This study describes a new and rapid procedure for radiostrontium determination in milk samples based on the use of plastic scintillation resins (PS resins). The proposed method reduces the time of analysis by at least 2 h by combining separation and measurement preparation into a single step and optimizing the pre-treatment steps. The method is robust and reproducible, with good total recoveries (65% on average) and a relative bias for total radiostrontium activity (89Sr + 90Sr) below 7%. The minimum detectable activity for 100 mL of milk sample measured for 60 min is about 0.34 Bq L?1. The proposed method can quantify radiostrontium content in 5 h, which makes it suitable for use in emergency situations.  相似文献

The reactions of [N(3)P(3)Cl(6)] with one, two, or three equivalents of the difunctional 1,2-closo-carborane C(2)B(10)H(10)[CH(2)OH](2) and K(2)CO(3) in acetone have been investigated. These reactions led to the new spiro-closo-carboranylphosphazenes gem-[N(3)P(3)Cl(6-2n)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](n)] (n=1 (1), 2 (2)) and the first fully carborane-substituted phosphazene gem-[N(3)P(3)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](3)] (3). A bridged product, non-gem-[N(3)P(3)Cl(4)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (4), was also detected. The reaction of the well-known spiro derivatives [N(3)P(3)Cl(2)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)] and [N(3)P(3)Cl(4)(O(2)C(12)H(8))] with the same carborane-diol and K(2)CO(3) in acetone gave the new compounds gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(3-n)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](n)] (n=1 (5) or 2 (6), respectively), without signs of intra- or intermolecularly bridged species. Upon treatment with NEt(3) in acetone, compound 5 was converted into the corresponding nido-carboranylphosphazene. However, the reaction of gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (5) with NEt(3) in ethanol instead of acetone proceeded in a different manner to give the new compound (NHEt(3))(2)[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)(O)[OCH(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3)]] (7). For compounds with two 2,2'-dioxybiphenyl units, gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (5), (NHEt(3))[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)]] (8), and (NHEt(3))(2)[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)(O)[OCH(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3)]] (7), a mixture of different stereoisomers may be expected. However, for 5 and 7 only the meso compounds seem to be formed, with the same (R,S)-configuration as in the precursor [N(3)P(3)Cl(2)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)]. The reaction of 5 to give 8 seems to proceed with a change of configuration at one phosphorus center, giving a racemic mixture. The crystal structures of the nido-carboranylphosphazenes 7 and 8 have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

The complex [Rh(kappa(3)-N,N,N-pybox)(CO)][PF(6)] (1) has been prepared by reaction of the precursor [Rh(mu-Cl)(eta(2)-C(2)H(4))(2)](2), 2,6-bis[4'(S)-isopropyloxazolin-2'-yl]pyridine (pybox), CO, and NaPF(6). Complex 1 reacts with monodentate phosphines to give the complexes [Rh(kappa(1)-N-pybox)(CO)(PR(3))(2)][PF(6)] (R(3) = MePh(2) (2), Me(2)Ph (3), (C(3)H(5))Ph(2) (4)), which show a previously unseen monodentate coordination of pybox. Complex 1 undergoes oxidative addition reactions with iodine and CH(3)I leading to the complexes [RhI(R)(kappa(3)-N,N,N-pybox)(CO)][PF(6)] (R = I (5); R = CH(3) (6)). Furthermore, a new allenyl Rh(III)-pybox complex of formula [Rh(CH=C=CH(2))Cl(2)(kappa(3)-N,N,N-pybox)] (7) has been synthesized by a one-pot reaction from [Rh(mu-Cl)(eta(2)-C(2)H(4))(2)](2), pybox, and an equimolar amount of propargyl chloride.  相似文献

Abstract —Nanosecond laser photolysis was used to determine the rate constants of quenching (including chemical reactions) of the triplet states of eosin and thionine, at pH 7, by imidazole, l-histidine, l-methionine, l-phenylalanine, l-tryptophan, 3-indole-acetic acid, cytidine, guanosine, α-chymotrypsin, lysozyme, allylthiourea, thiourea, p -nitrosodimethylaniline, I- N3- and Fe(CN)64-. The quenching rate constants for thionine were found to be up to three orders of magnitude higher than those for eosin. The mechanism of photosensitized oxygenations (free radical vs singlet oxygen) is discussed on the basis of the present results.  相似文献

