Electric transport and scanning tunneling spectrum(STS)have been investigated on polycrystalline samples of the new superconductor Bi4O4S3.A weak insulating behavior in the resistive curve has been induced in the normal state when the superconductivity is suppressed by applying a magnetic field.Interestingly,a kink appears on the temperature dependence of resistivity near 4 K at all high magnetic fields above 1 T when the bulk superconductivity is completely suppressed.This kink associated with the upper critical field as well as the wide range of excess conductance at low fields and high temperatures is explained as the possible evidence of strong superconducting fluctuation.From the tunneling spectra,a superconducting gap of about 3 meV is frequently observed yielding a ratio of 2Δ/kB TC~16.6.This value is much larger than the one predicted by the BCS theory in the weak coupling regime(2Δ/kB TC~3.53),which suggests the strong coupling superconductivity in the present system.Furthermore,the gapped feature persists on the spectra until 14 K in the STS measurement,which suggests a prominent fluctuation region of superconductivity.Such a superconducting fluctuation can survive at very high magnetic fields,which are far beyond the critical fields for bulk superconductivity as inferred both from electric transport and tunneling measurements.  相似文献

This paper presents a new parameter and state estimation algorithm for single-input single-output systems based on canonical state space models from the given input–output data. Difficulties of identification for state space models lie in that there exist unknown noise terms in the formation vector and unknown state variables. By means of the hierarchical identification principle, those noise terms in the information vector are replaced with the estimated residuals and a new least squares algorithm is proposed for parameter estimation and the system states are computed by using the estimated parameters. With Zn substitution to the three-dimensional antiferromagnetically ordered barlowite Cu_4(OH)_6 FBr,Cu_3 Zn(OH)_6 FBr shows no magnetic phase transition down to 50 mK,and the system is suggested to be a two-dimensional kagome quantum spin liquid [Chin.Phys.Lett.34 077502(2017)].A key issue to identify such phase diagram is the exact chemical formula of the substituted compound.With Cu L-edge x-ray absorption spectrum(XAS) combined with the MultiX XAS calculations,we evaluate the Cu concentration in a nominal Cu_3 Zn(OH)_6 FBr sample.Our results show that although the Cu concentration is 2.80,close to the expected value,there is 34% residual Cu occupation in intersite layers between kagome layers.Thus the Zn substitution of the intersite layers is not complete,and likely it intrudes the kagome layers.  相似文献

We apply the discrete version of Calderón??s identity and Littlewood?CPaley?CStein theory with weights to derive the $(H^p_w, H^p_w)$ and $(H^p_w, L^p_w) (0<p\le 1)$ boundedness for multiparameter singular integral operators. It turns out that even in the one-parameter case, our results substantially improve the known ones in the literature where w????A 1 was needed. Our results in the multiparameter setting can be regarded as a natural extension of $L^p_w$ boundedness for p?>?1 for w????A p to the case of weighted Hardy spaces $H^p_w$ for p????1, but under a weaker assumption that w belongs to the class of product A ???? weights with respect to rectangles in product spaces.  相似文献

Dimethyl carbonate is an important green chemical that has been widely used in the chemical industry. In the production of dimethyl carbonate, methanol oxidative carbonylation has been studied, but the conversion ratio of dimethyl carbonate using this method is too low, and the subsequent separation requires a large amount of energy due to methanol and dimethyl carbonate being azeotrope. In this paper, the strategy of “reaction instead of separation” is proposed. Based on this strategy, a novel process is developed to combine the production of DMC with that of dimethoxymethane (DMM) and dimethyl ether (DME). The co-production process was simulated using Aspen Plus software, and the product purity was up to 99.9%. The exergy analysis of the co-production process and the existing process was carried out. The exergy destruction and exergy efficiency were compared with those of the existing production processes. The results show that the exergy destruction of the co-production process is about 276% less than that of the single-production processes, and the exergy efficiencies in the developed co-production process are significantly improved. The utility loads of the co-production process are significantly lower than that of the single-production process. The developed co-production process increases the methanol conversion ratio to 95%, with a reduced energy requirement. It is proved that the developed co-production process can provide an advantageous option over the existing processes with improved energy efficiency and material savings. The strategy of “reaction instead of separation” is feasible. A new strategy is proposed for azeotrope separation.  相似文献

Now Ground penetrating radar (GPR) nondestructive testing methods have been applied to many fields of physics. But traditional electromagnetic methods (usually based on least square and local iteration) just roughly give the information of location, level and quality. In this paper we consider inverse electromagnetic problem which is concerned with the estimation of electric conductivity of Maxwell’s equations. A wavelet multilevel representation is proposed to inversion of GPR nondestructive testing. Once we decompose the objective functional onto different levels from the smallest to the largest, there are very few local minimum on the largest level component of the problem. Then local convergent Gauss-Newton method could easily find the global minimum on this level which is close to the global optimization solution on the second largest level. So, Gauss-Newton method with initial value which is solved on the largest level has serious possibility to find the global minimum of the second largest level. Repeating this step one could find the global optimization solution of the original inverse problem. On each level, the stable and fast local convergent Gauss-Newton method is carried out. Results exhibits clear advantages over damping Gauss-Newton method and testify that it is an available method, especially on aspects of wide convergence and precision.  相似文献

根据100 kV Mini-Marx脉冲发生器对触发源的技术要求,设计了一种基于VE4141型氢闸流管气体开关器件的高压脉冲触发源。该触发源系统输出高压脉冲幅度达到0~30 kV、脉冲前沿小于15 ns、脉冲宽度大于500 ns,不仅可以接收光、电和手动信号触发,而且还可以通过接口来控制调整100 kV Mini-Marx发生器的充电电压以及电压显示。采用固态IGBT半导体开关器件产生预触发和主触发脉冲,控制气体开关氢闸流管VE4141瞬间导通放电输出高压脉冲信号,触发后级Mini-Marx脉冲发生器产生不小于100 kV的高压脉冲。  相似文献

设计了一款长度为265 mm的飞秒条纹管。采用短磁聚焦透镜和行波偏转板,并将行波偏转板置于磁透镜之前以提高偏转灵敏度。采用蒙特卡罗方法对阴极表面理想点和阴极狭缝发射的光电子初始参量进行了模拟抽样,用CST软件的Particle Tracking模块模拟跟踪了光电子的运行轨迹,统计分析了光电子在最佳像面上的位置分布和渡越时间,给出了光电子在最佳像面上的点扩展函数和调制传递函数。计算结果显示,所设计的条纹管阴极有效尺寸达到6 mm,放大率为2.4~2.5,动态空间分辨力大于55 lp/mm。经保守估算,条纹管的时间分辨力有望达到245 fs。  相似文献
