6-氟-4-(N-芳基)胺基喹唑啉类化合物的微波合成及生物活性研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
经2-氨基-5-氟苯甲酸与甲酰胺闭环、氯化反应, 合成了6-氟-4-氯喹唑啉, 然后在微波辐射下与芳香胺反应, 合成了6个新的6-氟-4-(N-芳基)胺基喹唑啉类化合物. 新化合物经1H NMR, IR及元素分析证明其结构. 体外抑瘤试验证明化合物对前列腺癌细胞(PC3)、人胃癌细胞(BGC823)、人乳腺癌细胞(BCap-37)均无抑制活性. 经ERK的抗磷酸化活性免疫印迹试验证明化合物对小鼠成纤维细胞(NIH3T3)无抑制活性. 相似文献

用常规的单参考态HF、B3LYP、MPn、QCISD(T)方法在能量一致相对论有效势近似下计算了LaH分子平衡结构和基态势能曲线,考察了这些方法在计算远离平衡的金属氢合键体系势能时存在的不趋于离解极限的缺陷,提出了从B3LYP的平衡位置附近势能曲线拟合得到适用于整个空间范围的Murrell-Sorbie解析势能函数的计算方法,由此计算的振转常数和已有的实验光谱数据完全吻合. 相似文献

Abstract Under mild condition the reaction of pyromellitic dianhydride with polyamine in methanol solution results in ammonium carboxylate salts rather than amide polymer. 采用活性基团拼接法, 以2-巯基-5-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑为原料, 经硫醚化、肼解、腙化反应合成了8个芳醛-[5-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-巯基]-乙酰腙衍生物, 并经过元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR对其结构进行了确认. 初步生物活性测试表明, 部分化合物具有一定的抑菌生物活性. 相似文献

Tris[o-mercaptophenolato]vanadium(IV) dimer complexes (A)2[V(mp)3NaLL']2 (A = Ph4P+, H2mp = o-mercaptophenol, L = MeCN, L'=EtOH, (1); L' = MeOH, (2)) were prepared by the reaction of anhydrous VC13, and Na2mp in the molar ratio 1:3. Complex (3) (A = Et4N+, L=L' = MeOH) was prepared by the reaction of VC13, Na2mp and Li2S in the molar ratio 1:2:1. The complexes were characterized by X-ray diffraction crystallography, infrared spectra, magnetic susceptibility, and cyclic voltammetric measurements. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a=12.813(6), b = 14.199(4), c = 12.790(5) Å, α = 112.72(2), β = 104.24(4). γ = 88.68(4)°, V = 2073.6 Å3, and Z=1. The structure was refined to R=0.058. Complex 3 crystallizes in the mono-clinic space group P21/n with a=12.359(3), b=17.452(6), c=14.829(13) Å, βequals;96.51(5)°, V=3177.8 Å3, and Z=2. The final R factor is 0.067. Both of the anions of 2 and 3 contain two [V(mp)3]2? fragments linked by sodium ions through the μ3-O bridges with a crystallographic center of symmetry. The V(IV) atom is in a coordination environment intermediate between a trigonal prism and an ideal octahedron. 相似文献

1,2-二(环己基环戊二烯基)四甲基二硅烷与Fe(CO)_5在二甲苯中加热回流 生成二铁化合物(Me_2SiSiMe_2)[(c-C_6H_(11)-C_5H_3)Fe(CO)]_2(μ-CO)_2 ( 2)。通过柱层析分离到2的顺反两种异构体2c和2t,并分别进行热重排反应,发现 顺式底物2c重排生成反式重排产物[Me_2Si(c-C_6H_(11)C_5H_3)Fe(CO)_2]_2 ( 3t),而反式底物2t重排则生成顺式重排产物3c。这表明重排反应是立体专一性的 。通过X射线衍射分析测定了化合物2c和3t的晶体结构。 相似文献

采用活性基团拼接法将氟原子引入α-氨基烷基膦酸酯中,合成了一系列含氟 芳基α-氨基烷基膦酸酯类新化合物,结构经元素分析,IR,~1H NMR及MS确认。对 所合成的化合物进行了抑制烟草花叶病毒(TMV)田间生物测试,结果表明,该类 化合物具有良好的抑制TMV活性,其中4d化合物在0.0005%浓度下对烟草花叶病毒( TMV)防效达到了67.03%。就此对4d化合物作了单晶培养,并就晶体结构进行了X衍 射分析。结构表明4d化合物分子属单斜晶系,空间群p2_1/c。晶胞参数a = 1. 1957(5) nm, b = 1.0664(5) nm, c = 1.5943(7) nm, α = 90°,β = 97.623(8) °,γ = 90°,V = 2.0150(15) nm~3, Z = 4. D_c = 1.336 Mg/m~3, μ = 0.189 mm~(-1), F(000) = 840。 相似文献