Abstract— Photoionization of 1,5-dihydroflavin mononucleotide in aqueous solution, leading to formation of hydrated electrons and flavosemiquinone radicals, was studied by nanosecond laser photolysis (excitation at LD = 354.7 nm). Analysis of the laser fluence dependence of the photoionization yield indicates that the reaction is a stepwise two-photon reaction with the fluorescent state of the flavin as intermediate step. Extinction coefficients of the neutral and anionic flavosemiquinone were obtained from transient absorbance measurements at 310-660 nm. The pro-tolytic dissociation constant of the neutral radical was determined from a study at pH 7.3-10.3 of the spectral evolution in the submicrosecond time range due to de-protonation of this radical. The value pKa= 8.7 0.1 was obtained. The formation of tautomeric species of the neutral flavosemiquinone was suggested based on the existence of a spectral evolution of this species during the first microseconds after excitation.  相似文献

Bu3SnH-promoted cyclization of several N-(2-bromoprop-2-enyl)-N-[(4-oxocyclohex-1-enyl)methyl]alkylamines is reported. It has been found that the generated vinyl radicals evolve through a 6-endo-cyclization pathway giving rise to the corresponding 4,6-functionalized perhydroisoquinolines in a prevalent trans-relative configuration.  相似文献

Cyanoethylation was attempted to convert wood into thermoplastic material as a means to utilize low quality wood species as well as wood waste materials. Cyanoethylation reaction was conducted with control of the alkalinity of the reaction media, reaction temperature and time, and wood-to-acrylonitrile ratio. Cyanoethylated wood was purified and its nitrogen content and weight gain were determined. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was used to monitor the absorption peak of cyano group. Thermoproperties of cyanoethylated wood were analyzed by means of a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and a dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer (DMTA). Reaction mechanisms and chemistry influencing the thermoproperties of cyanoethylated wood were discussed.  相似文献

Solvent deuteration effects on internal conversion (S1 ~→ S0) and intersystem crossing (S1 ~→ T1) in 6-hydroxy-9-phenylfluoron and fluorescein were determined from fluorescence and triplet quantum yield measurements in alkaline solutions of H2O, D2O, CH3OH, CH3OD, C2H5OH, and C2D5OD. Deuterium substitution of the oxygen-bonded hydrogens of these solvenis reduces both the internal conversion (by approximately 1.6) and the intersystem crossing (by approximately 1.2) rate constants; the additional deuteration of the alkyl groups of the alcohols does not produce any further effect. The effect of solvent deuteration was negligible for fluorescein. Deuteration of the xanthene groups of the dyes does not influence the radiationless transition probabilities to any significant extent.  相似文献

The Semtech Hg 2000 analyzer continuously monitors the Hg0 content in flue gas. An on-line measurement method of total gaseous mercury in flue gas developed in our laboratory is described, which uses the absorption cell of the Semtech Hg Analyzer connected to a converter that is located in a furnace heated up to 650 degrees C. The converter can be heated up to 800 degrees C by both the furnace and an extra heating of a Ni-Cr alloy heating wire. Both the absorption cell and the converter are made of quartz. All gaseous Hg2+ species in flue gas are thermally reduced to Hg0 by the converter and detected by the Semtech Hg 2000 analyzer. The thermal reduction efficiencies of different conversion materials, which were filled in the converter, such as quartz chips, granular MgO, Ni and CoO powder, were tested using different flue gas conditions. Studies have shown that HCI is the major factor to inhibit the thermal reduction of Hg2+ to Hg0, and in the converter and the absorption cell Hg0 will react readily with HCl to form HgCl2. Both MgO and Ni could be used in the converter to absorb HCl in the flue gas, but Ni has better absorption efficiency. By using an original Semtech and a modified one, both Hg0 and total gaseous Hg contents in flue gas could be monitored simultaneously and continuously.  相似文献
