In this paper experimental studies of nonvolatile photorefractive holographic recording in Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 crystals doped with Sc(0,1,2,3 mol%) were carried out. The Sc:Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 crystals were grown by the Czochralski method and oxidized in Nb2O5 powders. The nonvolatile holographic recording in Sc:Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 crystals was realized by the two-photon fixed method. We found that the recording time of Sc:Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 crystal became shorter with the increase of Sc doping concentration, especially doping with Sc(3 mol%), which exceeds the so-called threshold, and there was little loss of nonvolatile diffraction efficiencies between Sc(3 mol%):Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 and Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 crystals.  相似文献

Based on the generalized Huygens–Fresnel diffraction integral and the expansion of the hard aperture function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, the approximate analytical expression of elegant Laguerre–Gaussian beams passing through a paraxial ABCD optical system with an annular aperture is derived. Meanwhile, the corresponding closed-forms for the unapertured, circular apertured or circular black screen cases are also given. The obtained results provide more convenience for studying their propagation and transformation than the usual way by using diffraction integral formula directly. Some numerical examples are given to illustrate the propagation properties of elegant Laguerre–Gaussian beams.  相似文献

对以本征Si及重掺杂p型和n型Si作为中间层的Fe/Si多层膜的层间耦合进行研究,并通过退火,增大Fe,Si之间的扩散,分析界面扩散对层间耦合的影响. 实验结果表明,层状结构良好的制备态的多层膜,Fe,Si之间也存在一定程度的扩散,它是影响层间耦合的 主要因素,远远超过了半导体意义上的重掺杂,使不同种类的Si作为中间层的层间耦合基本 一致.进一步还发现,在一定范围内增大Fe,Si之间的扩散,即使多层膜的层状结构已经有了相当的退化,Fe/Si多层膜的反铁磁耦合强度基本保持不变. 关键词: Fe/Si多层膜 层间耦合 界面扩散  相似文献

A New Annonaceous acetogenin,squamostolide(1),was isolated from the seeds of Annona squamosa.Its structure was elucidated based on spectroscopic methods and comparison with known compounds.It is the first example of Annonaceous acetogenin with each of the two ends of the aliphatic chain bearing a γ-lactone.Thenew compound exhibited cytotoxic activity in vitro against bel-7402 and CNE2 human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Two orange phosphorescent iridium complex monomers, 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium (III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐phenylquinoline‐N,C2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐PIr) and 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium(III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐methylquinoline‐N,C2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐MIr), were successfully synthesized. The Suzuki polycondensation of 2,7‐bis(trimethylene boronate)‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene with 2,7‐dibromo‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene and Br‐PIr or Br‐MIr afforded two series of copolymers, PIrPFs and MIrPFs, in good yields, in which the concentrations of the phosphorescent moieties were kept small (0.5–3 mol % feed ratio) to realize incomplete energy transfer. The photoluminescence (PL) of the copolymers showed blue‐ and orange‐emission peaks. A white‐light‐emitting diode with a configuration of indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)/PIr05PF (0.5 mol % feed ratio of Br‐PIr)/Ca/Al exhibited a luminous efficiency of 4.49 cd/A and a power efficiency of 2.35 lm/W at 6.0 V with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.46, 0.33). The CIE coordinates were improved to (0.34, 0.33) when copolymer MIr10PF (1.0 mol % feed ratio of Br‐MIr) was employed as the white‐emissive layer. The strong orange emission in the electroluminescence spectra in comparison with PL for these kinds of polymers was attributed to the additional contribution of charge trapping in the phosphorescent dopants. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Raman mechanical spectroscopy was used to examine interfacial effects on the stress distribution in model polydiacetylene fiber/epoxy composites. Epoxy release agents were coated on fiber surfaces to modify the interfacial adhesion properties. The modified fiber surfaces were then characterized by scanning electron microscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy as well as optical microscopy. No difference in the maximum stress value or stress distribution was observed for the two types of fibers, coated or uncoated, used in composites. This suggests that adhesion properties at the composite interface do not affect tensile stress transfer efficiency nor, therefore, the composite tensile modulus along the fiber axis direction in uniaxial composites. Experimental data were also compared with theoretical calculations assuming perfect bonding between fiber and matrix, and idealized frictional force transfer mechanism at the fiber–matrix interface.  相似文献
