过模结构能提高器件的功率容量和工作频率, 能使器件工作在低磁场状态, 越来越多的器件采用过模结构.但是过模结构允许多个模式同时存在, 这可能会引起模式竞争问题.本文通过理论分析和数值计算, 研究了过模结构模式选择问题.计算结果表明, 通过选择合适的结构参数和电参数, 使得器件工作在行波状态, 可以实现不同横向模式的选择.在此基础上, 通过选择合适的电子束和结构参数, 能实现不同纵向模式的选择.对计算结果进行了粒子模拟验证, 与理论分析符合较好, 达到了模式选择的目的.

ABSTRACT CdTe quantum dots (QDs) modified by 2-mercaptoethylamine hydrochloride (CA) and thioglycolic acid (TGA), respectively, were synthesized in aqueous medium. The interaction of CdTe QDs with ovalbumin has been investigated in depth by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV-Vis absorption, fluorescence-quenching spectrometry, and resonance Rayleigh scattering spectroscopy (RRS). Fluorescence data show that the quenching type of ovalbumin by CA-CdTe QDs is static quenching with the binding constant being 10?4 M?1, and the number of binding sites being one. The calculated thermodynamic parameters demonstrate that the main binding forces are hydrophobic interaction and electrostatic attraction. In contrast, the quenching style of ovalbumin by TGA-CdTe QDs is verified to be dynamic quenching. Under suitable acidity conditions, the interaction of CA-CdTe QDs or TGA-CdTe QDs with ovalbumin leads to the remarkable enhancement of RRS, and the increments are found to be proportional to the concentration of ovalbumin in a certain range. A simple and highly sensitive RRS approach for determining ovalbumin is developed. Based on infrared absorption spectroscopy technique, a carbon monoxide sensor was developed using the fundamental absorption band of carbon monoxide molecule at the wavelength around 4.6 µm. The developed sensor consists of pulse-modulated wideband incandescence, open ellipsoid light-collector gas-cell, dual-channel detector, and control and signal-processing module. With the prepared standard carbon monoxide gas sample, sensing characteristics on carbon monoxide were investigated using the sensor. Experimental results reveal that the limit of detection is about 10 ppm, the relative error at the limit of detection point is less than 14%, and that is less than 7.8% within the low concentration range of 20~180 ppm. The maximum absolute errors of 50 min long-term measurement on the 0 and 14 ppm CO gas samples are about 3 and 3.17 ppm, respectively, and the standard deviations are as small as 0.18 and 1.25 ppm, respectively. Compared with the reported carbon monoxide detection systems utilizing quantum cascaded lasers and distributed feedback lasers, the proposed sensor shows potential applications in carbon monoxide detection under the circumstances of coal-mine and environmental protection, by virtue of high performance, low cost, simple optical structure, and so on. 相似文献

A novel flame retardant resin was prepared by modifying benzoxazines with a reactive phosphorus-containing compound, 2-(6-Oxido-6H-dibenzo[c,e][1,2]oxa-phosphorin-6-yl) 1,4-benzenediol (ODOPB). The curing reactions of the benzoxazines containing ODOPB (ODOPB-BOZ) and a type of bifunctional benzoxazine (B-BOZ) were investigated via differential scanning calorimetry. The ODOPB-BOZ precursors exhibited lower curing temperature in comparison with the B-BOZ. Through dynamic mechanical analysis tests, it was found that the glass transition temperature and storage modulus of the cured ODOPB-BOZ were lower than those of the cured B-BOZ. Moreover, the tensile and flexural properties of the cured ODOPB-BOZ were also lower than those of the cured B-BOZ. The TGA tests proved that, owing to the presence of ODOPB, the char yield of the polybenzoxazines were remarkably raised while the decomposition rates at higher temperature were reduced. It was found that the flame retardancy of cured ODOPB-BOZ attained V-0 grade upon the UL-94 tests while that of cured B-BOZ was V-1 grade. SEM images showed that more compact char layers were formed in the cured ODOPB-BOZ after combustion, resulting in the improvement of flame retardance. 相似文献

利用高计数率探测器和低功率光源,在大的能量范围内,同时测量了整体X光透镜的传输效率和焦斑直径与能量的关系。实验结果表明:透镜的焦斑直径随着能量的升高而减小;对04-5-10-5透镜而言,在高于5.8keV的能量范围内,透镜的传输效率随着能量的升高而降低,在低于5.8keV的能量范围内,透镜的传输效率随着能量的升高而增加。通过测量不同能量的X射线在透镜会聚光束中的空间分布,研究了短出口焦距透镜的光晕现象,光晕会导致透镜焦斑直径增大和传输效率测量值的增加。利用轴向扫描法研究了整体X光透镜出口焦距和能量的关系,实验结果表明:会聚透镜的出口焦距随着X射线能量的升高而增加。 相似文献

This paper presents a realistic scheme for the teleportation of
coherent states in which a two-mode squeezed vacuum state serves as
the quantum channel and the position-sum and momentum-difference of
two local modes serve as the measuring observables. The average
fidelity of the teleportation of coherent states is derived for
finite squeezing parameters and it turns out that fidelity greater
than 1/2 cannot be achieved by using a classical channel alone and
the probability distribution of the measurement result is a Gaussian
distribution around the unknown parameter of the input coherent
