungstate(II) and ‐molybdate‐(II) anions, [fac‐M(CO)(NO)₂(SO₃F)₃]^? (M=W, Mo), which are novel weakly coordinating anions that contain a metal carbonyl/nitrosyl moiety, have been generated in fluorosulfonic acid and completely characterized by multinuclear NMR, IR, and Raman spectroscopy as well as ESI mass spectrometry. ESI MS measurements performed for the first time on a superacidic solution system unambiguously reveal the formation of the monoanionic, mononuclear W and Mo complexes formulated as [M(CO)(NO)₂(SO₃F)₃]^? (M=W, Mo). Multinuclear NMR spectroscopic studies at natural abundance and ¹³C and ¹⁵N enrichment clearly indicate the presence of one CO ligand, two equivalent NO ligands, and two types of nonequivalent SO₃F^? groups in a 2:1 ratio. The IR and Raman spectra reveal that the two equivalent NO ligands have a cis conformation, thus indicating a fac structure. Density functional calculations at the B3LYP level of theory predict that these anions have a singlet ground state (¹A′) with a C_s symmetry along with C–O and N–O vibrational frequencies that are in agreement with the experimental observations. Mulliken population analysis shows that the monovalent negative charge is dispersed on the bulky sphere, the surface of which is covered by all the negatively charged O and F atoms with charge densities much lower than SO₃F^?, suggesting that [fac‐M(CO)(NO)₂(SO₃F)₃]^? (M=W, Mo) are weakly nucleophilic and poorly coordinating anions.     

Further Daphniphyllum Alkaloids from the Leaves of Daphniphyllum macropodum Miq.

Five new polycyclic Daphniphyllum alkaloids, macropodumines F ( 1 ) and G ( 2 ), 17‐oxoyuzurimine ( 3 ), and macropodumines H ( 4 ) and I ( 5 ), were isolated from the leaves of D. macropodum Miq ., collected in Sichuan Province, China. The structures and relative configurations of the new compounds – as well as of four known, related alkaloids – were elucidated on the basis of in‐depth spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses, by chemical derivatization, and by comparison of spectroscopic data with those of known compounds.
